This paper deals with the measurement of surface temperature on metal powder during the laser consolidation process with two-color pyrometer. Additionally, the aspect of selective laser sintering (SLS) and selective laser melting (SLM) of metal powder is visualized with high speed video camera. As a result, the surface temperature during the laser irradiation was ranged 1520–1810 °C and the consolidation phenomena was classified according to the melting point of metal powder. The metal powder at the heating process cohered intermittently to the melt pool although the laser beam was continuously irradiated to the powder surface.  相似文献

Melt pool behaviour and the characteristics of the surrounding metal powder during selective laser melting (SLM) are captured using high-speed imaging, and the influence of the substrate temperature and the line building sequence on the formation of the built structure and the generation of spatter particles is experimentally investigated. The results indicate that the substrate temperature has a measurable effect on the formation of droplets and the generation of spatter particles, while the volume specific energy density of the process was the principal factor affecting the built structure.  相似文献

A flashlamp-excited organic liquid laser system capable of stimulated emission down to 340 nm in the ultraviolet has been developed. The flashlamp has a rise time of 50 ns and energy capacity of 20 joules or more. There are several efficient laser compounds that emit below 400 nm, and the most promising appears to be the p-terphenyl laser, which emits at 341 nm and is capable of running in the superradiant mode. There are several interesting facets still unexplained in ultraviolet lasers. The possibility of singlet to triplet intersystem crossings in substances generally accepted as having unity fluorescence quantum efficiency has been encountered.  相似文献

The synthesis of a thermoelectric NaxCo2O4/Ag composite was attempted by the polymerized complex (PC) process using AgNO3 as an Ag source and subsequent sintering at 1153 K for 72 ks. The effects of the PC process and Ag addition to NaxCo2O4 on microstructure and thermoelectric properties of the NaxCo2O4/Ag composite were investigated. Ag was hardly substituted for Na and Co sites, and the sintered sample was composed of the NaxCo2O4 and Ag phases. The electrical resistivity of the composite was smaller than that of the NaxCo2O4 single phase and the Seebeck coefficient was slightly enhanced by Ag addition, resulting in the significantly large power factor. However, most of precipitated Ag particles in the NaxCo2O4 matrix were coarse, 5–8 μm in size, and the thermal conductivity of the composite was high as compared to the NaxCo2O4 single phase. From these results, the dimensionless figure of merit of the composite was almost the same as that of the NaxCo2O4 single phase.  相似文献

In plants, calcium-dependent protein kinases (CDPKs) make up a large family that is characterized by a C-terminal calmodulin(CaM)-like domain. Recently, a novel carrot cDNA clone encoding an atypical CDPK, which has a significantly degenerate sequence in the CaM-like domain, was found and named CDPK-related protein kinase (CRK) [Lindzen, E. and Choi, J.H. (1995) Plant Mol. Biol. 28, 785-797]. We obtained two different cDNA clones from maize which encode CRKs. For the first enzymatic characterization of CRK, a maize cDNA clone was expressed in E. coli. The recombinant protein efficiently phosphorylated casein, a conventional protein substrate. Notably, in this in vitro phosphorylation assay, the kinase activity did not require calcium as an activator. Thus, CRKs were suggested to be novel calcium-independent protein kinases having a degenerate CaM domain, the function of which remains to be elucidated.  相似文献

The expression of simple mucin-type carbohydrate antigens, Tn and sialyl-Tn antigens, was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies in normal squamous epithelium, dysplasia, carcinoma in situ, and invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix. The expression of the Tn antigen detected by HB-Tn1 and B1.1 was found in 17 (20%) and 19 (23%) of the 83 invasive carcinomas, respectively, but was not found in the 36 normal squamous epithelia, 22 severe dysplasias, or 24 carcinomas in situ. The sialyl-Tn antigen was detected by HB-STn1 and TKH-2 in 14 (64%) and 11 (50%) of the 22 severe dysplasias, 13 (54%) and 10 (42%) of the 24 carcinomas in situ and 48 (58%) and 42 (51%) of the 83 invasive carcinomas, respectively, but was completely absent in 36 normal squamous epithelia. Coexpression of the sialyl-Tn antigen was observed in 89% of the cases expressing the Tn antigen. No significant difference was observed between the immunoreactivities of the antigens in the metastatic lymph nodes and primary tumors. No correlation was found between the expression of each antigen and clinical state, histologic type, depth of invasion, parametrial spread, lymphatic and vessel permeation, lymph node metastasis, or 5-year survival rate. The expression of Tn and sialyl-Tn demonstrates a specific change in the neoplastic progression from carcinoma in situ to invasive carcinoma and from normal to dysplasia, respectively, in squamous cell neoplastic lesions of the cervix. Tn and sialyl-Tn antigens may be useful markers for biologic investigation of neoplastic transformation in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.  相似文献

57Fe Mössbauer spectrum of conductive barium iron vanadate glass with a composition of 20BaO·10Fe2O3·70V2O5 (in mol%) showed paramagnetic doublet peak due to distorted FeIIIO4 tetrahedra with isomer shift (δ) value of 0.37 (±?0.01) mm s?1. Mössbauer spectra of 20BaO·10Fe2O3·xMoO3·(70???x)V2O5 glasses (x?=?20–50) showed paramagnetic doublet peaks due to distorted FeIIIO6 octahedra with δ’s of 0.40–0.41 (±?0.01) mm s?1. These results evidently show a composition-dependent change of the 3D-skeleton structure from “vanadate glass” phase, composed of distorted VO4 tetrahedra and VO5 pyramids, to “molybdate glass” composed of distorted MoO6 octahedra. After isothermal annealing at 500 °C for 60 min, Mössbauer spectra also showed a marked decrease in the quadrupole splitting (Δ) of FeIII from 0.70 to 0.77 to 0.58–0.62 (±?0.02) mm s?1, which proved “structural relaxation” of distorted VO4 tetrahedra which were randomly connected to FeO4, VO5, MoO6, FeO6 and MoO4 units by sharing corner oxygen atoms or edges. DC-conductivity (σ) of barium iron vanadate glass (x?=?0) measured at room temperature was 3.2?×?10?6 S cm?1, which increased to 3.4?×?10?1 S cm?1 after the annealing at 500 °C for 60 min. The σ’s of as-cast molybdovanadate glasses with x’s of 20–50 were ca. 1.1?×?10?7 or 1.2?×?10?7S cm?1, which increased to 2.1?×?10?2 (x?=?20), 6.7?×?10?3 (x?=?35) and 1.9?×?10?4 S cm?1 (x?=?50) after the annealing at 500 °C for 60 min. It was concluded that the structural relaxation of distorted VO4 tetrahedra was directly related to the marked increase in the σ, as generally observed in several vanadate glasses.  相似文献

The volumetric gas-liquid oxygen transfer coefficient, kL a, and the liquid–solid coefficient, kS, were measured in a 6.7 L external loop airlift bubble column (ELBC), a 2.5 L internal loop airlift (ILBC) and a 2.5 L normal bubble column (NBC) by the steady state method proposed previously using the oxidation of glucose with air catalyzed by glucose oxidase, GO. For an improved and simultaneous determination of kL a and kS, GO was entrapped in calcium alginate gel beads together with fine palladium particles instead of catalase to decompose the hydrogen peroxide produced. The gas holdup, ?G, in each type of bubble column and the liquid circulation velocity, uL, governing ?G in the ELBC were also measured to correlate the data on kLa according to the previous correlations proposed for a larger scale of the ELBC, ILBC and NBC. The data on kL a, kS, ?G and uL (only for the ELBC) in the reaction system were compared to each other for the three types of bubble columns. The results are well predicted by the previous correlations.  相似文献

Hydroxy and oxo fatty acids were recently found to be produced as intermediates during gut microbial fatty acid metabolism. Lactobacillus plantarum produces these fatty acids from unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid. In this study, we investigated the effects of these gut microbial fatty acid metabolites on the lipogenesis in liver cells. We screened their effect on sterol regulatory element binding protein‐1c (SREBP‐1c) expression in HepG2 cells treated with a synthetic liver X receptor α (LXRα) agonist (T0901317). The results showed that 10‐hydroxy‐12(Z)‐octadecenoic acid (18:1) (HYA), 10‐hydroxy‐6(Z),12(Z)‐octadecadienoic acid (18:2) (γHYA), 10‐oxo‐12(Z)‐18:1 (KetoA), and 10‐oxo‐6(Z),12(Z)‐18:2 (γKetoA) significantly decreased SREBP1c mRNA expression induced by T0901317. These fatty acids also downregulated the mRNA expression of lipogenic genes by suppressing LXRα activity and inhibiting SREBP‐1 maturation. Oral administration of KetoA, which effectively reduced triacylglycerol accumulation and acetyl‐CoA carboxylase 2 (ACC2) expression in HepG2 cells, for 2 weeks significantly decreased Srebp1c, Scd1, and Acc2 expression in the liver of mice fed a high‐sucrose diet. Our findings suggest that the hypolipidemic effect of the fatty acid metabolites produced by L. plantarum can be exploited in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases or dyslipidemia.  相似文献

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) has an absolute majority of all oral cancer. We used proteomic technology to analyze the protein expression profile in OSCC tissues and accompanying surrounding normal tissues in four oral locations (buccal mucosa, gingival mucosa, oral floor, and tongue). Ten protein spots were overexpressed more strongly in cancer tissues than normal ones, and were identified as proliferating cell nuclear antigen, 14-3-3 ε, 14-3-3 σ, proteasome subunit α type 5, translationally controlled tumor protein, eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit, macrophage capping protein, and mitochondrial isocitrate dehydrogenase subunit α. Macrophage capping protein and mitochondrial isocitrate dehydrogenase subunit α had two spots. Especially, we focused on 14-3-3 σ protein, one of the eight identified proteins, and assessed its expression level in four oral locations of OSCC by using differential display methods. The expression level of 14-3-3 σ protein was upregulated in four locations of oral cavity. Eight proteins which we identified in this study may play an important role in OSCC carcinogenesis and progression and could be used as diagnostic biomarkers of OSCC.  相似文献
