冷轧平整机机前甩尾轧制工艺的开发与应用

本文介绍了柳钢冷轧板带厂1550 mm单机架平整机机前甩尾轧制的工艺。改进前轧制每卷钢卷生产效率低,钢卷成材率低,改进后生产效率、成材率明显提高,部分规格的钢卷能实现带尾剪切长度为零。     

Ab initio calculations of the NO2 fission for CL-20 conformers

NO₂ fission is regarded to be the most important initial decomposition process of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20). In this study, four CL-20 conformers based on the ε-CL-20 were obtained after the optimization at m062x/cc-pvtz level, and the bond length, bond order and bond dissociation energy of the N-N bonds were examined to investigate the stability of these bonds. In addition, the rate constants and activation energy of the NO₂ fission were evaluated using the microcanonical variational transition state theory (μVT). The calculation results have shown that N-N bonds in the case of pseudo-equatorial and axial of nitro groups are the most stable and the least stable, respectively, by evaluating the bond length, bond order and minimum energy path (MEP). The NO₂ fission rate constants are affected by not only the stability of N-N bonds but also the repulsion forces from the other nitro groups, and the fission process for pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups is easier to be accelerated due to the increase of the repulsion forces. The decomposition of CL-20 conformer may mainly originate from the fission of the pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups, especially for CL-20 III conformer because of the significant low activation energy.     

Word length and lexical activation: Longer is better.

Many models of spoken word recognition posit the existence of lexical and sublexical representations, with excitatory and inhibitory mechanisms used to affect the activation levels of such representations. Bottom-up evidence provides excitatory input, and inhibition from phonetically similar representations leads to lexical competition. In such a system, long words should produce stronger lexical activation than short words, for 2 reasons: Long words provide more bottom-up evidence than short words, and short words are subject to greater inhibition due to the existence of more similar words. Four experiments provide evidence for this view. In addition, reaction-time-based partitioning of the data shows that long words generate greater activation that is available both earlier and for a longer time than is the case for short words. As a result, lexical influences on phoneme identification are extremely robust for long words but are quite fragile and condition-dependent for short words. Models of word recognition must consider words of all lengths to capture the true dynamics of lexical activation. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

用于提高国产氩离子激光器相干长度的相干扩展器

本文报导了最近研制成功的用于提高国产氩离子激光器相干长度的相干扩展器。利用这种基于F-P理论的相干扩展器可以使国产氩离子激光器的相干长度由不足5cm一下提高到m的量级,功率损耗在25%～40%之间,有着很好的应用前景。

本文分析变长线扫描选择性激光烧结快速成型工艺对点扫描工艺的质量和效率优势.对二者光学系统结构作分析对比,对焦斑和线束上的功率密度作计算对比.变长线扫描系统采用的扫描方式和聚焦元件使线束宽度小且恒定,线束功率密度与点扫描焦斑的相当.变长线扫描选择性激光烧结快速成型工艺的质量优势是明显的,效率比点扫描工艺提高一倍左右.

Pullout tests of epoxy-coated reinforcement in concrete

The bond strength and slip of epoxy-coated reinforcing bars in concrete have been evaluated by carrying out single pullout and double pullout tests. In extended single pullout tests, slip measurements were made while tensile force was applied to reinforcing bars embedded in concrete. In double pullout tests, 20 cycles of load were applied at levels of steel stress between zero and 0·5 times characteristic steel strength. Strains were measured by electrical resistance strain gauges glued inside the bars. Both epoxy-coated and uncoated bars were used in the investigation, to obtain comparative results. The strain gradient along the bar was found to be less for the coated reinforcement. In general, the epoxy coating was found to increase slip in bond and thereby reduce the bond performance of coated bars.     

反向凝固法生产H90-钢-H90复合带

研究H90-钢-H90反向凝固复合过程中复合层厚度的变化规律以及复合带的组织和性能，探讨界面结合机理。结果表明：随着浸渍时间的增加，复合层的厚度变化经历了凝固生长、平衡相持和回熔3个阶段，钢带的预热温度越低，获得的最大复合层厚度越厚；H90复合层的组织为等轴晶粒，复合界面处Cu和Fe发生了扩散，而Zn未发生明显扩散，扩散层较薄，约为4μm；复合带的界面结合牢固；不同复合层厚度的复合带，其力学性能略有差异，但均达到GB5213——85所规定的F级深冲钢板的力学性能要求。     

A Novel Segmentation and Feedback Model for Resolving Contention in Optical Burst Switching

A novel segmentation and feedback model (SFM) applied to resolve contention is proposed. Simulation and performance analyses show that the SFM effectively avoids contentions in optical burst switching (OBS). The long delay time of deflection routing and the immature technology of wavelength converters and optical buffers are not deployed in the SFM. The SFM does not only realize fast switching but also allows preemption by higher priority bursts.     

低掺杂浓度Nd:YVO4激光器的输出特性研究

在对Nd:YVO_4晶体的掺杂浓度和晶体长度对激光器性能的影响进行了分析后,报道了利用掺杂浓度为0.3at％,通光长度为10mm的Nd:YVO_4晶体作为增益介质,带光纤耦合的激光二极管端面抽运的Nd:YVO_4激光器。在抽运功率为27.365W时,获得了14.85W的TEM_(00)模输出,光一光转换效率为60.49％,斜效率达64.5％。
