In this paper, we propose a new reduced-complexity decoding algorithm of Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) codes, called Belief-Propagation-Approximated (BPA) algorithm, which utilizes the idea of normalization and translates approximately the intricate nonlinear operation in the check nodes of the original BP algorithm to only one operation of looking up the table. The normalization factors can be obtained by simulation, or theoretically. Simulation results demonstrate that BPA algorithm exhibits fairly satisfactory bit error performance on the Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel. 相似文献

Resveratrol can affect the physiology or biochemistry of offspring in the maternal–fetal animal model. However, it exhibits low bioavailability in humans and animals. Fifteen-week SD pregnant female rats were orally administered bisphenol A (BPA) and/or resveratrol butyrate ester (RBE), and the male offspring rats (n = 4–8 per group) were evaluated. The results show that RBE treatment (BPA + R30) compared with the BPA group can reduce the damage caused by BPA (p < 0.05). RBE enhanced the expression of selected genes and induced extramedullary hematopoiesis and mononuclear cell infiltration. RBE increased the abundance of S24-7 and Adlercreutzia in the intestines of the male offspring rats, as well as the concentrations of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in the feces. RBE also increased the antioxidant capacity of the liver by inducing Nrf2, promoting the expression of HO-1, SOD, and CAT. It also increased the concentration of intestinal SCFAs, enhancing the barrier formed by intestinal cells, thereby preventing BPA-induced metabolic disruption in the male offspring rats, and reduced liver inflammation. This study identified a potential mechanism underlying the protective effects of RBE against the liver damage caused by BPA exposure during the peri-pregnancy period, and the influence of the gut microbiota on the gut–liver axis in the offspring. 相似文献

Novel molecularly imprinted polymer nanofibers (MIP‐NFs) were prepared for the adsorption of bisphenol A (BPA) in a water sample using the sol–gel process and the electrospinning technique. The effects of a number of synthesis parameters on the adsorption efficiency were investigated. The successful removal of BPA from MIP‐NFs was studied using UV–visible spectroscopy. The prepared MIP‐NFs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, field emission SEM, TEM and energy dispersive X‐ray analysis. The results showed that the required molar ratio of 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) to BPA was 15:1, which indicates a good performance in the rebinding test. Likewise, the molar ratio of APTES:acid:water was 1:2:9. The nylon 6 polymer solution, with a concentration of 12 wt%, showed a maximum adsorption capacity for BPA due to a decrease in the nanofiber diameter and an increase in the accessible sites. Furthermore, the maximum adsorption capacity of BPA was achieved at pH 7. Concerning the binding of BPA on MIP‐NFs, the experimental data matched well with the pseudo‐second‐order kinetics data and the Sips isotherm model. The saturated binding capacity for MIP‐NFs was predicted to be 115.1 mg g?1, which was more than twice as high as that for non‐imprinted polymer nanofibers (46.82 mg g?1). The results obtained in this study confirmed that the prepared MIP‐NFs showed considerable binding specificity for BPA in comparison with similar structural compounds such as phenol, naphthol and Naphthol AS, in aqueous solution. The binding capacity of MIP‐NFs remained almost constant after five cycles of reuse. The effects of environmentally relevant bisphenol A (BPA) concentrations (0.3, 1 and 3 μg L−1) were tested at 2, 4, 6 and 8 days, on intermediate leaves, of the seagrass Cymodocea nodosa. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production, lipid peroxidation, protein, phenolic content and antioxidant enzyme activities were investigated. Increased H2O2 formation was detected even at the lowest BPA treatments from the beginning of the experiment and both the enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant defense mechanisms were activated upon application of BPA. Elevated H2O2 levels that were detected as a response to increasing BPA concentrations and incubation time, led to the decrease of protein content on the 4th day even at the two lower BPA concentrations, and to the increase of the lipid peroxidation at the highest concentration. However, on the 6th day of BPA exposure, protein content did not differ from the control, indicating the ability of both the enzymatic and non-enzymatic mechanisms (such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and phenolics) to counteract the BPA-derived oxidative stress. The early response of the protein content determined that the Low Effect Concentration (LOEC) of BPA is 0.3 μg L−1 and that the protein content meets the requirements to be considered as a possible early warning “biomarker” for C. nodosa against BPA toxicity. 相似文献

Multiporous TiO2/Ti film electrodes were prepared by different anodic oxidation processes at low voltage, in which the micro-structured TiO2 thick films were prepared in H2SO4–H2O2–H3PO4–HF solution for 2 h and the nano-structured TiO2 thin films were prepared in H3PO4–HF solution for 30 min with post-calcination. Both types of TiO2/Ti films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The photocatalytic (PC) and photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) reactivity of the TiO2/Ti electrodes were evaluated in terms of bisphenol A (BPA) degradation in aqueous solution. The experimental results demonstrated that the nano-structured TiO2/Ti thin-film electrodes had higher reactivity in the BPA degradation reaction. The PEC degradation of BPA was further studied using different cathodes, either a reticulated vitreous carbon (RVC) electrode or a platinum (Pt) electrode. The experimental results confirmed that the efficiency of BPA degradation could be significantly enhanced in the TiO2/Ti–RVC reaction system due to the generation of H2O2 on the RVC cathode. 针对油井在生产过程中的出砂问题,选取了一种双酚A型环氧树脂ER1用于化学固砂实验,研究了其化学式及主要反应机理。并在室内测试了ER1固砂体系的性能。结果表明.在60℃下选用40~80目干燥石英砂、固化剂GN加量为1.2%、ER1树脂加量为4.5%、偶联剂KH550加量为0.2%、固化时间为24h的条件下,散砂固结体的抗压强度为12.3MPa。空气渗透率为12.9md.煤油渗透率为4.1md。固结体样品能够抵抗地层水、泥质等的混入。有较好的耐酸碱等介质的能力,在大流量长时间水的冲刷下没有散砂被冲出。 相似文献
