无刷同步电机的励磁系统对励磁电流的测量是制约该励磁方式发展的一大障碍。设计了一个射频系统可以用来解决同步电机的励磁电流的测量问题。该系统可以方便地检测到同步电机励磁机的整流二极管的工作状态并且可以动态地显示励磁电流，极大地方便了运行人员做出判断，而且结构简单、方便实用。     

Heterogeneity in Youth Symptom Trajectories Following Psychiatric Crisis: Predictors and Placement Outcome.

The authors examined heterogeneity in symptom trajectories among youths following psychiatric crises as well as the psychosocial correlates and placement outcomes associated with identified trajectories. Using semiparametric mixture modeling with 156 youths approved for psychiatric hospitalization, the authors identified 5 trajectories based on symptoms over the 16 months following crisis: high improved, high unimproved, borderline improved, borderline unimproved, and subclinical. Membership in unimproved symptom groups was associated with less suicidality, younger age, more youth hopelessness, and more caregiver empowerment. Improved symptom group membership predicted long-term decreases in days in out-of-home placements. More important, and in contrast with general impressions from the existing literature, findings suggest that a substantive proportion of youths with serious emotional disturbance sustain high levels of symptomatology following intensive mental health services. Quality of Service in VoIP Communication

The focus of this paper lies in the practical aspects of voice over IP communication. VoIP configurations in the H.323 standard will be presented briefly. Following that, the fundamental protocol procedure of H.323 communication will be briefly explained. A further part of the paper will address the subject QoS (quality of service), and present the common measurement methods used in QoS. Results gained from experiments conducted in a VoIP environment will then follow. The investigations concentrate primarily on the load behavior of voice packets in relation to important parameters of this service. The results obtained are presented and evaluated in diagrams. The paper concludes with a summary.     

A robust adaptive pole‐placement controller without strictly positive real condition

This paper considers the adaptive pole‐placement control problem for system (1) with unmodelled dynamics η_n dominated by a small constant ε multiplied by a quantity independent of ε but tending to infinity as the past input, output, and noise grow. Using bounded external excitation and randomly varying truncation techniques, we give a design method of adaptive pole‐placement controller. It is shown that the closed‐loop system is globally stable, the estimation error for the parameter contained in the modelled part is of order ε, and the closed‐loop system under the adaptive pole‐placement control law is suboptimal in the sense of $$\mathop{\lim\sup}\limits_{{n\to\infty }}{1\over n}\mathop{\sum}\limits_{i=0}^n{\left({A^{*}(z)y_{n}‐L(z)C(z)w_{n}‐B(z)R(z)y_{n}^{*}}\right)^{2}{\leq}O({\varepsilon}^{2})+\gamma^{2}\mathop{\sum}\limits_{j=1}^q{b_{j}^{2}}}$$\nopagenumbers\end while the SPR condition used usually in other papers is replaced by a stability condition. A Survey of Inverse Surface Design From Light Transport Behavior Specification

Inverse surface design problems from light transport behavior specification usually represent extremely complex and costly processes, but their importance is well known. In particular, they are very interesting for lighting and luminaire design, in which it is usually difficult to test design decisions on a physical model in order to avoid costly mistakes. In this survey, we present the main ideas behind these kinds of problems, characterize them, and summarize existing work in the area, revealing problems that remain open and possible areas of further research.

Data fitting with a spline using a real-coded genetic algorithm

To obtain a good approximation for data fitting with a spline, frequently we have to deal with knots as variables. The problem to be solved then becomes a continuous nonlinear and multivariate optimization problem with many local optima. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain the global optimum. In this paper, we propose a method for solving this problem by using a real-coded genetic algorithm. Our method can treat not only data with a smooth underlying function, but also data with an underlying function having discontinuous points and/or cusps. We search for the best model among candidate models by using the Bayes Information Criterion (BIC). With this, we can appropriately determine the number and locations of knots automatically and simultaneously. Five examples of data fitting are given to show the performance of our method.
