Godson2H is a complex SoC (System-on-Chip) of Godson series, which is a 117mm2, 152 million transistors chip fabricated in 65nm CMOS LP/GP process technology. It integrates a 1GHz processor core and abundant high or low speed peripheral IO interfaces. To overcome on-chip-variation problems in deep submicron designs, many methods are adopted in clock tree, and PVT detectors are integrated for debug. To meet the low power constraints in different applications, most of state-of-the-art low power methods are used carefully, such as dynamic voltage and frequency scaling, power gating and aggressive multi-voltage design.  相似文献

The bound polaron ground state energy is calculated by the variational method of Pekar considering the influence of the Rashba SO interaction on the condition of electric?CLO phonon strong coupling in a parabolic quantum dot (QD). The relations on the bound polaron ground state energy with the parallel confinement length, the electron?CLO phonon coupling constant, the perpendicular confinement length and the Coulomb binding parameter are derived for a parabolic quantum dot.  相似文献

Caffeic acid (CA), a natural phenolic compound, is abundant in medicinal plants. CA possesses multiple biological effects such as anti-bacterial and anti-cancer growth. CA was also reported to induce fore stomach and kidney tumors in a mouse model. Here we used two human lung cancer cell lines, A549 and H1299, to clarify the role of CA in cancer cell proliferation. The growth assay showed that CA moderately promoted the proliferation of the lung cancer cells. Furthermore, pre-treatment of CA rescues the proliferation inhibition induced by a sub-IC(50) dose of paclitaxel (PTX), an anticancer drug. Western blot showed that CA up-regulated the pro-survival proteins survivin and Bcl-2, the down-stream targets of NF-κB. This is consistent with the observation that CA induced nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65. Our study suggested that the pro-survival effect of CA on PTX-treated lung cancer cells is mediated through a NF-κB signaling pathway. This may provide mechanistic insights into the chemoresistance of cancer calls.  相似文献

生姜蛋白酶是从生姜中发现的一种植物蛋白酶,属于木瓜蛋白酶类,与木瓜蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶及猕猴桃蛋白酶共同组成4种重要植物蛋白酶。生姜蛋白酶的提取方法主要有沉淀法中的有机溶剂法、结合有机溶剂的盐法、单宁法,以及超滤法。生姜蛋白酶的嫩肉、澄清和凝乳等作用在食品领域已被广泛研究及应用,其酶学性质、相对分子质量分布及结构也进行了检测分析和研究。近期的部分研究还表明生姜蛋白酶的一些生物活性有潜在医药价值、具有广阔的应用前景。本文对生姜蛋白酶的提取分离与纯化、酶活性及分析检测、生物活性及应用等研究现状进行了概述,并对今后应重点加强的研究方向进行展望。  相似文献

The purpose of this research was to study the scale-up behavior of dye RB-19 ozonation in a new gas-inducing reactor, which has been used in the NTUST laboratory on various ozonation studies over the past few years. In this scale-up study, three geometrically similar gas-inducing reactors with different diameters (D t =0.17, 0.29, and 0.51m) were employed. Three common scale-up criteria (i.e., equal liquid surface motion, equal specific power consumption, and equal impeller tip velocity) were investigated in this research. Under the equal liquid surface motion criterion, the scale-up exponent value and constant K of the modified onset Froude number were determined to be 0.5 and 0.61, respectively. The equal specific power consumption criterion was studied under gas input condition and the scale-up exponent was found to be 0.65. The regression equation for the power number of the three different scale reactors was also obtained. The scale-up exponent of equal impeller tip velocity was determined by theory to be 1.0. The scale-up investigation of dye RB-19 ozonation was then carried out in reactors with three different diameters under the same operating conditions (e.g., initial dye concentration, initial dye/ozone molar ratio, superficial gas velocity, temperature and pH value). From the experimental results, the best-fit scale-up exponent was found to be 1.18, resulting in same dye removal rate in reactors with different diameters. The enhancement factors and chemical ozone mass transfer coefficients were also obtained for these sets of ozonation experiments.  相似文献

The Godson-3B processor is a powerful processor designed for high performance servers including Dawning Servers.It offers significantly improved performance over previous Godson-3 series CPUs by incorporating eight CPU cores and vector computing units.It contains 582.6 M transistors within 300 mm2 area in 65 nm technology and is implemented in parallel with full hierarchical design flows.In Godson-3B,advanced clock distribution mechanisms including GALS (Globally Asynchronous Locally Synchronous) and clock mesh are adopted to obtain an OCV tolerable clock network.Custom-designed de-skew modules are also implemented to afford further latency balance after fabrication.The power reduction of Godson-3B is maintained by MLMM (Multi Level Multi Mode) clock gating and multi-threshold-voltage cells substitution schemes.The highest frequency of Godson-3B is 1.05 GHz and the peak performance is 128 GFlops (double-precision) or 256 GFlops (single-precision) with 40 W power consumption.  相似文献

This paper proposes a mixed color sequential (MCS) algorithm with high contrast enhancement technique in RGB light-emitting diode (LED) backlight display. Owing to synchronous control of liquid crystal display (LCD) and LED panels, high quality image with suppressed color breakup (CBU) and motion blur effects is achieved by our novel color sequential technique. Importantly, MCS algorithm is useful for color filter-less optical compensated bend (OCB) panel display for alleviating CBU and motion blur effects. Furthermore, high contrast image is also presented on LCD panel because of mixed red-green-blue (RGB) and cyan-magenta-yellow (CMY) backlights with optimum power consumption. In other words, MCS algorithm with high contrast enhancement technique can have the better performance compared with other field sequential color techniques. Experimental results demonstrate by an actual RGB backlight module for 32-in 1366*768 LCD panel the improvement of CBU and motion blur effects.  相似文献

Employing differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), the micromechanism for crystallization of Zr70Cu20Ni10 metallic glass under isothermal annealing conditions has been investigated. It is found that the relationship between the annealing temperature and the peak position, incubation time and ending time in the isothermal annealing DSC traces of Zr70Cu20Ni10 metallic glass obeys a first-order exponential function. However, the time–temperature transformation curves of Zr70Cu20Ni10 metallic glass at different crystallized volume fractions can be well fitted by a second-order exponential function. It is observed that at the initial crystallization stage some ordered atomic clusters precipitate first, acting as nucleation sites and facilitating the subsequent crystallization process, and the crystal growth process mainly proceeds through the atomic depositing on the previously formed crystals. This behavior confirms that the new micromechanism for crystallization of amorphous alloys proposed by Lu and Wang can also be applied to the new series of zirconium based amorphous alloys.  相似文献

目的 探讨粉尘螨口服滴剂的抗过敏作用特点。方法 采用豚鼠回肠平滑肌过敏收缩实验和肺支气管灌注法观察粉尘螨口服滴剂对平滑肌的抑制作用;大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应观察其对血管通透性改变的影响和颅骨骨膜法观察其对肥大细胞脱颗粒的抑制作用。结果 粉尘螨口服滴剂能够明显抑制回肠平滑肌和拮抗抗原对支气管平滑肌的收缩作用, 对肥大细胞脱颗粒具有显著的抑制作用。结论 粉尘螨口服滴剂具有显著的抗过敏作用。  相似文献
