In this paper we study the connections between three related concepts which have appeared in the fuzzy literature: fuzzy intervals, fuzzy numbers and fuzzy interval numbers (FIN’s). We show that these three concepts are very closely related. We propose a new definition which encompasses the three previous ones and proceeds to study the properties ensuing from this definition. Given a reference lattice (X, ?), we define fuzzy intervals to be the fuzzy sets such that their p-cuts are closed intervals of (X, ?). We show that, given a complete lattice (X, ?), the collection of its fuzzy intervals is a complete lattice. Furthermore we show that, if (X, ?) is completely distributive, then the lattice of its fuzzy intervals is distributive. Finally we introduce a new inclusion measure, which can be used to quantify the degree in which a fuzzy interval is contained in another, an approach which is particularly valuable in engineering applications. 相似文献

Spectrophotometric assays have been used to determine FA concentration in tissue homogenates from various organs (liver, kidneys, brain, spleen) in white rats; these studies were undertaken to test the age--and organ--dependent variations of FA concentrations in tissue homogenates. The results showed a marked decrease of FA concentration in the adult group of rats when related to the young group, and in the aged group when compared to the adults respectively. Analysing the determined values of folates in tissue homogenates of various organs (in rats belonging to the same group of age), the highest concentration has been found in the liver homogenate, followed in decreasing order by kidneys and to a much greater distance, by the brain and spleen. 相似文献

Diffuse-reflectance spectra of the NiO–Al2O3 systems in the 350–800 nm spectral domain are analysed. Two types of Ni2+complexes in γ-Al2O3 have been found at low concentrations (<5%): [Ni2+6O2−] and [Ni2+4O2−] with octahedral (Oh) and tetrahedral (Td) symmetries, respectively. Coexistence of these two complexes is discussed in connection with the sample preparation and their thermal treatment. 相似文献

In this paper we introduce a dynamic programming algorithm which performs linear text segmentation by global minimization of a segmentation cost function which incorporates two factors: (a) within-segment word similarity and (b) prior information about segment length. We evaluate segmentation accuracy of the algorithm by precision, recall and Beeferman's segmentation metric. On a segmentation task which involves Choi's text collection, the algorithm achieves the best segmentation accuracy so far reported in the literature. The algorithm also achieves high accuracy on a second task which involves previously unused texts. 相似文献

The improvement of methods for the determination of ATP, that is the increasing of their sensitivity is extremely useful for the study of excitation-energy coupling in excitable membranes. Such investigations from the object of the present work in which there is proved that the microanalytical method for the dosing of ATP, based on the enzymatic reaction with luciferin-luciferase system, may be converted into a ultramicroanalytical method and therefore used also in other fields of research, as for example the ATP biosynthesis in cell cultures. 相似文献
