无人机在输电线路巡检中的多种应用

无人机技术目前的快速发展使得我们国家输电线路自身的巡检能力得到了持续的提升,基于此本文在对无人机技术给予认识的情况下,在了解了输电线路巡检过程中的使用优势之后,还总结了无人机技术在当前我国线路巡检过程中的应用路径以及应用方法;之后使用案例分析的方式分析了无人机技术在当前输电线路巡检过程中的应用方法。     

Science fiction reduces the eeriness of android robots: A field experiment

As suggested by the uncanny valley hypothesis, robots that resemble humans likely elicit feelings of eeriness. Based on the psychological model of meaning maintenance, we expected that the uncanny valley experience could be mitigated through a fictional story, due to the meaning-generating function of narratives. A field experiment was conducted, in which 75 participants interacted with the humanlike robot Telenoid. Prior to the interaction, they either read a short story, a non-narrative leaflet about the robot, or they received no preliminary information. Eeriness ratings were significantly lower in the science fiction condition than in both other conditions. This effect was mediated by higher perceived human-likeness of the robot. Our findings suggest that science fiction may provide meaning for otherwise unsettling future technologies.     

多运营商高铁隧道移动网络覆盖方案

高铁移动网络覆盖是国内三大通信运营商的一个重点,而高铁隧道内移动网络覆盖更是运营商的一大难点痛点。文章根据我国中部省份某高铁线路覆盖规划实例,采用“设备+POI+泄漏电缆”模式,即三家运营商信号源设备通过同一POI(point of interface,多系统接入平台)接入,信号输出到泄漏电缆进行隧道覆盖,隧道口场坪站安装宽频切换天线对隧道外进行延伸覆盖,通过链路预算合理布置各运营商主设备信号源,从而实现隧道到室外的无缝覆盖。最后,根据已有成熟网络覆盖解决方案,对未来5G高铁隧道移动网络覆盖方案进行了探讨。     

ACCUGRAM: A novel approach based on classification to frequency band selection for rotating machinery fault diagnosis

Frequency band selection (FBS) in rotating machinery fault diagnosis aims to recognize frequency band location including a fault transient out of a full band spectrum, and thus fault diagnosis can suppress noise influence from other frequency components. Impulsiveness and cyclostationarity have been recently recognized as two distinctive signatures of a transient. Thus, many studies have focused on developing quantification metrics of the two signatures and using them as indicators to guide FBS. However, most previous studies almost ignore another aspect of FBS, i.e. health reference, which significantly affect FBS performance. To address this issue, this paper investigates importance of a health reference and recognize it as the third critical aspect in FBS. With help of the health reference, the frequency band where the fault transient exists could be located. A novel approach based on classification is proposed to integrate all three aspects (impulsiveness, cyclostationarity, and health reference) for FBS. Classification accuracy is developed as a novel indicator to select the most sensitive frequency band for rotating machinery fault diagnosis. The proposed method (coined by accugram) has been validated on benchmark and experiment datasets. Comparison results show its effectiveness and robustness over conventional envelope analysis, the kurtogram, and the infogram.     

Ranking of aircraft maintenance organization based on human factor performance

Aircraft maintenance organisation is a complex socio-technical setup, where human factors influence the quality of aircraft maintenance service. Maintenance service quality is assessed based on the commitment of management and its ability to provide suitable facility, tools, spares and manpower supported with comfortable environment and maintenance procedures. Assessment of the service quality of the aircraft maintenance organisation is a complex process. Airlines, regulators, insurance companies and other agencies need decision support system, to assess the performance of a maintenance organisation. This paper provides criteria and scientific approach for assessing the maintenance organisation; it presents a methodology of applying Analytical Hierarchy Process to prioritise the key functions and to rank the maintenance organisations under study. The study has established that maintenance service quality in airline is directly correlated to its fleet size.     

煤矿工业场地道路照明接地系统问题探讨

文章简要介绍了煤矿工业场地的特点和低压配电系统接地方式分类,从安全性、经济性的角度分析了TN接地系统和TT接地系统在道路照明回路中的优缺点。通过对比TN-S系统与TT系统的接地故障电流差异、TN-S接地系统用于道路照明的等电位联结困难程度,总结出煤矿工业场地的道路照明配电系统适宜采用TT接地方式。并且详细阐述了TT接地系统剩余电流动作保护器保护整定方法和灵敏度校验方法,列举了煤矿工业场地道路照明选用TT系统时需要注意的中性线不可重复接地的问题。     

光照水电站装设筒形阀分析

筒形阀是一种新型的水轮机进水阀,它与球阀或蝴蝶阀相比较有防止机组飞逸事故扩大效果明显、减轻导叶全关时导水机构的快速破坏并减少漏水量,以及动水开启方便、所需时间短等优点,但对运行条件也有一定的要求。光照水电站是贵州省第1个拟采用筒形阀的电站,为此对装设筒形阀的可行性和必要性进行了认真的分析。

随机减量技术中周期激励的影响及消除方法

本文针对机械系统中通常存在确定性周期激励的事实 ,论证了周期干扰成分的存在对提取的随机减量特征信号的影响 ,基于数字滤波技术提出了一种从周期干扰环境中提取随机减量特征信号的简便方法。在回转机械稳定性监测中的应用实例表明本文提出的方法是有效的。     

火炮身管内表面激光硬化处理的实验研究

提高身管寿命是火炮行业亟待解决的关键技术问题，激光表面改性技术是解决这一问题的有效方法之一。本文在分析激光表面相变硬化性能的基础上，对身管内表面进行了激光硬化处理实验研究，检测了其内表面阳线和阴线的硬化层硬度和深度，对比分析了离焦量和焦深对其内表面硬化层硬度的影响，并对激光相变硬化层金相组织进行了分析。经激光硬化处理后，身管的内表面硬度有明显提高，硬化层较深，且为很细的条状马氏体组织。
