分析了防爆变频器在煤矿井下使用过程中存在的电压等级、散热、电磁兼容性、逆变器转换效率等问题,详细介绍了解决这些问题的方法,即通过采用隔爆兼本质安全型技术和热管散热技术解决变频器的防爆和散热问题,使防爆变频器具有性能高、功能强、噪音低等特点;通过改变变频器的电路拓扑结构、改进控制策略等技术手段解决变频器的电磁兼容性和能耗问题,使防爆变频器满足煤矿生产的现代化要求。     

煤矿井下采掘设备隔爆兼本安型电气控制箱的本安设计

针对煤矿井下采掘设备防爆兼本安型电气控制箱内本安电路与非本安电路并存、非本安电路的能量可能会窜入本安电路而影响本安电路防爆及本安性能的问题,从结构设计和电气隔离两方面介绍了煤矿井下采掘设备隔爆兼本安型电气控制箱的本安设计方法,给出了电气间隙、爬电距离、绝缘及耐压、接线端子、本安布线、电源变压器、本安隔离栅印制板等结构布置方法以及RS485通信隔离电路、模拟量隔离电路、压频变换电路、电阻信号隔离电路、开关量隔离电路、继电器隔离电路等电气隔离措施。应用表明,采用该方法设计的煤矿井下采掘设备隔爆兼本安型电气控制箱安全可靠,维护简便,能够满足煤矿井下的防爆要求。     

Multiple targets enclosure by robotic swarm

Target enclosure by autonomous robots is useful for many practical applications, for example, surveillance of disaster sites. Scalability is important for autonomous robots because a larger group is more robust against breakdown, accidents, and failure. However, since the traditional models have discussed only the cases in which minimum number of robots enclose a single target, there has been no study on the utilization of the redundant number of robots. In this paper, to achieve a highly scalable target enclosure model about the number of target to enclose, we introduce swarm based task assignment capability to Takayama’s enclosure model. The original model discussed only single target environment but it is well suited for applying to the environments with multiple targets. We show the robots can enclose the targets without predefined position assignment by analytic discussion based on switched systems and a series of computer simulations. As a consequence of this property, the proposed robots can change their target according to the criterion about robot density while they enclose multiple targets.     

含防爆剂农用硝酸铵的感度研究

实验在169℃左右加热硝酸铵到熔融状态,加入防爆剂,冷却到室温,得到含防爆剂的硝酸铵。测试其摩擦感度、5 s延滞期爆发点、静电火花感度以及配成铵油炸药后的撞击感度、雷管感度。结果表明,含防爆剂硝酸铵较普通硝酸铵撞击感度从88%降到24%,摩擦感度降为0%,5 s爆发延滞期从462℃增加到474℃,静电火花感度和雷管感度无明显变化。     

EFT/B interference transmission model and method of anti-interference in a coal mine monitoring substation

Coal mining monitoring system has been enforcing tests for the immunity of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) since 2006.However,not all monitoring substations can pass the Electrical Fast Transient/Burst (EFT/B) immunity test and the explosion-proof test simultaneously.In order to enhance EMC,the EFT/B interfere transmission model was presented at the substation power port,after the EFT/B test method was used to analyze the monitoring substation power ports.Hence,a low-pass filter was designed by using the simulation software PIPICE and an anti-jamming method was proposed by way of a parallel connection of the discharge interfere circuit and the low-pass filter.The improved complex EMI filter was made up of an interference discharge device and a filter.The dynamic equivalent circuit was proposed for the EFT/B immunity test.As a result,the monitoring substation has passed the EFT/B immunity and explosion-proof tests with the complex filter.It is concluded that the complex EMI filter has significantly enhanced the immunity of the coal mining monitoring system.     

基于STAR-CCM+的防爆柴油机水冷式排气管数值模拟分析

防爆柴油机水冷式排气管是其排气装置的重要组成部分,是高温废气在排气系统各部件间流动时温度达标的重要保证。文章利用STAR-CCM+软件对两种水冷式排气管进行了网格划分和物理模型设定,通过数值模拟分析,结果表明:新结构的水冷式排气管温度分布均匀,没有出现过热区域,并且换热性能更好。
