Novel TiC-based composites were synthesized by reactive hot-pressing at 1800 °C for 1 h with ZrB2 addition as a sintering aid for the first time. The effects of ZrB2 contents on the phase composition, microstructure evolution, and mechanical properties were reported. Based on the reaction and solid solution coupling effects between ZrB2 and TiC, the product ZrC may be partially or completely dissolved into the TiC matrix, and then phase separation within the miscibility gap is observed to form lamellar nanostructured ZrC-rich (Zr, Ti)C. The TiC-10 mol.% ZrB2 (starting batch composition) exhibits good comprehensive mechanical properties of hardness 27.7 ± 1.3 GPa, flexural strength 659 ± 48 MPa, and fracture toughness of 6.5 ± 0.6 MPa m1/2, respectively, which reach or exceed most TiC-based composites using ceramics as sintering aids in the previous reports. 相似文献

A size-dependent governing equation is derived to investigate the torsional static behaviors of two-dimensionally functionally graded microtubes based on the modified couple stress theory. The shear modulus is assumed to vary along the tube’s length direction according to an exponential distribute function, and varies along the tube’s radius direction according to a power-law function. A generalized differential quadrature method is developed to determine the rotational angle and shear stresses. Some illustrative examples are given to investigate the effects of applied torques, the length scale parameter and various material compositions on the torsional angle and shear stresses. 相似文献

以端羟基聚环氧丙烷1000,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),2-甲基咪唑为原料,合成了扩链脲TI,利用DSC,动态热机械分析仪DMA,冲击试验机及扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对TI改性的环氧树脂E-51/甲基四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐(MTHPA)固化体系的反应活性,动态力学行为,冲击性能,断裂面形态结构进行了系统研究,结果表明,改性后的E-51/MTHPA体系反应活性明显提高,固化反应峰顶温度较未改性体系降低160℃-200℃,固化反应的表观活化能由未改性体系的160.3kJ/mol降至63kJ/mol-87kJ/mol,同时与未改性体系相比,经过改性的环氧树脂固化体系冲击强度有较大的提高,在TI含量为5%时体系的玻璃化转变温度Ts达到最高,各改性体系冲击断面呈韧性断裂。 相似文献

机械结构结合部精确建模是对含结合部的机械结构进行动态分析和优化设计的关键问题之一。文章主要研究块体结构和平板由螺栓联接后构成的固定结合部的动力学建模问题。将结合部区域的刚度特性用结合部的材料机械特性参数等效表达,提出了虚拟接触材料的结合部刚度表达模型。通过模态实验和模型修正识别出不同结合面工况下虚拟接触材料的弹性模量,建立了含结合部动力特性的有限元模型。该模型可方便用于含结合部结构的有限元计算,经试验验证满足实际工程应用要求。 相似文献

How to compose existing web services automatically and to guarantee the correctness of the design (e.g. temporal constraints specified by temporal logic LTL, CTL or CTL*) is an important and challenging problem in web services. Most existing approaches use the process in conventional software development of design, verification, analysis and correction to guarantee the correctness of composite services, which makes the composition process both complex and time-consuming. In this paper, we focus on the synthesis problem of composite service; that is, for a given set of services and correctness constraint specified by CTL or CTL* formula, a composite service is automatically constructed which guarantees that the correctness is ensured. We prove that the synthesis problem for CTL and CTL* are complete for EXPTIME and 2EXPTIME, respectively. Moreover, for the case of synthesis failure, we discuss the problem of how to disable outputs of environment (i.e. users or services) reasonably to make synthesis successful, which are also proved complete for EXPTIME and 2EXPTIME for CTL and CTL*, respectively. 相似文献

Drawing on the mixed methods of qualitative research and agent‐based simulation, this study examines: (a) how end‐users use digital platforms to become customer–entrepreneurs undertaking commercial activities on platforms; and (b) how platform providers can convert this customer entrepreneurship into a revenue stream. Considering that end‐users have traditionally been defined as passive and uncharged actors in platform business models, an in‐depth understanding of their commercial activities and the viable revenue model to monetize this emerging customer practice is warranted. Our qualitative study reveals that customer–entrepreneurs make substantial use of platform offerings to advertise their products; communicate with end‐consumers; and accept payments. These commercial activities are largely exercised for free on platforms, even though they could otherwise serve as a source of revenue. On this point, our simulation results identify two pricing models achieving the generation of nearly identical revenues over time. First, platform providers may charge both advertising and transaction fees, which maximize the survival of professional customer–entrepreneurs. Second, platform businesses may levy advertising fees only, which maximizes the survival of informal customer–entrepreneurs operating on a micro‐scale and part‐time basis.
