To provide a basis for the high-temperature oxidation of ultra-high temperature ceramics (UHTCs), the oxidation behavior of Zr3[Al(Si)]4C6 and a novel Zr3[Al(Si)]4C6-ZrB2-SiC composite at 1500 °C were investigated for the first time. From the calculation results, the oxidation kinetics of the two specimens follow the oxidation dynamic parabolic law. Zr3[Al(Si)]4C6 exhibited a thinner oxide scale and lower oxidation rate than those of the composite under the same conditions. The oxide scale of Zr3[Al(Si)]4C6 exhibited a two-layer structure, while that of the composite exhibited a three-layer structure. Owing to the volatilization of B2O3 and the active oxidation of SiC, a porous oxide layer formed in the oxide scale of the composite, resulting in the degradation of its oxidation performance. Furthermore, the cracks and defects in the oxide scale of the composite indicate that the reliability of the oxide scale was poor. In this paper we study the optimization issues of ring networks employing novel parallel multi‐granularity hierarchical optical add‐drop multiplexers (OADMs). In particular, we attempt to minimize the number of control elements for the off‐line case. We present an integer linear programming formulation to obtain the lower bound in optimization, and propose an efficient heuristic algorithm called global bandwidth resource assignment that is suitable for the design of large‐scale OADM networks. 相似文献

In this letter, a new sharing mechanism, SRLG sharing, is proposed, which allows the links of the same shared risk link group (SRLG) in a primary light tree to share protections in WDM optical networks. In previous studies, how to share spare resources with SRLG constraints has not been studied in multicast optical networks. In this letter, considering SRLG sharing, we propose a novel algorithm –multicast with SRLG sharing (MSS)– to establish a protection light tree. Finally, the algorithm MSS and the algorithm multicast with no SRLG sharing (MNSS) are compared through a simulation to show that our new sharing scheme of SRLG sharing is more efficient than that of no SRLG sharing in terms of spare resource utilization and blocking probability. 相似文献

以优选的心墙沥青混凝土配合比为基础,分别采用质量分数为12%的石灰石粉、6%水泥+6%石灰石粉、12%水泥作为填料配制沥青混凝土试件,研究水泥填料对采用天然砾石骨料的心墙沥青混凝土长期水稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:采用12%石灰石粉为填料的沥青混凝土水稳定系数随浸水时间的延长而不断减小,且在浸水75 h后水稳定系数降至0.88,已不满足心墙沥青混凝土水稳定系数大于或等于0.90的要求;采用12%水泥、6%水泥+6%石灰石粉为填料的沥青混凝土水稳定系数随浸水时间的延长先增大后减小,且在浸水375 h后达到最大,分别为1.02和0.98,在浸水1 500 h后水稳定系数仍然能够满足规范要求;用水泥替代部分石灰石粉作填料也可有效改善心墙沥青混凝土的长期水稳定性。 相似文献

针对船用复合材料连接结构失稳问题,采用传递矩阵法对复合层梁稳定性进行研究,推导了船用复合层梁的等效刚度,提出了船用复合层梁连接结构的稳定性计算方法,并将计算结果与数值仿真和稳定性试验结果进行对比,对计算方法进行验证。结果表明,本文提出的方法对于船用复合材料连接结构稳定性求解有较高的精度。通过本文的研究,丰富了复合层梁结构稳定性计算方法,为复合材料连接结构的设计和制造,提供了工程设计参考。 相似文献

Quasi-two-dimensional (Q-2D) perovskites are emerging as one of the most promising materials for photodetectors. However, a significant challenge to Q-2D perovskites for photodetection is their insufficient charge transport ability, which is mainly attributed to their hybrid low-dimensional n-phase structure. This study demonstrates that evenly-distributed 3D-like phases with vertical orientation throughout the film can greatly facilitate charge transport and suppress charge recombination, outperforming the prevalent phase structure with a vertical dimension gradient. Based on such a phase structure, a Q-2D Ruddlesden−Popper perovskite self-powered photodetector achieving a combination of exceptional figures-of-merit is realized, including a responsivity of 0.45 AW−1, a peak specific detectivity of 2.3 × 1013 Jones, a 156 dB linear dynamic range, and a rise/fall time of 2.89 µs/1.93 µs. The desired phase structure is obtained by utilizing a double-hole transport layer (HTL), combining hydrophobic PTAA and hydrophilic PEDOT: PSS. Besides, the dependence of the hybrid low-dimensional phase structure is also identified on the surface energy of the buried HTL substrate. This study gives insight into the correlation between Q-2D perovskites’ phase structure and performance, providing a valuable design guide for Q-2D perovskite-based photodetectors. 相似文献
