Equivalent circuit of the asymmetric crossover junction

The asymmetric crossover junction has been characterised experimentally and compared with the T-junction. This comparison indicates that the T-junction data may be used as a first step to estimate the properties of the crossover.     

Effects of microstrip discontinuities on GaAS-m.e.s.f.e.t.-amplifier gain performance

The effects of microstrip step and crossover discontinuity reactances on GaAs-m.e.s.f.e.t.-amplifier gain performance are assessed by using computer simulation. The results clearly show that the effects of these discontinuities are significant and must therefore be allowed for if performance close to the predicted design is to be achieved.
