分析了PVC树脂生产中产生塑化片的原因,针对储槽搅拌器、离心机、星形下料器和输送管线提出了改进措施,并在料仓底部下料管线处增加了振动筛,改造后效果良好.     

天然气水合物和天然气脱水新工艺探讨

探讨了天然气水合物的发展过程、形成条件以及对天然气输送管道的腐蚀堵塞作用,对我国天然气脱水创新技术———膜法脱水、汽提脱水的原理与工艺过程进行了全面论述。考察了气体处理量及操作压力等对我国1.2×105m3/d天然气膜法脱水的工业试验装置的脱水过程的影响。     

Preparation and Properties of Rare Earth Modified Carbon Black/Natural Rubber Composites

The oxides Eu, Ho, Er and Dy were used to prepare the hydroxides of rare earth modified carbon black. Then natural rubber latex （NRL） was added into the reactor. The system reacted at 85 ℃ with stirring for 1 h to prepare powdered HAF-Ln（OH）3/NR composites. The effects of the kind and content of Ln on the particle size distribution of P [ NR/HAF-Ln （OH）3 ] and mechanical properties of its vulcanizate were studied respectively. It is found that rare earth can help to get the powder of the composite, the product particle with a diameter less than 0.9mm will be get when the composites containing the compound of Ho, Er and Dy with dosage of 1.0, 1.0, O. 5 percent, respectively. The adding of Ln can improve the tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate effectively, what＇s more, Er and Dy can decrease the permanent set of vulcanizate significantly. The SEM studies shows that P[ NR/HAF-Dy （OH）3 ] vulcanizate shows superior mechanical properties that depend primarily on the absence of free carbon black, the fine dispersion of carbon black in the rubber matrix and better polymer-filler interaction.     

小孔矩形腔体屏蔽特性的研究

本文提出了有孔腔体远、近场电磁屏蔽效能的计算方法，体研究了矩形腔体的屏蔽特性，讨论了各类孔对屏蔽能的影响程度。数值结果表明，理论计算与实验数据吻合较好。     

板坯连铸中间包的改造及应用效果

根据生产实际情况与降本增效的要求，对板坯连铸机使用的中间包在浇注工艺和使用中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了改造方案并进行了成功改造，目前使用效果良好，达到了预期的目的。     

机关事业单位养老保险制度改革中平稳衔接中人待遇对策研究 ——以云南省机关事业单位养老保险制度改革为例

机关事业单位养老保险改革启动后,彻底改变了过去完全按照本人退休前工资的一定比例计发退休金的模式.因此,准确、合理计发中人退休待遇是此次改革平稳推进的关键点.从我国养老保险的演进历程着手,聚焦分析机关事业单位养老保险制度改革中中人退休待遇的政策现状.通过对比改革前后中人退休待遇水平,建立数学模型,分析得出影响中人待遇水平的主要参数,并用样本数据测算出主要参数的合理数值区间,为平稳衔接中人退休待遇提供科学决策依据.     

水资源账户的建立与应用研究

为了补充和完善综合环境经济核算体系,进一步改进现代水利统计体系,实现水资源一体化管理,完成自然资源核算中水资源的核算部分,目前,对水资源环境经济核算方面的研究工作逐渐展开。作为水资源环境经济核算的重要组成部分,水资源账户的建立十分必要。基于水资源环境经济核算体系,介绍了水资源账户建立的背景、构架、核心管理问题和各账户编制内容以及账户建立的关键问题等,提出了水资源账户建立的一般思路,可为区域、流域水资源账户的编制提供参考。     

Particle size distribution,mixing behavior,and mechanical properties of carbon black (high‐abrasion furnace)–filled powdered styrene butadiene rubber

High‐abrasion furnace black (HAF, grade N330)–filled powdered styrene butadiene rubber [P(SBR/HAF)] was prepared and the particle size distribution, mixing behavior in a laboratory mixer, and mechanical properties of P(SBR/HAF) were studied. A carbon black–rubber latex coagulation method was developed for preparing carbon black–filled free‐flowing, noncontact staining SBR powders, with particle diameter less than 0.9 mm, under the following conditions: carbon black content > 40 phr, emulsifier/carbon black ratio > 0.02, and coating resin content > 2.5 phr. Over the experimental range, the mixing torque τ_α of P(SBR/HAF) was not as sensitive to carbon black content and mixing temperature as that of HAF‐filled bale SBR (SBR/HAF), whereas the temperature build‐up ΔT showed little dependency on carbon black content. Compared with SBR/HAF, P(SBR/HAF) showed a 20–30% mixing energy reduction with high carbon black content (>30 phr), which confers to powdered SBR good prospects for internal mixing. Carbon black and the rubber matrix formed a macroscopic homogenization in P(SBR/HAF), and the incorporation step is not obvious in the internal mixing processing results in these special mixing behaviors of P(SBR/HAF). A novel mixing model of carbon black–filled powdered rubber, during the mixing process in an internal mixer, was proposed based on the special mixing behaviors. P(SBR/HAF) vulcanizate showed better mechanical properties than those of SBR/HAF, dependent primarily on the absence of free carbon black and a fine dispersion of filler on the rubber matrix attributed to the proper preparation conditions of noncontact staining carbon black–filled powdered SBR. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一种基于邻近性和团的异常数据检测算法

随着数据科学研究的不断深入,异常数据对数据分析工作的干扰也越来也大,如何有效检测异常数据已成为数据研究的关键问题之一.目前传统基于距离的方法仅考虑单个对象的异常性,缺少对正常对象之间如何抱团的分析,针对此问题,论文提出了一种基于邻近性(Proximity)和团(Clique)的异常检测算法——PCOD(Proximity Cliques Outlier Detec-tion)算法.该算法引入了图论中团的概念,通过团来解释正常对象之间的连接,根据数据对象间的连接性来分析数据点是否为异常点.PCOD算法主要包括两个步骤:首先,根据数据对象之间的邻近性,将数据中各个对象表示为存在边的无向图;再递归搜索图获取所有团集合,对所有的团进行分析并检测出没有抱团的异常点.最后,使用Arrhythmia、Pima、Vowel等UCI数据集进行实验,实验结果表明PCOD算法在精确率方面优于同类异常检测算法.     

三维电极／电Fenton法处理苯酚废水机理研究

目的确定三维电杉电Fenton法处理苯酚废水的最佳反应条件并探讨反应机理．方法设计正交试验确定最佳反应条件,对处理结果进行紫外光谱分析;采用叔丁醇验证·OH的存在．结果在最佳反应条件pH值3,电解电压为12V,极板间距为10．5cm,电解质投加质量浓度为1．2g/L,Fe^2＋投加浓度为0．9mmol／L条件下,苯酚最大去除率为97．38％．苯酚去除率影响因素大小为pH值〉电解电压〉Fe^2＋投加浓度〉极板间距〉电解质投加质量浓度．反应过程中,苯酚首先被降解为醌类化合物并进一步降解为其他中间产物,最终被氧化为小分子化合物．结论苯酚的去除主要是电极的直接氧化,·OH以及其他活性氧化物共同作用的结果,其中·OH对苯酚的降解起到主要作用．
