“知情意行”视域下劳动价值观培育探究

文章从劳动认知、劳动情趣与劳动意志3个层面分析了当今高职院校学生存在的劳动价值观问题,提出“知情意行”合一培育劳动价值观的策略.     

Bridgman法生长的PWO晶体的发光特性和透光特性

本文采用改进的Bridgman法，以纯度不低于99．99％的PbO和WO3为原料，生长出无色透明的、大尺寸的PbWO4（PWO）晶体，研究了晶体沿生长方向不同部位的透射光谱及X射线激发的发射光谱特性．发现改进的Bridgman法生长的PWO晶体具有较好的发光均匀性和透光均匀性，其原因主要是改进的Bridgman法采用密封的坩埚，有效地抑制了组份（PbO和WO3）的挥发.     

Robotic system approach for complete denture manufacturing

A robotic system for complete denture manufacturing, which can realize automatic implanting of artificial teeth, is described. The tooth arrangement algorithm is presented, including the equations of jaw-arch curve and teeth-arch curve, setup of a single tooth coordinate system and calculation of tooth position in teeth-arch curve. An expert system software is developed that integrates high-level dentist experiences and dexterous technician skills. Three-dimensional (3-D) display of tooth arrangement, human-computer interactive adjustment of tooth position and orientation in teeth-arch curve are achieved. Robot path planning and control data creation are realized by this software also. Finally, an experiment of complete denture manufacturing is made for a patient, a pair of complete dentures is obtained, and the results are analyzed. This robotic system is expected to change the manner of complete denture manufacturing wholly, and significantly improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.     

寒冷地区商业建筑中庭冬季垂直温差优化研究

本文基于对商场通高中庭空间在冬季不同运行工况下,通过数值模拟分析软件定量分析及现场实地调研核查,明确了影响中庭垂直温差的主要影响因素为高/低区出入口冷风侵入管控,建筑围护结构气密性,暖通空调系统控制措施及厨房排补风系统联动.通过分析各主要出入口,幕墙及管井等无组织渗漏风对中庭垂直温差的影响,重新规划各楼层空调送风风量及温度,提出相应的空调运行策略优化中庭垂直温差,探讨降低空调能耗的可能性.     

Fabrication, thermal stability and microhardness of sputtered Ni–P–W coating

Ternary Ni–P–W alloy coating was fabricated by the RF magnetron sputtering technique with dual targets of electroless nickel alloy and tungsten metal. The composition of both the alloy deposited and the sputtered targets were evaluated by electron probe microanalysis. The homogeneity of Ni–P targets fabricated by electroless nickel plating on copper plates was revealed from cross-sectional line profile analysis. Transitions in microstructure, in terms of the tungsten content in the as-deposited alloy deposit, were discussed using X-ray diffraction analysis. Results of microhardness tests showed that the surface hardness could be engineered by controlling the composition and microstructure in the Ni–P–W coating. A relatively high microhardness of approximately 1900 HK was observed for the ternary coating with high tungsten contents of 65 wt.%. The thermal stability could be enhanced by addition of tungsten into the deposit compared to the binary Ni–P sputtered coating.

Extraction of Peptidoglycan from L. paracasei subp. Paracasei X12 and Its Preliminary Mechanisms of Inducing Immunogenic Cell Death in HT-29 Cells

L. paracasei subp. paracasei X12 was previously isolated from a Chinese traditional fermented cheese with anticancer activities and probiotic potential. Herein, the integral peptidoglycan (X12-PG) was extracted by a modified trichloroacetic acid (TCA) method. X12-PG contained the four representative amino acids Asp, Glu, Ala and Lys, and displayed the similar lysozyme sensitivity, UV-visible scanning spectrum and molecular weight as the peptidoglycan standard. X12-PG could induce the production of apoptotic bodies observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). X12-PG could significantly induced the translocation of calreticulin (CRT) and the release of high mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), the two notable hallmarks of immunogenic cell death (ICD), with the endoplastic reticulum (ER) damaged and subsequently intracellular [Ca²⁺] elevated. Our findings implied that X12-PG could induce the ICD of HT-29 cells through targeting at the ER. The present results may enlighten the prospect of probiotics in the prevention of colon cancer.     

非均匀结构件材料密度工业CT定量检测方法

采用模拟试验的方法,研究了试件结构变化对CT值及图像噪声的影响。比较了线衰减系数对比法和密度对比法对壳体类非均匀结构件材料密度检测的适用性,给出了线衰减系数对比法中具有普遍使用意义的"等效能量"的获取方法——"残差平方和法"。试验表明,对于壳体类非均匀结构件,密度对比法的测量精度要优于线衰减系数对比法。研究内容对弹药装药工业CT定量检测方法的选择具有较好的指导意义。     

工业CT系统密度分辨率的影响因素

密度分辨率是CT系统性能的重要参数,噪声级别影响着CT系统的密度分辨率并与之存在弱正相关性,而电压、电流和重建范围等工艺因素直接影响CT系统的量子噪声。采用圆盘法来研究不同工艺因素对工业CT系统密度分辨率的影响。在此基础上,探讨在相同功率下,使用工业CT系统测试不同材料(铝合金、钛合金或有机玻璃)时达到最佳密度分辨率时的扫描参数。     

LU90-180系列风冷型螺杆式空气压缩机常见故障分析与处理

针对莱钢股份炼铁厂LU90-180风冷型螺杆式空气压缩机在运行中出现的问题进行分析,找到了故障出现的原因,并提出了排除故障的措施,从而有效提高空压机的工作效率。
