A Brief Introduction on Joint Radar and Communication Systems

Joint radar and communication(JRC) technology is gradually becoming an essential approach to alleviating spectral congestion. Radar and communications systems were designed with common spectral and hardware resources to reduce size, improve performance, reduce cost, and decongest the spectrum. Various approaches have been proposed to achieve the coexistence of radar and communication systems. This paper mainly focuses on the research directions of radar communication coexistence(RCC) and dual-function radar communication systems(DFRC) in JRC technology. We summarize and analyze the existing research problems in the JRC era. According to the characteristics and advantages of JRC technology, we highlight several potentials in military and commercial applications.     

基于CAN总线的连铸结晶器振动控制器设计

针对结晶器振动控制器数据传输量大、工作可靠性要求高等特点,设计了1种基于CAN总线和STM32F407单片机的结晶器振动控制器.控制器主要实现振动波形产生、位移数据采集、控制信号输出和监控上位机通信等功能.实验表明:该结晶器振动控制器工作可靠、性能稳定、数据传输速率高、成本低廉,具有较高的实用价值.     

多孔普鲁士蓝类似物的合成及电催化析氧性能

采用一种简单易行的共沉淀法合成了前驱体镍铁普鲁士蓝类似物NiFe-PBA（NF）,然后通过溶剂热处理获得了镍铁普鲁士蓝纳米多孔材料（NFP）。通过XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS、BET及电化学方法对所得材料进行了结构表征和析氧性能测试。结果表明,NFP相对于前驱体NF,电化学比表面积增大、催化活性位点增多,电催化析氧反应（OER）性能显著提高。在浓度1 mol/L KOH水溶液中,达到10 mA/cm2电流密度时,NFP所需过电位仅为260 mV,比NF（320 mV）前驱体低18.75%,也优于大多数已报道的非贵金属催化剂和商用贵金属催化剂,显示出良好的应用前景。

Study of thermally poled and corona charged poly(vinylidene fluoride) films

The effect of thermal poling and corona charging on the structure and characteristics of poly(vinylidene fluoride) films (PVDF) was investigated. The structure and chemical change of PVDF films with different polarizing treatments was examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, respectively. The characteristics including piezoelectric coefficients, ferroelectric hysteresis, and leakage current were measured. It was found that both polarized methods contribute to dramatic improvement on the piezoelectricity and ferroelectricity of PVDF films, while thermal poling leads to structure change with the generation of new carbon composition.
