探讨加强质量监督管理提高电网安全水平

电网的安全水平主要取决于其使用产品的质量是否过关。如果产品的质量较好，则能建造出优质的电网，电网的安全水平便会随之提高。因此，应加强对产品质量的监督管理，从而提高电网的安全水平。我们可建立质量监督管理系统，及时抽检出质量不过关的产品，从而消除电网运行过程中潜在的安全隐患。     

高性能调度技术中应用程序调度模型设计--地理空间信息网格调度技术的研究

地理空间信息网格调度技术，要比传统的高性能计算中的调度技术复杂，原因是如果将全部网格资源作为一个应用程序的调度和执行目标，必将导致通信延迟、成本昂贵、执行低效等。为此，综合考虑应用程序特性、机器特性等，研究设计了地理空间信息网格高性能调度技术中的应用程序调度模型，包括地理空间信息网格应用程序分析；资源特性分析；应用程序分解；性能预测；资源调度；机器选择；任务映射；任务调度；任务调度器和调度器管理模块。以实现为不同的应用程序匹配不同的计算资源，提高计算资源的利用率和应用程序的执行效率。     

Evaluation of performance enhancing proxies in internet over satellite

Performance enhancing proxies (PEPs) are widely used to improve the performance of TCP over high delay‐bandwidth product links and links with high error probability. In this paper we analyse the performance of using TCP connection splitting in combination with web caching via traces obtained from a commercial satellite system. We examine the resulting performance gain under different scenarios, including the effect of caching, congestion, random loss and file sizes. We show, via analysing our measurements, that the performance gain from using splitting is highly sensitive to random losses and the number of simultaneous connections, and that such sensitivity is alleviated by caching. On the other hand, the use of a splitting proxy enhances the value of web caching in that cache hits result in much more significant performance improvement over cache misses when TCP splitting is used. CFH-Ⅱ型翻车机传动齿轮轴承座的座脚螺栓联接失效分析与改进

分析了CFH-Ⅱ型翻车机传动齿轮轴承座的座脚螺栓组联接失效(松动)的原因，得出控制和保证合适的螺栓组联接预紧力是防止螺栓联接失效(松动)的关键；依据现场条件，对座脚螺栓进行了设计改进；提出了一种适合现场使用的螺栓预热伸长的装配方法，经实践验证此法是简单可靠的装配方法。     

Interpolating Quintic Polynomial with C~1 Continuity

A method constructinq C~1 Piecewise quintic polynomial over a triangular grid to interpo-late function values and partial derivatives at vertices is presented in this paper.The set of precise poly-nomials of this method is discussed.     

AutoCAD 下非结构网格自动生成

在AutoCAD环境下，从背景网格生成和数据结构两方面对推进阵面法进行修正。采用修理后的方法，使得在流场、泥沙输移和床面冲淤数值计算的前处理过程中无须精心预设内部控制点而只需给边界一个尺度，就能自动生成适应任意复杂边界的非结构网格，从而提高网格生成、优化的效率和通用性。     

A direct stiffness analysis of a composite beam with partial interaction

The use of the conventional semi-analytical stiffness method in finite element analysis, in which interpolation polynomials are used to develop the stiffness relationships, leads to problems of curvature locking when beam-type elements are developed for composite members with partial interaction between the materials of which it is comprised. The curvature locking phenomenon that occurs for composite steel–concrete members is quite well reported, and the general approach to minimizing the undesirable ramifications of curvature locking has been to use higher-order polynomials with increasing numbers of internal nodes. This paper presents an alternate formulation based on a direct stiffness approach rather than starting from pre-defined interpolation polynomials, and which does not possess the undesirable locking characteristics. The formulation is based on a more general approach for a bi-material composite flexural member, whose constituent materials are joined by elastic shear connection so as to provide partial interaction. The stiffness relationships are derived, and these are applied to a simply supported and a continuous steel–concrete composite beam to demonstrate the efficacy of the method, and in particular its ability to model accurately both very flexible and very stiff shear connection that causes difficulties when implemented in competitive semi-analytical algorithms.
