研究了辉锑矿矿浆电解阳极室浸出反应机理.结果表明,辉锑矿的溶解符合核收缩模型的动力学规律,浸出速率受混合过程控制,表观活化能为25.10KJ/mol.浸出主反应是辉锑矿被阳极上析出的氯氧化,SCl2是氧化反应的中间产物.  相似文献

The electrowinning of zinc from zinc chloride with a molten chloride electrolyte was investigated. The electrolysis of zinc chloride shows ohmic limitations. The energy consumption is to a large extent determined by the anodic reaction, the evolution of chlorine. The chlorine gas plume was visualised in a see-through furnace and images were analysed to determine the plume angle. This parameter serves as an input parameter for a model to determine the ohmic contributions of the electrolyte, the plume and a layer of chlorine bubbles sticking to the anode, as well as the plume velocity. The results indicate that the major contribution (60%) to the ohmic drop is due to a stagnant layer of bubbles growing and sticking to the anode, thereby decreasing the effective anode area by coverage. The plume velocity influences coverage characteristics to some extent, which influences the ohmic drop.  相似文献

The effects of cobalt concentration, temperature and the presence of zinc, copper and iron ions in the electrolyte on current efficiency and cathodic quality were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic methods during cobalt electrowinning. The results showed that high cathodic efficiency of cobalt deposition was obtained from solutions containing cobalt concentration in the range 30–60 g l–1. Current efficiency increased from 94% to 97% with increase in cobalt concentration to 60 g l–1 at 20 °C. It was also found that increase in temperature to 50 °C enhanced the cobalt deposition reaction, along with the rate of hydrogen evolution, resulting in little change in current efficiency. The presence of foreign cations in the electrolyte not only adversely affects current efficiency but also promotes cracking and peeling.  相似文献

Fuel cells wherein zinc particles form a negative electrode and a gas-diffusion electrode (air electrode) is the positive electrode, are under development. Such cells are dependent on the regeneration of the zinc particles (and electrolyte). This paper describes experiments on electrolytic cells equipped with spouted bed cathodes for use in this application. Experiments have been carried out on laboratory scale cells to determine the operability of cells for growing 'seed particles in the range from 0.4 to 1 mm to measure cell voltage and current efficiency (and thereby energy consumption rate), and to identify a suitable material that could be used as a diaphragm (separating the spouted bed from the oxygen evolving anode). A larger cell, capable of producing up to 10 kg Zn per day, was designed and built. The larger cell was run successfully fifteen times and showed cell voltages and energy consumption rates comparable with those of smaller cells.  相似文献

Three types of anode, Pb–Sb, Pb–Ca–Sn and Pb–Co3O4, for copper electrowinning were investigated. The corrosion resistance, as evaluated by cyclic voltammetric (CV) measurements was higher for Pb–Co3O4 than for Pb–Sb and Pb–Ca–Sn. During prolonged electrowinning under galvanostatic conditions, the anodic reaction on the Pb–Co3O4 anode was depolarized by 0.053 V as compared to Pb–Sb, and by 0.106 V with respect to Pb–Ca–Sn. The composition and structure of the anodic layer were determined by XPS, X-ray and SEM analyses. The surface layer on the three anodes examined was composed mainly of PbSO4, -PbO2 and -PbO2. Different structure of the surface layer was observed: loose and highly spread coral-like structure in the case of Pb–Sb; fibrous structure in the case of Pb–Ca–Sn and dense, fine-grained structure in the case of Pb–Co3O4.  相似文献

针对贫杂铅锌矿碱浸工艺,系统地分析电解过程杂质离子CO3^2-、SO4^2-、SiO3^2-、F^-、CL^-、S2^-对电解金属锌粉的影响.实验结果表明:CO3^2-、SO4^2-、SiO3^2-、F^-离。子对电解金属锌粉没有明显影响,Cl^-离子浓度宜控制在20g/L以下基本上满足GB/T6890—2000国家标准的锌粉三级标准,S^2-离子对电解金属锌粉影响比较显著,即使在S^2-微量的条件下金属锌粉的品质下降了近5%.  相似文献

In order to study the anodic behavior and microstmctures of A1/Pb-Ag-Co anode during zinc electrowinning, by means of potentiodynamic investigations, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses, the mechanism of the anodic processes playing on the surface of A1/Pb-0.8%Ag and A1/Pb-0.75%Ag-0.03%Co anodes prepared by electro-deposition from methyl sulfonic acid bath for zinc electrowinning from model sulphate electrolytes have been measured. On the basis of the cyclic voltammograms obtained, information about the corrosion rate of the composite in PbO2 region has been concluded. The microstructures were also observed by means of SEM and XRD which showed Pb-0.75%Ag-0.03%Co alloy composite coating has uniform and chaotic orientation tetragonal symmetry crystallites of PbSO4, but Pb-0.8%Ag alloy composite coating has well-organized orientation crystallites of PbSO4 concentrated in the certain zones after 24 h of anodic polarization. It is important that Al/Pb-0.75%Ag-0.03%Co anode oxide film consists of non-conductive dense MnO2 and PbSO4 and a, fl-PbO2 penetrated into which, in fact, are the active centers of the oxygen evolution after 24 h of anodic polarization.  相似文献

对影响不溶阳极电积镍直流电耗的各种因素进行了分析,降低溶液电阻、减少线路损耗可降低槽电压,而稳定阴极液pH、适当提高溶液中镍离子和H3BO3浓度对提高电流效率、降低直流电耗有利,采取相应措施后,取得了良好效果,直流电耗降低了5%,经济效益明显。  相似文献
