Synthesis of Cellulose-Based Macromolecular Coupling Agent and its Utilization in Poly (butylene succinate)/Wood Flour Composites

A long fatty side chain was introduced into the macromolecule of hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) via esterification reaction. The hydrophobicity of hydroxyethyl cellulose lauric acid ester (HECLAE) was enhanced in comparison with HEC. The obtained HECLAE was used as macromolecular coupling agent in poly (butylene succinate)/wood flour composites and exhibited a positive influence on improving the mechanical performance of composites. Besides, HECLAE plays a role as a hydrophobic agent in composites. A significant increase in storage modulus (E’) was observed upon the incorporation of treated wood flour. SEM images showed that the dispersion of treated wood flour in PBS matrix was improved.

超声波强化原油破乳电脱盐技术的工业实践

报道了采用超声波强化原油破乳电脱盐技术的开发与工业应用.经过实验室开发确定的超声波强化原油破乳电脱盐专利技术--超声波-电场联合破乳脱盐组合技术采用顺逆流方式.该技术于2003年9月在齐鲁分公司完成工业应用试验后,超声波强化原油破乳设备直接投入生产运行,在不加入化学破乳剂的情况下,可使胜利混输原油(平均盐浓度为50 mg/L,平均水质量分数为0.5%～1.0%)脱后盐浓度低于3 mg/L,水质量分数小于0.3%.

Grain Growth Behavior of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N Steel Micro-Alloyed by Rare Earth

Grain growth behavior of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4NRE steel was experimentally studied at various solid solution treatment temperatures and holding for different times. The experimental results show that the 5Cr21Mn9Ni4NRE steel has the feature of sharp austenite grain coarsening after solid solution treatment at the temperature above 1150 ℃. RE added in the steel has the benefit to restrain grain growth and increase grain growth activation energy.     

分子振动态及其跃迁的激光相干控制

讨论了激光合成相干叠加态的原理及其性质 ,针对 XY2 型分子 ,证明了合成局域模振动的可行性 ,然后给出相干叠加态的跃迁几率特征 ,发现它仍表现出相干的特性 ,对之进行分析研究表明 ,分子的振动态具有可控性 ,态跃迁几率具有可控性。     

薄层反射波非零炮检距的属性特征

 本文从薄层顶、底界面反射波的走时入手，研究了薄层反射波在非零炮检距集上出现的干涉现象，导出了薄层反射波在出现干涉时的炮检距计算公式，说明薄层干涉出现的炮检距是多变量函数，即随着埋藏深度h、地层速度v、薄层厚度Δh以及地震波的主频f*的变化而改变。本文重点分析了地层厚度Δh和地震子波主频f*对反射波振幅特性和频率特性的影响。在充分分析薄层反射的振幅、频谱随炮检距变化关系的基础上，指出在应用叠前信息（如AVO分析）进行储层预测等方面的研究时，应充分考虑薄层反射波的干涉和调谐现象带来的振幅和频率特征的变化。

Synthesis,extraction, and adsorption properties of calix[4]arene‐poly(ethylene‐glycol) crosslinked polymer

Novel calix[4]arene‐poly(ethylene glycol) crosslinked polymer (CCP) has been synthesized by the polycondensation reaction between a p‐tert‐butylcalix[4]arene derivative and dihydroxyl capped poly(ethylene glycol) (DHPEG, M_n = 1000) catalyzed by neodymium tosylate. The hydrogel, consisted of 66.9% water and 33.1% CCP, can selectively extract aromatic organic molecules from aqueous solution according to the diameter of the guest molecules, which infers that the diameter of the calix[4]arene cavity is about 5.4 Å and the conformation of calix[4]arene units altered from cone conformation to 1,3‐alternate conformation during the polycondensation reaction. Furthermore, CCP can also adsorb naphthalene from gas phase, showing much higher capacity than active carbon does, which may have some potential applications in the field of separation and environment protection. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
