利用CFD方法计算单层涡轮反应器搅拌槽内流体混合过程的速度场和浓度场,研究物料在搅拌槽内的混合过程,以及不同监测点对混合时间的影响。结果表明,搅拌槽内物料的混合主要受槽内流体的流动形式所影响;混合时间的长短与监测点位置有关;在搅拌桨的桨叶附近进行监测所得到的混合时间较短,在液面附近进行监测所得的混合时间较长。在实际生产和试验中,应注意对监测点位置的选取。 相似文献

在20世纪,泥沙运动力学的研究取得了不少突出的成绩,但与其他学科同时期的进展相比,发展还是比较缓慢的。按取得的进展来看,20世纪可分为两个阶段;在上半叶,有6项突破性进展,逐步积累,到1950年,Einstein集大成,提出了第1 个泥沙运动力学理论体系。在下半叶,进入了百家争鸣的时代,一些研究者提出了自己的泥沙运动理论体系,作者列举了8个有代表性的理论体系。受计算机时代的影响,从20世纪70年 代开始出现了根据大量实测资料,利用计算机进行回归分析而得出的阻力和输沙率公式,而不拘泥于发展新的理论。与此同时,一些与实际偏离较远的理论逐渐被淘汰。在21世纪,要搜集系统完整的资料,特别是近底层的资料,并拓宽研究领域到环境,生态等学科。 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to apply continuum damage mechanics – introduced through the concept of fabric tensors – to composite materials within the framework of the theory of elasticity. A directional data model of damage mechanics for composite materials will be developed using fabric tensors. The introduction of fabric tensors into the analysis of damage of composite materials will allow for an enhanced and better understood physical meaning of damage. The micromechanical approach will be used here to relate the damage effect through fabric tensors to the behavior of composite materials. In this approach, damage mechanics is introduced separately to the constituents of the composite material through different constituents’ damage effect tensors. The damaged properties of the composite system as a whole can then be obtained by proper homogenization of the damaged properties of the constituents.
The derivation of a generalized formulation of damage evolution will be shown here in a mathematically consistent manner that is based on sound thermodynamic principles. Numerical examples will be presented to show applicability. In addition, damage evolution for the one-dimensional tension case is also illustrated. 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to examine the current standard fracture toughness test procedure to determine if there could be an easier method to get a JIc value from the test record. The current method for determining JIc involves a detailed computational and construction procedure. The objective in this study is to simplify the analysis for the determination of JIc. The results of this study show that the load and displacement record for a fracture toughness test can be used to directly estimate a JQ value, a provisional value for fracture toughness, JIc. The J value taken at the maximum load point can be used along with an adjustment factor to estimate a JQ value. This JQ estimate is close to the one obtained from the construction procedure of ASTM Standard E 1820. When a unit‐sized specimen is tested, that is, a specimen with a width of 50 mm and a thickness of 25 mm the maximum load point provides a direct estimate of JQ. Other sizes require a size adjustment factor, which is simply a square root relationship between the width of the test specimen and a unit width. The proposed new method of estimating JQ is simple in concept and requires a minimum number of calculations. It appears to produce values of JQ which are comparable to those obtained from the ASTM E1820 construction procedure and may produce less scatter. 相似文献

The paper gives a bibliographical review of the finite element methods (FEMs) applied for the analysis of pressure vessel structures/components and piping from the theoretical as well as practical points of view. The range of applications of FEMs in this area is wide and cannot be presented in a single paper; therefore the aim of this review is to give the reader an encyclopaedic view of the differnt possibilities that exist today for the finite element analysis in the fields of pressure vessels and piping. The bibliography at the end of the paper contains approximately 1900 references to papers, conference proceedings and theses/dissertations on the subject that were published in 1976–1996. These are classified in the following categories: linear and non-linear, static and dynamic, stress and deflection analysis; stability problems; thermal problems; fracture mechanics problems; contact problems; fluid-structure interaction problems; manufacturing of pipes and tubes; welded pipes and pressure vessel components; development of special finite elements for pressure vessels and pipes; finite element software; and other topics. A novel approach to the derivation of Bažant’s size effect law is presented. Contrarily to the original Lagrangian derivation
which hinged on energetic consideration, a Newtonian approach based on local stress intensity factors is presented. Through
this approach, it is shown that Bažant’s size effect law is the first (and dominant) term in a series expansion for the nominal

A framework is presented for examining the effectiveness of limiting and modelling arguments used in the analysis of fluid
flows. It consists of examining the consequences of the arguments on the flow problem as a whole and breaking down the limiting/modelling
process into a sequence of steps and associated sequence of flow problems, termed here as ‘lidels’. The notion of validity
of lidels is given. Several examples are given to explain the present approach.
