Abstract— Understanding the display characteristics of OLEDs is not only of general interest but also of technological importance for expanding the application of OLEDs. The display characteristics of AMOLEDs were quantitatively evaluated and compared with LCD or CRT performance. The fast response time and high contrast ratio, which are attractive characteristics of OLEDs, were also retained under low temperature and bright ambient, respectively. Moreover the luminance and color barely changed with viewing angle at any gray‐scale level. The optical design of OLED diodes is important for the emission characteristics, luminance, and color reproducibility. 相似文献

In this paper, a finite element dislocation model is proposed, based on well‐known mathematical dislocation model. As application examples, the stress distributions around an edge dislocation in infinite homogeneous and inhomogeneous regions are calculated and compared with the analytical results. The FEM results coincide well with the exact solutions. The results show an applicability and a usefulness of finite element dislocation model, and further, a possibility of analysing a dislocation problem in finite region with complicated shapes and boundary conditions. In this paper a simple, casting solution technique for the preparation of two‐dimensional (2D) arrays of very‐high molecular weight (MW) 1D‐Pc supramolecular inorganic polymers is described. The soluble fluoroaluminium tetra‐tert‐butylphthalocyanine (ttbPcAlF) is synthesized and characterized, which can be self‐assembled to form 2D arrays of very‐high‐MW 1D‐Pc supramolecular inorganic polymers. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) demonstrates that the 1D‐ttbPcAlF, having a cofacial ring spacing of ~0.36 nm and an interchain distance of ~1.7 nm, self‐assembles into 2D‐nanosheets (~140 nm in length, ~20 nm in width, and equivalent to MW of 3.2 × 105 g mol?1). The film cast from a 1,2‐dichloroethane (DCE) solution shows a minimum hole‐mobility of ~0.3 cm2 V?1 s?1 at room temperature by flash‐photolysis time‐resolved microwave conductivity (TRMC) measurements and a fairly high dark dc‐conductivity of ~1 × 10?3 S cm?1. 相似文献

Amorphous carbon materials for lithium ion battery anodes which contain a small amount of Li2CO3 were prepared by three methods. The obtained materials were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, Raman spectroscopy and CO2 adsorption experiments. Although the XRD profiles and Raman spectra of these materials were similar to those of carbon materials synthesized with no addition, the amount of CO2 adsorbed was largely decreased by Li2CO3 addition. These results suggest that the micropores in these materials were plugged and/or filled with Li2 CO3. Galvanostatic lithium charging and discharging experiments showed that the irreversible capacity of the material can be significantly decreased by Li2CO3 addition, which is thought to be due to the plugging of the pore inlets by Li2CO3. Moreover, it was also found that the reversible capacities of the materials can be increased by adjusting both the amount of Li2CO3 addition and carbonization temperature. 相似文献

A PCR method for the effective detection of Coxiella burnetii in commercially available mayonnaise was developed. Sample preparations were isolated from 50 g portions of each mayonnaise product by four successive extraction steps in phosphate buffer with 2.0 M NaCl. These extracts were then centrifuged at 20,000 x g for 60 min. DNA was isolated from the solution containing the precipitate with a commercial kit, and amplified quantitatively using real-time PCR that targeted the com1 region of C. burnetii. The recoveries of C. burnetii from 2 kinds of commercial mayonnaise specimens, with a baseline control of 1 x 10(7) particles of the Nine Mile phase II strain, were 85.0 +/- 6.0% and 72.0 +/- 0.4%, respectively. The determination limit of this method was 500 C. burnetii particles per 50 g of mayonnaise. The DNA specimens isolated from 50 different commercial mayonnaise samples sold in Tokyo using this method were amplified using both nested PCR and real-time PCR. No contamination by C. burnetii was detected in any of the mayonnaise samples. 相似文献

A remaining challenge in tissue engineering approaches is the in vitro vascularization of engineered constructs or tissues. Current approaches in engineered vascularized constructs are often limited in the control of initial vascular network geometry, which is crucial to ensure full functionality of these constructs with regard to cell survival, metabolic activity, and potential differentiation ability. Herein, the combination of 3D‐printed poly‐ε‐caprolactone scaffolds via melt electrospinning writing with the cell‐accumulation technique to enable the formation and control of capillary‐like network structures is reported. The cell‐accumulation technique is already proven itself to be a powerful tool in obtaining thick (50 µm) tissues and its main advantage is the rapid production of tissues and its ease of performance. However, the applied combination yields tissue thicknesses that are doubled, which is of outstanding importance for an improved handling of the scaffolds and the generation of clinically relevant sample volumes. Moreover, a correlation of increasing vascular endothelial growth factor secretion to hypoxic conditions with increasing pore sizes and an assessment of the formation of neovascular like structures are included. 相似文献

Based on its histochemical properties, the secretory portion of the hamster submandibular gland has been classified as seromucous cells. The presence of endogenous peroxidase (PO) reaction was shown in the nuclear envelope, cisternae of endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. The 3,3′‐diaminobenzidene, tetrahydrochloride (DAB) method revealed bipartite secretory granules containing a PO‐positive dense core surrounded by a less dense halo in these cells. In the present investigation, serous and mucous‐like cells were found in resin‐embedded semi‐thin sections of the DAB‐reacted hamster submandibular gland. These sections were already on glass slides for routine light microscopic observations, therefore electron microscopic analysis could be unrealizable. We then used reflectance‐mode confocal laser scanning microscopy to visualize additional sites of PO activity as detected in these sections. Using this approach, we found mucous cells with PO activity‐negative secretory granules and seromucous cells with PO activity‐positive spot‐like secretory granules of the regular sublingual gland most frequently adjacent to the serous cells with typical electron‐dense secretory granules. These cells clearly differ from the seromucous cells with bipartite secretory granules and the granular duct cells with typical electron‐dense secretory granules of the hamster submandibular gland. Additionally, secretory endpieces of the ectopic sublingual gland‐like tissue empty into the duct of the hamster submandibular gland lobule. Thus, our findings suggest that a mass of sublingual gland tissue extends into the hamster submandibular gland during its development, and PO may be synthesized and secreted into the same duct. The influence of several parameters on the fermentative production of nisin Z by Lactococcus lactis IO-1 was studied. Considerable attention has been focused on the relationship between the primary metabolite production of bacteriocin and lactate and cell growth, which has so far not been clarified in detail. Production of nisin Z was optimal at 30 degrees C and in the pH range 5.0-5.5. The addition of Ca2+ to the medium showed a stimulating effect on the production of nisin Z. A maximum activity of 3150 IU/ml was obtained during pH-controlled batch fermentation in the medium supplemented with 0.1 M CaCl2. It was about three times higher than that obtained under the optimal conditions for cell growth and lactic acid production. 相似文献
