In the era of digitalization, there are many emerging technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twin (DT), Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI), which are quickly developped and used in product design and development. Among those technologies, DT is one promising technology which has been widely used in different industries, especially manufacturing, to monitor the performance, optimize the progresses, simulate the results and predict the potential errors. DT also plays various roles within the whole product lifecycle from design, manufacturing, delivery, use and end-of-life. With the growing demands of individualized products and implementation of Industry 4.0, DT can provide an effective solution for future product design, development and innovation. This paper aims to figure out the current states of DT research focusing on product design and development through summarizing typical industrial cases. Challenges and potential applications of DT in product design and development are also discussed to inspire future studies. 相似文献

运动状态下,心脏的负荷增大,冠心病、心肌缺血等症状更容易在心电信号中表现出来,所以运动状态下测得的心电信号更能反映心脏的健康状况。设计了一种特殊结构的心电模拟前端,具有很高的输入阻抗(100 G||3pF)和极小的输入偏置电流(70 pA),在不使用贴片电极和导电膏的条件下,实现运动过程中的心电信号采集。该模拟前端能够有效抑制射频干扰、工频干扰和肌电干扰,保证心电信号的质量。采集到的心电数据经蓝牙无线传输到智能手机上,实现心电波形的分析与显示。实验结果表明,该模拟前端具备体积小、佩戴方便、低功耗等优点,与智能手机结合方便地实现运动心电监护的功能。 相似文献

Milk proteins have a strong position in the sport nutrition markets, such as sport supplements for highly trained athletes, apart from bodybuilders. Furosine, a well-known index for the availability of lysine and subsequently of the extent of the Maillard reaction, was evaluated in different common ingredients used for formulation, as well in commercial sport supplements. Furosine content ranged from 2.8 to 1125.7 mg/100 g protein in commercial sport supplements being usually lower in samples containing mainly whey protein isolates or casein, as compared with whey protein concentrates. It is estimated that 0.1–36.7% of the lysine content is not available in this type of products. The use of high quality ingredients for the manufacture of sport supplements reveals important, since it could be the major source of protein intake of certain group of consumers in high or moderate training regime. Furosine is an appropriate indicator to estimate the nutritional quality of sport supplements. A reference value of 70 mg furosine/100 g protein content in dried sport supplements could be set up for controlling the quality of milk-based ingredients used in the formulation. This report examines the difference in the distribution of the speeds of different motorcycle styles and the difference in the distribution of speeds of particular motorcycle styles and cars. The relationship between the speed of motorcycles that possess and those that do not possess vehicle registration plates was also explored. The speed was measured at six different locations on main roads in the city of Belgrade, Serbia. The study confirmed that, on average, motorcyclists drive faster than drivers of cars, but extreme speeding is recorded 2.3 times more often by motorcyclists than by car drivers. In this research, the styles of motorcycles were divided into three different groups according to their average speeds. The first group consists of sport motorcycles, which were faster than the other styles. The second group consists of scooter motorcycles, which were slower. The third group consists of conventional, touring, enduro, and chopper motorcycles with speeds that were statistically not significantly different. According to the differences of the mean speed of motorcyclists who use and do not use vehicle registration plates, the use of the registration plates can be considered a significant indicator of traffic safety. By classifying motorcycles in the three different groups, the issue of “generalizing” motorcyclists as a unique group is avoided and can be taken into consideration for future studies of motorcyclist safety. 相似文献

In sport sceneries, automatically recognizing human actions is a useful technique that can be popularly applied in may domains, such as human body tracking and athlete behavior analysis Most state-of-the-art deep architectures have achieved competitive performance in recognizing human action. However, it is still a challenging task due to the unavoidable occlusion, camera angle changes, and varied human posture. In this paper, we propose a novel deep multimodal feature fusion algorithm for human action recognition. The key technique is a multi-model feature fusion scheme. More specifically, we fuse visual feature, skeleton posture, probability maps and audio signal into a hybrid feature, which is utilized to represent human action. Then these feature channels are optimally combined using a deep model, wherein the weights of multiple feature channels can be predicted intelligently. Finally, the optimally fused feature are fed into a multi-class SVM for conducting human action recognition.
