“自动控制系统工程设计”课程思政教学实践

学习不仅仅是自然科学知识的学习，更是社会科学、民族文化、正确人生观和价值观的形成过程，“课程思政”无疑正是实现该目标的捷径，它是当前高等院校思想政治教育的新模式。如何提升学生解决“复杂工程问题”的能力成为高校开展工程教育和“新工科”的难点和重点，而课程思政正是培养学生解决“复杂工程问题”中所需要的非技术因素的重要途径。“自动控制系统工程设计”是自动化专业高年级学生的一门专业课，当前关于“课程思政”的论述是指导思想居多、实施经验以及案例设计较少，针对该问题以“自动控制系统工程设计”为例，详细给出了“课程思政”教学案例的具体实施过程，对同类课程提供参考。     

论解放战争时期中间路线的兴衰及成因

抗日战争胜利初期,国共内战迫在眉睫。为挽救危局,强国富民,中间人士提出所谓中间路线,企图走“第三条道路”实现和平建国。在反动政府的强力弹压和中共的教育帮助下,中间路线退出历史舞台。民主党派的转型历程充分昭示了中国人民在中共领导下走上新民主主义道路的必然性。     

Ergonomics in the German Democratic Republic

A survey of ergonomics in the German Democratic Republic (GDR) was conducted over approximately a two-month period starting in mid-May 1982. This study was sponsored by the International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX) located in New York City. IREX maintains scientific exchange agreements with Eastern European countries and the USSR. This survey is one of a series of similar studies conducted in Eastern Europe. Earlier countries surveyed were Romania (Seminara, 1975), Bulgaria (Seminara, 1976a, 1976b, 1982), the USSR (Seminara, 1977, 1979/80), Poland (Seminara, 1979a), Czechoslovakia (Seminara, 1979b), Hungary (Seminara, 1980), and Yugoslavia (Seminara, 1983).     

国有企业落实“三重一大”制度的再思考

"三重一大"制度是国有企业党风廉政建设的切入点。国有企业在落实"三重一大"制度中存在着对制度规定重要性的认识不够、制度过于原则化、可操作性不够等薄弱环节。要落实"三重一大"制度,就必须强化国有企业纪检监察部门组织协调意识;要以制约和规范权力为核心,改革和完善国有企业重大决策制度;要以建立和完善科学民主的干部选拔任用和管理监督机制为重点,改革和完善国有企业干部选拔任用制度;要以规范投资决策行为为立足点,改革和完善国有企业重大投资项目安排制度;要以严格审批、管理和监督为着力点,改革和完善国有企业大额度资金使用制度。     

Electoral cycles in electricity losses in India

A third of electricity in India is lost each year, where losses refer to power that is supplied but not billed. Utilizing data from the power corporation of Uttar Pradesh, India's most populous state, we study the politics of electricity losses. Examining annual data over four decades, we document that UP's electricity losses tend to increase in periods immediately prior to state assembly elections. Drawing upon geographically disaggregated data for the period 2000–09, we observe higher line losses just prior to the 2002 and 2007 state elections. Our analysis shows that the incumbent party was more likely to retain the assembly seat as line losses in the locality increased. We interpret these results as corroboration that political parties deliberately redirect electricity to flat rate and unbilled users in a context of chronically inadequate supply. Political factors appear to affect line losses in ways that technical and economic factors alone cannot explain.

刚果(金)东北部基巴里金矿地质特征及成因

基巴里(Kibali)金矿产于刚果(金)东北部太古宙绿岩带中的造山带型金矿,矿床的赋矿围岩主要为绿岩带中的火山沉积砾岩、基性岩及条带状硅铁建造岩石(BIF),围岩蚀变为成矿前期的碳酸盐化和成矿期的黄铁矿化,形成以浸染状和脉状为主的矿石类型。Kibali金矿成因还存在诸多争议。通过搜集相关资料文献,结合区域地球化学数据分析表明金矿形成于新太古代,在伊伯尼安、基巴拉造山活动和泛非运动期间再活化运移。绿岩带中的火山碎屑岩类为金矿的形成提供了重要的硫源。     

城市的足迹——非自然因素在中国古代都城选址中的重要作用

对中国不同历史时期都城选址具体情况的考察表明,对于一个大一统的国家（秦汉之后）而言,在决定都城选址的各种非自然因素中,军事因素一般是首要的,经济因素是相对次要的。

党委领导下的校长负责制是民主集中制在高等学校内部领导和管理工作中的创造性运用。实行党委领导下的校长负责制，学校党委应按照民主集中制原则正确实施对学校工作的领导；校长应在学校党委领导下认真贯彻执行民主集中制，实行民主管理和科学管理，努力实现学校管理的民主化和科学化。     

Burton Brothers of New Zealand

Abstract

The New Zealand firm of Burton Brothers was engaged in a wide spectrum of enterprise, icluding portrait, topographic and commercial photography. It came into being withing 20 years of the founding of the Otago Settlement. The firm soon became widely known for its ethnoghraphic photographs of the South Pacific, and later for its output of photographic postcards under the name of Muir & Moodie. Thomas M. B. Muir, who joined the firm early on, was related both to James Weaver Allen, a noteworthy pioneer photographer in the colony, and to Fred Muir who carried his camera to the unexplored interior of the South Island of New Zealand and brougllt back views of the hitherto unknown lakes, waterfalls and natural wonders to fascinated townspeople. Not surprisuingly, therefore, Burton Brothers and Muir & Moodie are household names in New Zealand, and are also well known to librarians and ethnographers throughout the world.
