Preparation of molecularly imprinted fluorescence sensor based on carbon quantum dots via precipitation polymerization for fluorescence detection of tetracycline

A facile and effective method was proposed to prepare the molecularly imprinted fluorescence sensor with carbon quantum dots, which were modified vinyl groups by acrylic acid on the surface. The obtained fluorescence composite material was investigated by transmission electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectra. After the experimental conditions were optimized, a linear range of 1.0–60 μmol L⁻¹ was obtained and the detection limit was 0.17 μmol L⁻¹. The novel fluorescence sensor can be successfully used to detect tetracycline in real samples. This study provides a convenient strategy for selective recognition and rapid detection of tetracycline in the complex environment.     

高精度多环片自动装配控制技术

为了实现对微小环片零件的自动化装配,搭建了自动装配系统.通过4根直线导向轴与4个直线轴承来提高系统的导向精度和刚度.采用直线导轨进行各装配作业模块之间的切换,保证了微小环片零件的自动装配与取出.在环片的装配方向上,螺旋升降机和光栅尺实现环片的位置精度控制.在Lab VIEW编程环境中,采用分层软件架构和模块化控制思想,避免了不必要的数据循环检测与丢失,能够达到环片组件的装配精度要求.控制系统分为系统初始化模块、参数设置模块、装配模块和取出模块,自动装配系统通过各个模块间的相互交流配合完成装配任务.采用本文中自动装配系统装配环片的实验结果表明,环片零件装配的最大位置误差为26μm,垂直度误差为17μm,平均装配时间为75 s/片,可满足环片组件所需的精度要求.     

Preparation and polymerization of isopimaric acid derivatives

Isopimaric acid is a typical rosin compound and can account for 30% of the total mass of slash pine rosin. The molecular structure of isopimaric acid derivatives features an unsaturated double bond at the C13 position, opening up the possibility of their industrial polymerization. In this study, isopimaric acid (95.4%), methyl isopimarate (99.5%), and allyl isopimarate (95.1%) were prepared as highly pure monomers. New experimental results are presented and mechanisms based on the investigation of free-radical polymerization under UV irradiation are proposed. 利用高频结构仿真器分析波导魔T

高频结构仿真器（HFSS）是一种微波器件设计软件，该软件界面友好，通过仿真计算减小了调试工作量，使得微波器件的设计变得简单易行。本文利用HFSS对波导魔T进行了仿真分析，得到了该器件的S参数和动、静态场的分布情况，并对该器件进行了优化设计。     

复杂土坝的渗流安全分析评价

根据福华山土坝的渗流观测资料,建立了测压管水位的回归统计模型,定量分析了各影响量(水位分量、时效分量)对测压管水位的影响效应。在此基础上,结合观测资料,采用有限元法反演了大坝各填筑区的渗透系数,并综合评价了大坝的渗流性态。     

Oxidation of Hastelloy-XR Alloy for Corrosion-Resistant Glass-Coating

The oxidation behavior of Hastelloy-XR alloy was investigated to obtain the optimum surface condition for corrosion-resistant glass-coatings. The surface morphology of oxide scales changed significantly with variation of temperatureand oxygen partial pressure (po2 ). The oxidation kinetics was mainly parabolic independent of oxidation conditions.The oxide scales were consisted of inner Cr2O3 and outer spinel layers. The phase component of spinel layers wereMn1.5Cr1.5O4 and (Mn,Ni)(Cr,Fe)2O4 for the oxygen partial pressures po2<10 kPa and po2>10 kPa, respectively.The optimum oxidation condition to obtain an oxide scale for well-adhered glass-coating to the substrate was 1248 Kand po2 =0.01 kPa for the oxidation time of 43 ks.     

试油井选层压裂新工艺及现场试验

设计新型可洗井封隔器，保障油井有反洗井通道，有效防止封隔器以上砂埋所引发的管柱砂卡事故，并对新型封隔器、控制开关、密封接头、同心大通径压力计托筒等井下工具组合优化。解决了多层油井任意选层压裂、求产、测井温一体化的难题。     

Effect of Stoichiometry on Properties of Rare-Earth-Based Hydrogen Storage Alloy for Nickel-Metal Hydride Secondary Battery

Effect of stoichiometry on microstructures, electrochemical properties and PCT characteristics of the alloys MI(Ni0.71Co0.15-Al0.06Mn0.08)x (MI=Lanthanum-rich Michmetal, x=4.6~5.2) have been investigated. The lattice constants a, c, and cellvolumes of non-stoichiometric alloys are bigger than those of the stoichiometric alloy. With the increasing stoichiometry x,the value of a decreases, and the value of c and cell volume increases except for those of the stoichiometric alloy; the plateaupressure of PCT curve, discharge capacity and cycling stability all increase. The alloy with x=5.2 shows the highest dischargecapacity and the best cycling stability among the studied alloys.     

工艺因素对金属封装外引线弯曲疲劳的影响

考察了金属封装外壳制造工艺对外引线弯曲疲劳的影响,发现电镀镍是导致外引线弯曲次数明显减少的最主要工艺步骤,且随镀镍层厚度的增加,弯曲次数减少。此外还讨论了外引线的氢含量和晶粒度对引线抗疲劳能力的影响。
