Development of high pressure membraneless alkaline electrolyzer

A technology for cyclic generation of hydrogen and oxygen using electrodes made of variable valency material that does not need the use of separating ion-exchange membranes is presented. The technological solution enables to fabricate electrolyzers for uninterrupted producing high-pressure hydrogen with reduced energy intensity of the production. The total work for compressing 1 m³ of hydrogen and 0.5 m³ of oxygen has been estimated. Results of investigation of influence of discrete supply of DC current to the electrolysis cell, in order to improve the processes of gas evolution and to simplify the power systems of the electrolysis plant, have been considered. There is also considered an electrolysis installation equipped with a thermosorption compressor in which LaNi₅ is used as a hydride-forming compound. The comparative characteristics of the developed electrolyzer and the currently used hydrogen generators are given.     

Extended preservation of raw beef and pork meat by hyperbaric storage at room temperature

Hyperbaric storage (HS) was evaluated as a new food preservation methodology at room temperature (RT) for beef and pork meat, both minced and in pieces, and compared to refrigeration (RF) storage. The meat samples were stored at 50, 75 and 100 MPa and variable RT up to 60 days. HS at 75 and 100 MPa could not only inhibit microbial growth but also inactivate microorganisms. Regarding physicochemical analyses, an overall equal to better pH maintenance in HS samples was achieved, and similar colour differences between HS and RF were observed. Generally, similarities in moisture content and drip loss between HS (mostly 75 and 100 MPa) and RF were detected (tendency for lower values in the former and higher values in the latter for the higher pressure level). Protein solubility revealed a decrease of sarcoplasmic protein values during storage with a pressure level dependency in some samples.     

反凝析现象对雅克拉凝析气处理工艺的影响

雅克拉凝析气田位于塔里木盆地北部，地处新疆维吾尔自治区阿克苏地区境内，它是中国石化集团公司西北分公司探明并投入开发的最大凝析气田，采用衰竭式开采。通过对井口物流的相态研究，认识了凝析气的反凝析规律，采取了提高凝析气中C^＋₃收率的方法，以确保外输干气的烃露点达到管输要求，并提高该气田开发的经济效益。在工艺方案设计过程中，通过多种工艺方案比选，确定选用膨胀机进口压力为6.0 MPa的膨胀机制冷工艺， C^＋₃收率达到92％以上，外输干气烃露点满足管输要求。     

Operational aspects of adsorption air‐conditioner used in diesel locomotive

A locomotive cabin adsorption air‐conditioner has been equipped in #DF4B‐2369 locomotive; and has been successfully run for 2 years. It is powered by waste heat from the exhaust of the diesel engine. The influence on heat transfer is described by the equivalent heat transfer coefficient or thermal resistance of components inside the adsorber. The variation of adsorption capacity is expressed by a non‐equilibrium adsorption function. The dynamic heat transfer process of adsorption air‐conditioning system is treated with the lumped parameter method. Some typical running experimental results are present. The diesel engine rotating speed and locomotive speed influenced on the refrigeration system are discussed. The maximum mean refrigeration power is regarded as an objective function. Based on experiments and theoretical analysis, the running characteristics of the air‐conditioning system are optimized. Some techniques of performance improvement are suggested as well. 在糖化酶发酵生产中低温保存黑曲霉菌

在糖化酶生产过程中,为了防止正常生产中黑曲霉菌种性能的变化,对菌种的一级种母进行甘油冷冻保存,在-120℃的条件下分别保存30、60、90d,然后直接接入种母培养基,待成熟后接入种子罐,投入50t发酵罐工业生产,150h左右发酵结束。产酶单位与原工艺条件相一致。     

热声制冷机及其改进实验研究

热声制冷作为一种很有前途的制冷方法，在国内外相关领域引起了极大兴趣。热声制冷机由声发生器、共振管、板叠及高、低温换热器等部分组成。对声驱动器的振动膜及其冷却系统、气体弹簧系统、高、低温换热器进行了初步改进，使制冷机冷端温降从原来的12℃提高到27℃左右，这是目前国内报道的最大温降。

大型往复式压缩机功率大、占地面积大,管道振动问题也更为突出。笔者结合实践经验,对大型往复式压缩机的配管设计进行探讨,说明了平面布置与管道防振设计的密切关系,并介绍了管道防振设计的方法和步骤,以及相对简单的复杂管系气柱固有频率的转移矩阵计算方法。     

600 A IGBT开关电路及其散热系统设计

采用IGBT开关电路，对大功率电阻带进行直流脉宽调制控制，实现了内燃机车大功率直流发电机负载实验中的负载大小的连续调节。为了避免在实验过程中IGBT器件的温度过高，采用独特的双管IGBT结构和双向强迫风冷的散热系统。实验表明该电路运行稳定、可靠。
