研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼(MoDTP)摩擦改进剂及其与硫、磷、硫-磷型添加剂复合的抗磨减摩性能。试验表明,经过适当复配后,这类合活性元素的添加剂对MoDTP的抗磨减摩性能均有增效作用,同一类型添加剂的活性愈高,增效作用愈显著。同时利用扫描电镜和X-射线能谱仪进行摩擦副表面膜的形貌照相及元素分析,对复合作用的机理进行了初步探讨。 相似文献

3D image retrieval approach is a challenging problem in the research of content-based image retrieval. In this paper, a novel retrieval approach combined differential geometry and co-occurrence matrix is presented. Firstly, Gaussian curvature and mean curvature are utilized to represent the inherent characteristic of spatial surface, and then we use co-occurrence matrix to store the shape information of 3D images. Secondly, normalization process is applied to the co-occurrence matrix and the invariants independence of the translation, scaling, and rotation transforms are proved. In comparison with the recent methods, experiments indicate a lower computation complexity and a better retrieval rate to 3D images with slight different shape characteristic. 相似文献

本文通过对比磨削试验,研究了自锐性金刚石(CSD)树脂砂轮的磨削性能。试验结果表明,由于CSD形状小规则,有许多凹入角和粗糙表面,树脂结合剂对CSD的把持力较普通金刚石强,所以在磨削各参数相同的条件下,自锐性金刚石砂轮与普通金刚石砂轮相比,其磨削比提高60%以上。且由于CSD的内部为许多单个亚晶粒所组成的镶嵌的颗粒,因此在应力作用下,只有很小的不规则的碎片崩掉,从而在每个颗粒的表面上留下许多新的小切削刃,故其加工工件的表面粗糙度值较低。 相似文献

The large‐area formation of functional micropatterns with liquid crystals is of great significance for diversified applications in interdisciplinary fields. Meanwhile, the control of molecular alignment in the patterns is fundamental and prerequisite for the adequate exploitation of their photoelectric properties. However, it would be extremely complicated and challenging for discotic liquid crystals (DLCs) to achieve the goal, because they are insensitive to external fields and surface chemistry. Herein, a simple method of patterning and aligning DLCs on flat substrates is disclosed through precise control of the formation and dewetting of the capillary liquid bridges, within which the DLC molecules are confined. Large‐area uniform alignment occurs spontaneously due to directional shearing force when the solvent is slowly evaporated and programmable patterns could be directly generated on desired substrates. Moreover, the in‐plane column direction of DLCs is tunable by slightly tailoring their chemical structures which changes their self‐assembly behaviors in liquid bridges. The patterned DLCs show molecular orientation–dependent charge transport properties and are promising for templating self‐assembly of other materials. The study provides a facile method for manipulation of the macroscopic patterns and microscopic molecular orientation which opens up new opportunities for electronic applications of DLCs. 相似文献

通过PET和PEG共缩聚,合成了PET—PEG共聚酯,采用DSC、等温结晶仪、X衍射分析仪和电子扫描电镜研究了PEG分子量对该共聚酯结晶性能的影响。结果表明,在PET分子结构中引入PEG链段,能有效提高结晶速度,共聚酯结晶结构与PET类似,但PEG不进入晶格中,只起诱导结晶的作用。当PEG分子量为4000时,冷结晶温度Tcc降得最低,但热结晶温度Tc反而比纯PET有所增加,110℃结晶速度t12=1min,而纯PET需12min。 相似文献

Lung cancer has long been recognized as an extremely heterogeneous disease, since its development is unique in every patient in terms of clinical characterizations, prognosis, response and tolerance to treatment. Personalized medicine refers to the use of markers to predict which patient will most likely benefit from a treatment. In lung cancer, the well-developed epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the newly emerging EML4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) are important therapeutic targets. This review covers the basic mechanism of EGFR and EML4-ALK activation, the predictive biomarkers, the mechanism of resistance, and the current targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The efficacy of EGFR and ALK targeted therapies will be discussed in this review by summarizing the prospective clinical trials, which were performed in biomarker-based selected patients. In addition, the revolutionary sequencing and systems strategies will also be included in this review since these technologies will provide a comprehensive understanding in the molecular characterization of cancer, allow better stratification of patients for the most appropriate targeted therapies, eventually resulting in a more promising personalized treatment. The relatively low incidence of EGFR and ALK in non-Asian patients and the lack of response in mutant patients limit the application of the therapies targeting EGFR or ALK.
