叠盖电极技术在SPRITE 探测器上的应用

文中主要介绍了叠盖电极技术在SPRITE探测器上的实际应用，并给出了具体实验结果。选择适当的叠盖电极尺寸可以使SPRITE的响应率Rυ提高一倍以上，探测率D^*普遍提高30％左右，高的可达80％。实验结果表明，叠盖电极技术明显地提高了SPRITE器件的性能，是一种简便的提高SPRITE性能的新途径。     

布里奇曼法生长碲镉汞晶体的缺陷及其展望

简单介绍了布里奇曼法生长碲镉汞晶体的主要缺陷以及缺陷的控制原理，回顾了国内进行磅镉汞晶体生长的布里奇曼法及加速坩埚旋转技术的布里奇曼法（ＡＣＲＴ－Ｂ）研究的情况，并提出了进一步研究的问题。     

碲镉汞外延晶膜的不稳定性

利用变温和变磁场霍尔测试对在空气室温环境长期存放的碲镉汞液相处延晶膜作了定期的检测，结果表明，晶膜的电学性质随时间有明显的改变，本文采用非均匀晶膜的层状模型对晶膜的不稳定性作了详细的分析。     

Altered mRNA and Protein Expression of Monocarboxylate Transporter MCT1 in the Cerebral Cortex and Cerebellum of Prion Protein Knockout Mice

The effect of a cellular prion protein (PrP^c) deficiency on neuroenergetics was primarily analyzed via surveying the expression of genes specifically involved in lactate/pyruvate metabolism, such as monocarboxylate transporters (MCT1, MCT2, MCT4). The aim of the present study was to elucidate a potential involvement of PrP^c in the regulation of energy metabolism in different brain regions. By using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), we observed a marked reduction in MCT1 mRNA expression in the cortex of symptomatic Zürich I Prnp^−/− mice, as compared to their wild-type (WT) counterparts. MCT1 downregulation in the cortex was accompanied with significantly decreased expression of the MCT1 functional interplayer, the Na⁺/K⁺ ATPase α2 subunit. Conversely, the MCT1 mRNA level was significantly raised in the cerebellum of Prnp^−/− vs. WT control group, without a substantial change in the Na⁺/K⁺ ATPase α2 subunit expression. To validate the observed mRNA findings, we confirmed the observed change in MCT1 mRNA expression level in the cortex at the protein level. MCT4, highly expressed in tissues that rely on glycolysis as an energy source, exhibited a significant reduction in the hippocampus of Prnp^−/− vs. WT mice. The present study demonstrates that a lack of PrP^c leads to altered MCT1 and MCT4 mRNA/protein expression in different brain regions of Prnp^−/− vs. WT mice. Our findings provide evidence that PrP^c might affect the monocarboxylate intercellular transport, which needs to be confirmed in further studies.     

Aqueous and nonaqueous microemulsion systems with a palm oil-base emollient

Microemulsions with a palm oil-based emollient, i.e., medium-chain triglyceride (MCT), and water or glycerol, stabilized by two oppositely charged ionic surfactants and a medium-chain alcohol, were investigated. The results showed that only the water-in-MCT or the glycerol-in-MCT microemulsions were prominent. The maximum solubilization of the MCT emollient was higher in cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide, i.e., the positively charged surfactant that contained a nitrogen atom, than the negatively charged surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate. However, the results did not lend themselves for selecting any decisive factor that would explain the different solubilization behavior encountered in the investigated aqueous and nonaqueous systems.     

Dielectric Properties of B2O3 Doped MgTiO3-CaTiO3 System Ceramics

The dielectric ceramics with a main crystal phase of MGTiO3 and additional crystal phase of CaTiO3 were prepared by the conventional electronic ceramics technology .the strucures of MgTiO3 are ilmenitetype,and belong to hexagonal syngony.the ratio of MgTiO3 to Ca TiO3 doping on the dielectric properties of MGTiO3-CaTiO3(MCT)ceranics were inrestigated.the addition of B2O3 decreases the sintering temperatnre and results in rapid desification without obrious negative effect on the Q values of the system(Q=1/tan ).B2O3 exists as liquid phase in the sintering process,promoting the reactions as a singering agent.     

中链甘油三酯/玉米醇溶蛋白核壳结构微胶囊载体的构建及表征

以中链甘油三酯（medium-chain triglyceride,MCT）为油相内核,以玉米醇溶蛋白（Zein）为外壳主要成分,低剪切条件下反溶剂法制备大粒径核壳结构的MCT/Zein微胶囊微米载体。通过考察微胶囊载体的宏观形态、微观形态及粒径分布,优化得到微胶囊载体的最佳制备工艺为质量分数0.5%的阿拉伯胶（gum arabic,GA）作为乳化剂、乳化速率800?r/min、Zein沉淀溶液为“30?mL水＋100?mL?GA溶液”、Zein沉淀溶液加入速率6?mL/min,并采用扫描电子显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、激光粒度分析仪表征冻干MCT/Zein微胶囊载体的结构特征和粒径特性,结果表明该法制备的微胶囊载体具有典型的核壳结构,粒径均一、稳定性良好。本实验建立MCT/Zein核壳结构微胶囊的反溶剂制备法,该法简单易行,适用于多种油溶性活性组分的包埋和保护研究。     

The methionine precursor dl-2-hydroxy-(4-methylthio)butanoic acid protects intestinal epithelial barrier function

dl-2-hydroxy-(4-methylthio)butanoic acid (HMTBA) is a source of dietary methionine (Met) that is widely used in poultry nutrition. We have previously shown that HMTBA is preferentially diverted to the transsulfuration pathway, which gives antioxidant metabolites such as taurine and glutathione. Therefore, here we hypothesize that this Met source can protect epithelial barrier function in an in vitro model of intestinal inflammation of Caco-2 cells. The results show that HMTBA prevents the increase in paracellular permeability induced by H₂O₂ or tumour necrosis factor-α. This effect can be attributed to the increased production of taurine and reduced glutathione. Similar results were obtained for dl-Met, although the protective role of the amino acid was less pronounced than that of the hydroxy analogue. In conclusion, the diversion to the transsulfuration pathway means that this Met precursor is of greater value than previously thought, due to its capacity to improve intestinal homeostasis and the quality of poultry products destined for human consumption.     

基于碲镉汞单元探测器的扫描式森林火灾预警系统设计

针对当前森林火灾实时预警困难的问题,分 析了碲镉汞(Mercury Cadmium Telluride, MCT)单元红外探测器 用于森林防火领域的可行性。利用MCT红外探测器灵敏度 高、功耗小、成本低的特性,设计了一种基于MCT单元探测器的全方位 扫描式森林防火预警系统。该系统由太阳能和风能提供电源,并由红外 探测器实现对森林火灾中红外辐射信号的采集、放大、处理和成图;通 过RS485总线和GPRS方式实时向上位机监测中心发送数据信息。当出现火情 时,该系统能够及时向森林消防人员发送预警信息,因此可起到及时将火灾消灭在 萌芽阶段的作用。本文系统可在不同的地理环境及气候条件下提供全天候、稳 定可靠的森林火灾预警服务。
