辐射对血液流变效应的研究及动物全身照射后全血粘度的变化规律

本文结果表明经一次大剂量全身照射后的机体血液流变的主要特性为全血表观粘度先高粘后低粘的双向性变化,从照后第一天起即升高。随着放射病病程的发展,在早期有一个高粘峰,其峰均值比照前升高47.80％。但因不同动物、不同剂量、不同均速,不同血源而变化不同。

Kinetics of volume expansion during infusion of Ringer’s solution based on two volume model

In this work mathematical models were developed to represent the kinetics of volume changes of fluid spaces associated with infusion of Ringer’s solution. During infusion of Ringer’s solution, the human body is assumed to be characterized by the two-fluid space model which has second volume space in addition to the first volume so that fluid exchanges between these two spaces are possible. Various infusion types were tested to accommodate different medical situations. Volunteers were given Ringer’s solution and the changes in blood hemoglobin were detected. From the comparison with experimental data, the two-fluid space model was found to represent adequately the kinetics of human volume expansion during infusion of Ringer’s solution.     

BLOOD VISCOELASTICITY FOR CONDITIONS OF PHYSIOLOGICAL FLOW IN SMALL ARTERIES

The viscoelasticity of blood is quantified by studying the oscillatory flow of suspensions of RBC in plasma in 218 μm and 400 μm glass capillary tubes. The flow conditions are chosen to reflect normal physiological flow in small arterial vessels. Data are obtained for suspension hematocrits between 35 and 80 percent, and at physiological temperature (37°C) The results indicate that the elastic component of the viscoelasticity of blood is effectively negligible for the conditions of this study; the measured pressure gradient-flowrate relationship is dominated by the viscous component of blood viscoelasticity.     

实验动物在血液制品中的应用

目的：阐述实验动物在血液制品生产质量控制过程中应用的重要性。方法：按《中华人民共和国药典》2005年版三部要求及相关项目的技术规范进行血液制品质量控制。结果：血浆数量150吨,可同时生产以下品种的产品,人血白蛋白共30批次,总瓶数约40万瓶（折10g）;免疫球蛋白类：共30批次,总瓶数约30万瓶（折2.5g）;人纤维蛋白原：共30批次,总瓶数约15万瓶（折0.5g）;人凝血酶原复合物：共30批次,总瓶数约12万瓶（折300IU）;人凝血因子Ⅷ：共30批次,总瓶数约10万瓶（折200IU）。需使用家兔870只、豚鼠300只小鼠750只。结论：实验动物应用于血液制品生产质量控制发挥了非常重要的作用。
