Macroscopic and Microscopic Structures of Cesium Lead Iodide Perovskite from Atomistic Simulations

A first‐principles‐based effective Hamiltonian is developed and employed to investigate finite‐temperature structural properties of a prototype of perovskite halides, that is CsPbI₃. Such simulations, when using first‐principles‐extracted coefficients, successfully reproduce the existence of an orthorhombic Pnma state and its iodine octahedral tilting angles around room temperature. However, they also yield a direct transformation from Pnma to cubic $Pm\overline{3}m$ upon heating, unlike measurements that reported the occurrence of an intermediate long‐range‐tilted tetragonal P4/mbm phase in‐between the orthorhombic and cubic phases. Such disagreement, which may cast some doubts about the extent to which first‐principle methods can be trusted to mimic hybrid perovskites, can be resolved by “only” changing one short‐range tilting parameter in the whole set of effective Hamiltonian coefficients. In such a case, some reasonable values of this specific parameter result in the predictions that i) the intermediate P4/mbm state originates from fluctuations over many different tilted states; and ii) the cubic $Pm\overline{3}m$ phase is highly locally distorted and develops strong transverse antiphase correlation between first‐nearest neighbor iodine octahedral tiltings, before undergoing a phase transition to P4/mbm under cooling.     

A lightweight autonomous MAV for indoor search and rescue

Micro Aerial Vehicles (MAVs) have great potentials to be applied for indoor search and rescue missions. In this paper, we propose a modular lightweight design of an autonomous MAV with integrated hardware and software. The MAV is equipped with the 2D laser scanner, camera, mission computer and flight controller, running all the computation onboard in real time. The onboard perception system includes a laser‐based SLAM module and a custom‐designed visual detection module. A dual Kalman filter design provides robust state estimation by multiple sensor fusion. Specifically, the fusion module provides robust altitude measurement in the circumstance of surface changing. In addition, indoor‐outdoor transition is explicitly handled by the fusion module. In order to efficiently navigate through obstacles and adapt to multiple tasks, a task tree‐based mission planning method is seamlessly integrated with path planning and control modules. The MAV is capable of searching and rescuing victims from unknown indoor environments effectively. It was validated by our award‐winning performance at the 2017 International Micro Air Vehicle Competition (IMAV 2017), held in Toulouse, France. 基于服务器端会话追踪的Web查询服务的研究

在探讨了Web查询服务的典型模型后,论文阐述了服务器端会话追踪机制的实现方式,设计了基于服务器端会话追踪的Web查询服务的典型解决方案。该设计方案可以较为安全地保存和维护客户的上下文信息,可靠地跟踪用户查询所处的状态,有效地实现有状态的Web查询服务。

《信息产业科技发展“十一五”规划》提出设立部分重大项目,力争实现重点突破,形成一批具有自主知识产权的核心技术和创新产品,打造较为完整的产业链,形成世界一流的产业群。这其中,与通信相关的重点项目主要有:宽带无线移动通信、下一代网络、家庭网络、智能终端、数字电视等。本部分将对我国在以上领域的现状、项目的具体内容和目标、实现这些目标的具体计划以及相关厂商在各领域的努力和成绩进行介绍。     

一种多晶硅高温压力传感器

制作压力传感器时，在二氧化硅层上淀积多晶硅膜，既可利用优良的机械特性，又可保证压敏电阻与衬底间具有良好的绝缘性，由此可大大提高器件的温度特性。介绍了一种多晶硅压力传感器的原理和设计。实验结果表明，这类传感器具有灵敏度好，精度高等特点，电路工作范围为０－２５０℃，且具有良好的温度稳定性。     

分离式热管换热器在脱硫装置的应用

介绍了分离式热管换热器的工作原理及其在工业脱硫装置中的应用，并不其余热回收情况与传统的二次中热方法相比较，阐明了其节能及环保作用。     

Prenatal diagnosis of partial monosomy 13q associated with occipital encephalocoele in a fetus

The pre- and postnatal findings of a fetus with a de novo del(13)(pter-->q21:) and an occipital encephalocoele are described. Maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) screening at 19 weeks' gestation demonstrated a high level of 2.5 multiples of the median (MOM) and ultrasonography at 27 weeks' gestation showed severe intrauterine growth retardation, cardiomegaly, an occipital encephalocoele, and a calvarial defect. Genetic amniocentesis revealed a karyotype of 46,XX,del(13)(pter-->q21:). The proband postnatally displayed additional abnormalities such as microphthalmia, hypertelorism, large low-set ears, and micrognathia. We discuss the association of central nervous system (CNS) malformations with 13q deletions and emphasize that pregnancies with neural tube defects warrant cytogenetic analysis, especially when additional fetal abnormalities and neonatal dysmorphism are observed.     

HIV arthritis

Whether reexposure of varicella-immune persons to varicella-zoster virus would protect against or predispose to development of zoster was analyzed. The rate of zoster in 511 leukemic recipients of varicella vaccine who had 1 or > 1 dose of varicella vaccine and in those who did or did not have a household exposure to varicella was determined. A Kaplan-Meier life-table analysis revealed that the incidence of zoster was lower in those given > 1 dose of vaccine (P < .05). A Cox proportional hazards analysis showed that both household exposure to varicella and receipt of > 1 dose of vaccine were highly protective (P < .01) against zoster. Thus, the risk of zoster is decreased by reexposure to varicella-zoster virus, either by vaccination or by close exposure to varicella.

三江平原是我国重要的商品粮基地和粮食战略后备基地。原有规划距今已过30年，远不能适应现代发展要求。结合新的形势，提出了重新编制三江平原综合规划的现实意义、目标设想及主要修编内容。
