加氢反应器头盖密封质量控制探讨

加氢反应器是加氢装置的重要组成部分,反应器头盖因工况复杂,导致密封难度较大,密封不严,会导致整个装置不能正常运转。为此,就其头盖拆装及密封问题进行探讨,提出有效的质量控制措施。     

Deep Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (InE) Education in Chinese University Classrooms

Recently, InE has been regarded as a popular education strategy in Chinese universities. However, problems have been exposed in the adoption of InE, for example, in InE courses and competitions. The purpose of this paper is to provide a possible solution to the problems, which is to organize effective InE courses by integrating InE with Inter-Course-level Problem-Based Learning (ICPBL). A detailed case is demonstrated by an ICPBL elective course design with deep integration of InE in the teaching, learning, and assessments. This paper contributes to a new curriculum design for promoting InE education in practically for Chinese universities.     

Effect of fortification with asparagus powder on the qualitative properties of processed cheese

The qualitative properties of processed cheese (PC) fortified with different levels of asparagus powder (AP) (0.5%, 1% and 1.5% wt/wt) were evaluated during storage. AP decreased the pH and lipolysis indexes and increased the phenolic content, antioxidant activity and proteolysis of the processed cheeses. AP made the structure of the cheese more elastic, increased the rigidity and decreased the spreadability compared with the control sample, which corresponded to the results obtained using dynamic oscillatory rheometry. The results showed that AP as a rich source of bioactive components could be used for the fortification of processed cheeses.     

Yield improvement and yield variability reduction in an EOQ model with planned shortages and random yield

This paper reports the results of an investigation of a set of continuous time, constant demand inventory models under the condition of yield uncertainty. Specifically, the impact of yield improvement programs on lot size, backorder level, and the resulting costs are examined. Models for improving yield rate and reducing yield variability are developed and examined through a series of numerical exercises. In addition, a model for the simultaneous improvement of yield rate and yield variability is presented for the case where there is a relationship between the mean and variance of the yield distribution. In all cases, investment programs improve the picture with respect to manufacturing yield for processes which are not necessarily under statistical control.

Fifty Years On: Brown v. Board of Education and American Psychology, 1954-2004 An Introduction.

Introduces the current issue of the American Psychologist, which examines the ramifications of the Brown vs. Board of Education decision and its sequelae over the last 50 years, with a special focus on the mixed role of psychological research and practice. Despite the great strides toward a more just society since May 17, 1954, inequities remain in schooling, in social relations, and in economic opportunity. How will history judge American psychology 50 years from now vis-a-vis the possibilities it helped create via Brown? The articles in this special issue suggest several important directions of research and action our field will need to take if the verdict of history is to be a positive one. 浅谈应用标准进行软件测试

国家标准GB T175 44规定了软件包的质量要求及针对这些要求如何对软件包进行测试的细则。质量要求从产品描述、用户文档、程序及数据三个方面进行了规定 ,测试细则依据这些规定制定。ISO IEC912 6 (1991)版由ISO IEC 912 6 (软件产品质量 )和ISO IEC14 5 98(软件产品评测 )两个标准代替 ,ISO IEC912 6表述了软件产品质量的内部质量、外部质量和使用中的质量 ,规定了内部质量、外部质量的六个质量特性 ,并细分为 2 1个子特性 ,使用中的质量规定了四个使用质量特性 ,使用质量是指六个软件产品质量特性的综合效果。进行软件测试时 ,可以依据GB T175 44中的规定组织测试过程再结合ISO IEC912 6中的质量特性及子特性的规定确定测试需求的内容和测试的重点 ,利用ISO IEC912 6质量的规定建立质量评级的标准。     

Quantitative feedback theory with applications in welding

Two different control systems were developed using quantitative feedback theory for weld quality improvement. The first application to be discussed was designed for the resistance pinch welding process and uses electrode displacement and force as feedback parameters. A correlation between weld quality and electrode displacement is established for constant electrode force. The system is capable of producing repeatable welds of consistent quality, with wide variations in weld parameters. This is the first time feedback control has been successfully applied to pinch welding. The second example presented in this paper was developed for penetration control of the gas-tungsten-arc welding process. The feedback signal is obtained by measuring the amount of light emitted from the back side of the weld. Welds of constant penetration have been demonstrated in tests with travel speeds varying from 1.5 to 6 inches per minute and with 200 per cent changes in part thickness.
