顶封封隔管柱的研制与应用

中原油田近年来注水压力不断升高，井况恶化严重，为此开发了顶封封隔管柱，主要阐述了管柱工况受力特点、结构、工作原理及现场使用效果。经现场较大面积的应用证明，各项性能、技术指标达到了现场要求。     

SHAPE GENERALIZED ISOTHERMAL EFFECTIVENESS FACTOR FOR FIRST-ORDER KINETICS

A generalized effectiveness factor equation (Eq. (32)), in terms of modified Bessel functions, is derived for a catalyst pellet of arbitrary shape. The derivation is based on utilizing an appropriate one-dimensional approximation for the Laplacian in an arbitrary shaped body subjected to a uniform external concentration field. The comparison of the result with the available expressions for various geometries is highly satisfactory. It unifies the expressions for the three fundamental shapes, viz., infinite slab, infinite cylinder and sphere, and also compares very well with the exact solutions for finite shapes over the entire range of the Thiele modulus.

EFFECT OF PORE DIFFUSION ON DEACTIVATING RATES OF SECOND ORDER REACTION

The research and development of catalysts, the design and operation of catalytic reactors are complicated by the phenomenon of catalyst deactivation which is affected by various factors. In this paper, the effect of internal mass transfer resistance in the second order catalytic reaction system of uniform independent deactivation on both reaction and deactivation rates of straight cylindrical pore model has been discussed. In addition, the quantitative relations between effectiveness factor and Thiele modulus in second order reaction and first order deactivation system have been correlated     

Determination of effectiveness factor of a partial internal wetting catalyst from adsorption measurement

The effect of partial internal wetting of catalyst pellets on apparent reaction kinetics at elevated temperatures and pressures is investigated experimentally and by modeling for benzene hydrogenation. A new method that combines adsorption and chemical reaction is introduced to study the kinetics influenced by capillary condensation of reagents at steady-state conditions. It is shown that the extent of liquid filling in the pellet interior has a critical effect on the global kinetics, and the current state of the catalyst depends on the history. Under certain conditions two steady states of the effectiveness factor exist. Moreover, either a decrease in temperature or increase in total pressure can increase the effectiveness factor. The model exhibits good agreement with experimental results.     

建筑物公共区域能量有效性确定

公共建筑中公共区域人流量变化很大,能量的需求也应随着人流量的变化而变化。但传统模式下能量输出却很少考虑人流量的变化,这就造成了部分能量无效。如何评价能量有效性,以减少能量浪费是建筑节能需要研究的问题。提出了能量利用效率概念,用于判断人对能量的利用程度,给出了能量利用效率的计算方法。在某医院公共候诊区进行了工程实验,对比实验前后的能耗状况发现,能量利用效率能够评估能量有效性的状况,以提高能量利用效率为控制目标,可以较大幅度提高建筑物公共区域能效。     

浅谈数学教学中学生自主学习能力的培养

学生自主学习能力的形式发展离不开学习方法,学生自主学习方法的掌握并非"无师自通",它有赖于教师悉心的渗透与指导。但是在实际的教学中,往往显得过于形式化,表面化,远远无法达到预期的教学效果。本文结合数学教学的实际分析了当前学生自主学习中存在的一些问题,并提出相关的对策,以期适应教育改革的精神,促进教育的发展。
