颗粒重力式掺混料仓的正侧压计算和测定

本文提出了有内构件的颗粒重力式掺混料仓在物料流动时，正侧压计算的数学模型和计算方法，并用颗粒压力传感器测定了料仓内正侧压的轴径向分布和超侧压现象，所得的结果与模型计算值基本一致。     

Programs as Paradigms

How might we synthesise two very different approaches in architecture? One based on programme and another on typology or paradigm. Pablo Miranda Carranza , a researcher at the Architecture School at the RoyalInstitute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, takes his cue from an approach suggested by Colin Rowe in the early 1980s to examine how computation formulates architectural thinking and presentation.     

用调合法研制重交通道路沥青

辽河油田曙一区高粘度原油密度大 ( p2 0 =0 .9977g·cm- 3)、粘度大 (V80 =564 7.3mm2 ·s- 1)、凝点 (tSP=4 8℃ )高 ,属于低硫环烷基原油。该原油无汽油馏份 ,柴油饱分收率也很低 ,仅占 7.1 9% ,润滑油馏分不适合做润滑油原料 ,而且渣油馏分亦不宜做催化裂化原料。但此油的蜡含量比较低 ,胶质、沥青质含量高 ,是生产沥青的一种优质原料。辽河油田现将其作为烧火油使用 ,但由于其粘度大 ,乳化后不易雾化 ,因而燃烧不充分。这不仅浪费了资源 ,而且无疑也降低经济效益。为合理利用石油资源 ,以辽河油田曙一区高粘度原油的渣油为基础组分 ,以炼厂富芳贫蜡的废油为调合组分进行调合 ,可制备出符合国标GB/T1 51 80 -94要求的各种牌号沥青。实验证明调合的沥青有很好的低温性能和抗老化性能。试验建立的调合剂加入量与调合沥青物性的数学模型 ,定量地反映了调合剂对沥青物性的影响 ,可作为工业沥青生产放大的依据。试验建立的辽曙一区环烷基沥青组成和沥青物性的数学模型 ,为寻找其它调合剂和其它工艺提供了依据。     

基于Bl ender的矿山井巷模型自动生成研究

以开源三维软件Blender和矿山基础信息库为资源,利用Python编程语言提出矿山井巷几何模型的计算方法,并通过Blender自带Python A PI调用Blender建模引擎,从而实现对矿山井巷三维模型的自动生成.运行结果表明所设计的模型简单易行,完全开源后无需软件费用.     

强化泡沫驱复配的研究与评价

实验采用Waring Blender法,在30℃筛选出了?-烯基磺酸钠AOS,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐型AES两种较好的起泡剂并进行复配,确定最佳复配比为3∶2,在最佳复配比基液加入生物聚合物XC,阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM分子量为1 800万),正十二醇作用效果不同的三种稳泡剂,采用3因素3水平正交试验得出强化泡沫驱配方:AOS(0.18%)+AES(0.12%)+AMPM1800(0.04%)+XC(0.08%)+正十二醇(0.04%)。对配方进行抗温性检测试验,得出75℃泡沫性能最好,发泡量为1 140 m L,析液半衰期达到78 min,泡沫半衰期能接近7.7 h。     

搅拌机传动机构设计

搅拌机是对粉体进行混合的装备。针对搅拌机的传动机构进行了设计,可为搅拌机设计提供一定的理论依据。     

月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐的泡沫性能研究

用WaringBlender法对月桂醇聚氧乙烯 (9)醚乙酸钠 (AE9C Na)在不同条件下的泡沫性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,AE9C Na水溶液在pH <6的范围内泡沫性能差 ,pH≥ 8时起泡能力强泡沫稳定性好 ,且有一定的耐温 ,抗盐及抗钙能力 ,可反复起泡消泡 ,因此AE9C Na可作为液体洗涤剂的主活性剂及循环泡沫流体的主剂。     

APPLICATION OF THE COMPATIBILITY THEORY AND THE SOLUBILITY PARAMETER THEORY IN SBS MODIFICATION ASPHALT

The effect of different base asphalts on the styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) modification had been studied in this paper and the solubility parameter theory was used to predict its modification effect. The results showed that the compatibility between the base asphalt rich in aromatics and SBS was good. The closer the polarity of the two substances, the smaller the difference of their solubility parameter, the more easily they are miscible. Therefore, the solubility parameter between the modifier SBS and the base asphalt can be used to evaluate their compatibility. To find a suitable blender (or stabilizer) based on the solubility parameter model is one of the best methods to reduce the difference of the solubility parameter between SBS and the base asphalt and decreased the isolation of SBS in the polymer-asphalt mixture.

超细粉碎槽型偏心圆盘搅拌器装置研究

介绍了制备超细粉体的新技术,研制出槽型偏心圆盘搅拌器装置,试验结果表明,采用这种搅拌器装置,辅以适当的粉碎工艺,将碳化硅粉粉碎到1μm以下是较容易的。该搅拌器装置结构简单,能耗低,粉碎效率高,适合工业化生产。
