Micro-optical electro-mechanical systems (MOEMS) technology, making use of existing silicon based fabrication techniques shows great potential for making complete miniaturized hybrid devices. Such technology has been used to make a Fourier transform spectrometer based on a time-scanning Michelson interferometer. An electrostatic comb drive actuator moves the scanning mirror over a distance of 40 μm. The measured resolution of the spectrometer is 6 nm at a wavelength of 633 nm. The dimensions of the device are 5×5×0.5 mm, and the depth of feature is 75 μm. During quality control of such devices it is necessary to check the dimensions of micron wide structures that are tens of microns deep, over areas of tens of square millimeters. In this work we have investigated the use of white light scanning interference (WLSI) microscopy for making rapid, non-destructive precision three-dimensional measurements. While a high axial precision can be achieved, an artifact has been observed with classical configurations that tend to extend the location of deep step discontinuities by up to 3 μm and so broaden narrow structures. With certain modifications in the optical configuration, this error can be considerably reduced. The results of this work demonstrate that WLSI shows great potential for the rapid and precise quality control of MOEMS devices.  相似文献

直流融冰装置对解决输电线路的覆冰问题起到了巨大作用。使用直流融冰装置对同杆并架双回线中的一回线进行融冰时,由于线路之间电磁耦合和静电耦合的作用,另一回交流线路(以下称为并架线路)会对融冰装置的运行产生影响。文中通过实时数字仿真器(RTDS)与实际融冰装置的控制保护设备组成的闭环系统进行了仿真研究,结果表明:融冰装置不会影响并架线路的运行;并架线路会对融冰装置的50 Hz保护产生影响,应改进50 Hz保护的逻辑或适当提高动作整定值;断开并架线路的交流断路器会对融冰装置的接地电流产生冲击,应适当提高接地电流保护的动作整定值;对同杆双回线路进行融冰时,应注意选择融冰方式。  相似文献

In this letter, the constant driving power reduction ratio has been achieved for column drivers regardless of the input image by incorporating a new static power reduction scheme into the previous dynamic power reduction method. The measured power reduction ratio is around 50% for a 120 Hz liquid crystal display panel in such cases of still input video and fallback.  相似文献

This paper deals with modelling and performance of adjustable speed drives (ASDs) subjected to voltage disturbances in electric supply. The aim of this study was to develop appropriate models of typical ASD and investigate their sensitivity to voltage disturbances under various practical modes of operation and control. Accordingly, scalar controlled open and closed loop volts–hertz (V–Hz) and vector controlled closed loop ASDs are modelled in PSCAD/EMTDC environment, and their performance in the presence of voltage disturbances is investigated under typical operating and loading conditions.  相似文献

The ionization of the positronium is studied in the over-the-barrier regime. The Volkov and momentum-space strong-field approximation are applied to describe the ionization of the hydrogen-like atomic systems. Classical trajectory Monte Carlo calculations were also performed and a good agreement with quantum-mechanical calculations were found. The scaling of the ionization probability density as function of the reduced mass of the target is analyzed. We find that the maxima of the ionization probability density is determined by laser field parameters, and it’s width can be characterised by the charge of the core and reduced mass of the target.  相似文献

Abstract— Samsung has developed a high‐resolution full‐HD (1920 × 1080) 120‐Hz LCD‐TV panel using a novel pixel structure and a motion‐compensated frame‐interpolation (McFi) single‐chip solution. Our latest work includes launch of a 70‐in. full‐HD panel, the world's largest LCD TV in mass production, with a 120‐Hz frame rate. A serious problem involving the charging time margin has been completely overcome through the use of a new alternative 1G‐2D pixel structure and a new driving scheme. Compared with conventional dot‐inversion driving, our new dot‐inversion method, which is a spatial averaging technique, can save power because the column drivers are operated using vertical inversion driving. In addition, McFi, which merges individual ME/MC and timing‐controller (TCON) ICs and memories, has been developed and applied in a mass‐production product for the first time ever. The McFi solution provides 120‐Hz driving with the lowest possible system cost. Motion‐picture response time (MPRT) has been reduced from 1 5 to 8 msec. Moreover, for the case of 24‐Hz film source mode, motion judder has been completely eliminated. As a result, a lineup consisting of 40‐, 46‐, 52‐, 70‐, and 82‐in. LCD‐TV panels with high quality and manufacturability has been made possible.  相似文献

The terms ‘proscan up-conversion’ or ‘deinterlacing’ stand for algorithms for the conversion of interlaced image sequences into progressive format by interpolating the lines which are missing due to interlaced scanning. Although deinterlacing is already known to improve TV image quality, such techniques will become even more important in future. Firstly, standard interlaced image sequences will be increasingly processed and displayed on computer platforms and thus usually require progressive scanning and an increased temporal resolution. Secondly, the emerging market of light valve projection equipment demands high-quality proscan up-conversion since the image quality of these display techniques relies heavily on the light efficiency of non-interlaced scanning. By describing deinterlacing as a problem of linear prediction theory, this paper derives upper MSE performance bounds for these algorithms. Thus, a theoretical framework is provided which allows to analyse the effects of various parameters like motion vector inaccuracy, temporal integration and memory constraints on the efficiency of motion-compensated deinterlacing. It is, for example, shown that these algorithms can be very sensitive to motion vector inaccuracies especially if the image sequence is recorded with very short exposure time. Finally, it is briefly demonstrated that the presented analysis can easily be extended to the case of field- and frame-rate up-conversion of interlaced (‘100 Hz’) and non-interlaced image sequences.  相似文献
