We report a 20 month old female patient with diploid-triploid mixoploidy (46,XX/69,XXX) syndrome with hypothyroidism and precocious puberty. The triploid cell line was only expressed in the fibroblast culture and comprised the majority (95%) of the cells. Chromosome analysis of the fetal blood sample and peripheral blood sample were normal. The patient shows typical features of full triploidy (growth and severe mental retardation, cranial and facial dysmorphism, complete syndactyly of fingers 3/4, partial syndactyly of toes 2/3) and facial but no body asymmetry. At the age of 5 months central hypothyroidism and precocious puberty were diagnosed. Thin pigmented streaks were visible on the wrists and legs of the patient at the age of 16 months. This is the first patient reported so far with 46,XX/69,XXX mixoploidy suffering from hypothyroidism and precocious puberty. 相似文献

Nonlinear quantitative feedback theory (QFT) and pilot compensation techniques are used to design a 2 × 2 flight control system for the YF-16 aircraft over a large range of plant uncertainty. The design is based on numerical input-output time histories generated with a FORTRAN implemented nonlinear simulation of the YF-16. The first step of the design process is the generation of a set of equivalent linear time-invariant (LTI) plant models to represent the actual nonlinear plant. It has been proven that the solution to the equivalent plant problem is guaranteed to solve the original nonlinear problem. Standard QFT techniques are then used in the design synthesis based on the equivalent plant models. A detailed mathematical development of the method used to develop these equivalent LTI plant models is provided. After this inner-loop design, pilot compensation is developed to reduce the pilot's workload. This outer-loop design is also based on a set of equivalent LTI plant models. This is accomplished by modelling the pilot with parameters that result in good handling qualities ratings, and developing the necessary compensation to force the desired system responses. 相似文献

A unified theoretical approach is presented for the calculation of the performance of the single-phase capacitor-start permanent-magnet (PM) ac line-start motor. The earlier work of Chang and of Finch and Lawrenson on capacitor reluctance motors is extended. As far as possible, a common set of reference frame transformations for steady-state, transient, and asynchronous performance is also provided, permitting the use of all the theory developed for the analysis of the balanced polyphase PM motor. In classical model reference adaptive control, the goal is to design a controller to make the closed-loop system act like a prespecified reference model in the face of significant plant uncertainty. Typically, the controller consists of an identifier (or tuner) which is used to adjust the parameters of a linear time-invariant (LTI) compensator, and under suitable assumptions on the plant model uncertainty it is proven that asymptotic matching is achieved. However, the controller is typically highly nonlinear, and the closed loop system can exhibit undesirable behavior, such as large transients or a large control signal, especially if the initial parameter estimates are poor. Furthermore, its ability to tolerate time-varying parameters is typically limited. Here, we propose an alternative approach. Rather than estimating the plant or compensator parameters, instead we estimate what the control signal would be if the plant parameters and plant state were known and the "ideal LTI compensator" were applied. We end up with a linear periodic controller. Our assumptions are reasonably natural extensions of the classical ones to the time-varying setting; we allow rapid parameter variations, although we add a compactness requirement. We prove that we can obtain arbitrarily good tracking, explore the benefits and limitations of the approach, and provide a simulation study. 相似文献
