Al–Cr slag is the solid waste generated by the smelting of Cr metal. It presents a range of environmental hazards. This study addressed the corrosion resistance of Al–Cr slag containing chromium–corundum refractories to slags with different basicity. Herein, we provide suggestions for the use of Cr–corundum of different basicity in kilns. Al–Cr slag, brown fused Al2O3, and chrome green were used as the raw materials, with pure calcium aluminate cement being used as a binder. The brick samples, prepared using different blends of chrome green and corundum, were fired at 1600?°C, and subsequently subjected to a slag corrosion test. After corrosion by slag of different basicity, the phase composition and microstructure of the sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectrometer and scanning electron microscopy. There were two major findings. First, Cr–corundum brick made from Al–Cr slag has a better slag corrosion resistance than that made from Cr2O3 and brown fused Al2O3. Second, Cr–corundum brick made from Al–Cr slag has superior corrosion resistance to slag with a CaO:SiO2 ratio of 2:1.  相似文献

Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge has been widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, due to the pharmacological action of its active components such as the tanshinones. Plasma membrane (PM) H+-ATPase plays key roles in numerous physiological processes in plants. However, little is known about the PM H+-ATPase gene family in S. miltiorrhiza (Sm). Here, nine PM H+-ATPase isoforms were identified and named SmPHA1–SmPHA9. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the genetic distance of SmPHAs was relatively far in the S. miltiorrhiza PM H+-ATPase family. Moreover, the transmembrane structures were rich in SmPHA protein. In addition, SmPHA4 was found to be highly expressed in roots and flowers. HPLC revealed that accumulation of dihydrotanshinone (DT), cryptotanshinone (CT), and tanshinone I (TI) was significantly reduced in the SmPHA4-OE lines but was increased in the SmPHA4-RNAi lines, ranging from 2.54 to 3.52, 3.77 to 6.33, and 0.35 to 0.74 mg/g, respectively, suggesting that SmPHA4 is a candidate regulator of tanshinone metabolites. Moreover, qRT-PCR confirmed that the expression of tanshinone biosynthetic-related key enzymes was also upregulated in the SmPHA4-RNAi lines. In summary, this study highlighted PM H+-ATPase function and provided new insights into regulatory candidate genes for modulating secondary metabolism biosynthesis in S. miltiorrhiza.  相似文献

为了提高空气净化器在流通过程中的安全性,根据空气净化器的规格和防护要求,以瓦楞纸板为材料设计缓冲衬垫,选择60 cm的高度对缓冲单元进行了面、棱和角3种方式的跌落仿真,根据仿真结果,面跌落产生的极限应力2.033 MPa,低于缓冲材料的极限应力2.38 MPa,棱、角跌落缓冲衬垫的极限应力分别为3.882 MPa和4.847 MPa,均超过了衬垫材料的极限应力,但跌落过程中的冲击加速度分别为56.0 g、15.3 g和27.4 g,小于空气净化器的脆值80 g.因此,所设计的缓冲单元在跌落过程中对内装物起到了保护作用,针对应力集中部位进行结构优化,提高了缓冲单元的缓冲效果.  相似文献

应用压差-流量法测定岩心启动压力,根据实验结果和数学方法分析启动压力对油水渗流的影响,并对达西公式和JBN计算方法进行改进,推导出适合低渗透储层规律的公式.研究结果表明,由于启动压力的存在,低渗透油藏油水渗流非达西现象突出,借用达西公式所获得的视渗透率随压力梯度发生变化,当压力梯度达到最大启动压力梯度时,渗流进入拟线性流阶段.  相似文献

本文对陕北油田回收事件从矿产资源经济学的角度指出,不同利益主体对矿产资源租的追逐是该事件发生的根本原因。中央企业和地方政府有利益上的矛盾,而地方政府在回收过程中有严重的政府机会主义行为。民营油田的业主成为中央企业和地方政府争夺石油资源的牺牲品。文章最后指出,阻止没有资质的民营企业开采石油是对的,但是不能强制而应该通过公平的价格和平赎买。  相似文献

为防止过量施肥导致环境污染及烟叶品质下降,通过大田试验,建立了氮磷钾肥与烤烟产量及烟叶主要化学成分的偏最小二乘回归施肥模型。结果表明,氮磷钾肥与烤烟产量及烟叶化学成分均有显著的回归关系,一次项系数表明了氮磷钾肥对烤烟影响的主次关系;交互项和二次项系数表明了氮磷钾肥的施用比例存在一定的临界值,氮磷钾肥在临界值内表现为协同促进的作用,高于临界值则表现为拮抗作用。若以获得最大经济效益为目的,最佳氮磷钾比例为1:1.6:2.1;若以改善烤烟烟叶香气、燃烧性及吸烟的安全性为目的,最佳氮磷钾比例为1:1.3:2.9。  相似文献

The study of Nepenthes pitcher plants‐bioinspired anisotropic slippery liquid‐infused porous surfaces (SLIPS) is currently in its infancy. The factors that influence their anisotropic self‐cleaning and electric response of a drop's motion and the mechanism have not been fully elucidated. In order to address these problems, two new types of anisotropic slippery surfaces have been designed by using directional, porous, conductive reduced graphene oxide (rGO) films, and different lubricating fluids (conductive and nonconductive), which are used to study the influencing factors and the mechanism of anisotropic self‐cleaning and electric‐responsive control of a drop's motion. The results demonstrate the anisotropic self‐cleaning property of these two types of SLIPS is closely related to the interaction between liquid drops, lubricating fluids and dirt, and the conductive lubricating fluids filling the rGO porous film can reduce the response voltage of the electrically driven reversible control of a drop's slide. The uniqueness of this research lies in the use of two different lubricating fluids and graphene materials to prepare anisotropic SLIPS, identify the key factors to achieve an electrically driven system. These studies are essential for advancing the application of electronically responsive SLIPS in the fields of liquid directional transportation, microfluidics, microchips, and other related research.  相似文献
