国有股减持、政府隐性担保与投资者行为   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
国有股减持导致股票市场的大幅下跌,其咎不在以市场价减持国有股的减持方案.政府对股票市场的隐性担保造成投资者对市场走势的某种“理性的”稳定预期和信念.在此基础之上,政府和投资者塑造各自的心理和行为模式、国有股减持的信号含义就是政府要解除对市场的隐性担保.这个信号引发投资者固有的预期模式和行为模式的转变以及股票市场的信心危机。进而导致股票市场的“非理性反应”—市场以大幅下跌拒绝政府国有股减持和解除担保关系的行为、政府被迫停止国有股减持行为,但停止国有股减持并没有阻止股市的持续下跌,因为减持虽然停止,自减持发出的解除隐性担保的信号仍然有效。  相似文献

A current development trend in research on intelligent systems is to optimize a general intelligent prediction system into an individuation intelligent prediction system that is applied in specialized fields. Protein structure prediction is a challenging international issue. In this paper, we propose a new intelligent prediction system model, designed as a multi-layer compound pyramid model, for predicting secondary protein structure. The model comprises four independent intelligent interfaces and several knowledge discovery methods. The model penetrates throughout the domain knowledge, with the effective attributes chosen by Causal Cellular Automata. Furthermore, a high pure structure database is constructed for training. On the RS126 dataset, the overall state per-residue accuracy, Q3, reached 83.99%, while on the CB513 dataset, Q3 reached 85.58%. Meanwhile, on the CASP8 sequences, the results are superior to those produced by other methods, such as Psipred, Jpred, APSSP2 and BehairPred. These results confirm that our method has a strong generalization ability, and that it provides a model for the construction of other intelligent systems.  相似文献

Air quality has increasingly been a great concern all over the world, and the good command of indoor and outdoor air qualities is of benefit to the air pollution alleviation by various measures. In this work, the indoor and outdoor particle concentration distributions of a typical meeting room during the haze and clear-sky days were measured. The results show that the mass concentrations of the indoor and outdoor PM1, PM2.5, PM10 in heavy haze days are 114±1.8, 135.5±3.2, 161.7±12.8 μg/m3 and 146.4±8.4, 192.3±10.2, 431.4±34.8 μg/m3 respectively, corresponding to 39.3±1.5, 58.5±2.5, 127.9±10.5 μg/m3 and 54.5±4.0, 77.8±6.0, 173.4±21.6 μg/m3 in clear-sky days. Both in the haze and clear-sky days, the number distribution of particles reaches its peak value at the diameter of 0.25 μm, but the particle number concentration in the haze day is two times greater than the clear-sky day. The indoor particle concentration is not uniform with the peak value at the corner, which can be effectively alleviated by the air cleaner. The in-situ measurements of particle concentrations in a meeting room are helpful for the indoor air quality control.  相似文献

基于北京某工程钻孔灌注桩现场静荷载和桩身应力测试结果,对桩侧摩阻力、桩端阻力的发挥特性进行了对比分析,采取后注浆工艺可以较大幅度提高桩的单桩承载力性能。采用后注浆工艺,充分加强了桩与土之间相互作用的有利方面,使桩-土体系更加紧密地形成一个协同工作的系统,改善了基桩的承载性状。采用后注浆技术后,可适当减小桩径及桩长或减少工程桩数量,从而降低桩基工程造价,取得明显的技术经济效益。  相似文献

Four novel imidazole-based dithienylethenes have been successfully synthesized in good yields. Their structures have been confirmed by NMR spectrometry, mass spectrometry, and elemental analyses. UV/Vis absorption spectra indicated that these dithienylethenes can easily isomerize between the open-ring and closed-ring isomers upon irradiation with UV or visible light in solution, and that the respective closed-ring isomers show decreased fluorescence properties compared with the open-ring isomers. Moreover, the open-ring and closed-ring isomers display high selectivity toward Fe3+, such that the addition of Fe3+ obviously suppresses their fluorescence intensity.  相似文献

A dense SiC coating toughened by SiC nanowires was prepared on carbon/carbon (C/C) composites using a two-step technique of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) to protect them against oxidation. The morphologies and crystalline structures of the coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. SiC nanowires played a role in decreasing the size of the cracks and improving the thermal shock resistance of the coating. The result of thermal shock between 1773 K and room temperature for 21 times indicates that, compared with the SiC coating without SiC nanowires, the average size of the cracks in the SiC coating toughened with SiC nanowires reduced from 5 ± 0.5 to 3 ± 0.5 μm. The weight loss of the SiC coated C/C composites decreased from 9.32 to 4.45% by the introduction of SiC nanowires.  相似文献
