Here I establish the field perturbation theory of pseudogaps in HTSC. The proposed ground state suggests an internal particle-hole field, which is normal to nesting surfaces, and having twice the Fermi wave number. It is proved that the system violates momentum conservation by the wave vector of this internal field. This violation applies to the quasi-particle propagators, as well as to the interactions. Interaction vertices via the Pauli matrix-τ1 are established. This, in turn, establishes the validity of the pseudogap Hartree self-energy.  相似文献

We present investigations on the electronic structure of the recently discovered, electron-doped infinite-layer compound Sr1–xNdxCuO2– (T c40K) by means of photoelectron spectroscopy with synchrotron radiation. This system is compared with the two closely related cuprates Nd2–xCexCuO4– (electron doped) and Nd1.4Ce0.2Sr0.4CuO4– (hole doped). Valence band spectra in the Cu 3p3d resonance are interpreted in terms of CuO4 (n-doped compounds) and CuO5 (p-doped system) cluster models. From our calculations we find a considerably higher Cu3d Coulomb correlation for the electron-doped compounds as well as a very low Cu-O hybridization for the infinite-layer system. Partial Nd spectra of Sr0.85Nd0.15CuO2– show the Nd dopants to be trivalent, thus confirming the infinite-layer compound to be electron doped. Analysis of partial Nd valence bands and magnetic susceptibilities of Nd2–xCexCuO4– and Nd1.4Ce0.2Sr0.4CuO4– gives very similar electronic parameters and antiferromagnetic correlations between Nd spins for both cuprates.We gratefully acknowledge financial support from the Bayerischer Forschungsverbund Hoch-temperatur-Supraleiter (FORSUPRA).  相似文献

Epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7– thin films (YBCO) and YBa2Cu3O7– /PrBa2Cu3O7– multilayers (Y/Pr) were irradiated with high-energy heavy ions (770 Mev208Pb) under various directions relative to thec-axis. The irradiation resulted in columnar defects tilted by from thec-axis. The angular dependence of their pinning activity was studied by measuring the anisotropy of the critical current density. TheJ c (B, T,) behavior of the irradiated YBCO thin films showed an additional peak, which exceeds the intrinsic pinning peak, exactly at the irradiation direction. The Y/Pr multilayers, however, showed an isotropicT c -enhancement by a factor of 5, without any additional structure in theJ c(B, T,) curve.  相似文献

We assume that Fermi surface nesting is a common feature in all oxide high temperature superconductors (HTSC) of perovskite or layered-perovskite structure. We show that this feature results in the breakdown of the Migdal's theorem, and the singularity of some electronic polarizations. This chapter introduces the use of substrates for high-temperature superconductor (HTSC) thin-film deposition beyond their usual purpose as chemically inert, lattice-matched support for the films. Substrates are used as functional elements in order to controllably modify the growth mode of YBa2Cu3O7–x thin films in the case of vicinal-cut SrTiO3 single crystals or to locally modify the surface morphology and film/substrate lattice mismatch in the case of ion implanted SrTiO3. Furthermore, the use of biaxial epitaxial strain is briefly reviewed for HTSC thin films, and the application of this concept to tailor the properties of perovskite thin films in general is shown.  相似文献
