The experimental study of the laser beam parameters of the pulse repetitive RF-excited diffusion cooled waveguide CO2 laser are presented. The measurements are carried out for the pumping pulse duration of 100 μs and pulse repetitive rates 5 - 14 kHz. The average power density delivered to the active medium is 76 W/cm^3. Three types of the pulses, namely the square, the sine and the triangular ones have been applied at the input as pumping pulses and their effects on the output power and the delay time have been studied. The output power of the radiation versus input power, pressure of the laser gas mixture and modulation frequency has been investigated. The results indicate that the output peak power for the three types of pulses increases with increase of the pressure of the laser gas mixture and with the input power where as it decreases with the repetition frequency. The delay time of the output pulse decreases with the increase of the repetition frequency and input power, where as it increases with the increase of the pressure of the laser gas mixture. The behavior of the output power and the delay time with duty cycle for square pulse has also been investigated.  相似文献

During plastic process,the material flow is strongly influenced by the contact area between deformed workpiece and die.In rolling process,difference of roll diameter makes the contact area between roll and deformed tape different,which leads to different material flow and the distribution of powder density.A numerical modelling of the first rolling process for 61-filament high temperature superconducting tape is constructed and the influences of roll diameters on deformation behavior of the tape are discussed.It can be found that the BiSrCaCuO(BSCCO)powder in the center of the tape has higher relative density than those in the periphery of the tape during rolling process.With the increase of roll diameter,the length of the contact arc in the roll gap expands which lead to the in- creasing of transversal strain and the decreasing of the related longitudinal strain.It makes the value of longitudinal strain ratio decrease gradually,which decreases the possibility of occurrence of the transversal shear band,simultaneously it increases the risk of occurrence of longitudinal crack.  相似文献

20 mm thick plates of 2519-T87 high strength aluminum alloy have been welded.The effects of the compositions of filler wires,the heat input and the compositions of shielding gas on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joint have been investigated.The results indicate that finer microstructure,better mechanical properties and higher value of hardness of HAZ can be obtained by using lower heat input.The use of Ar/He mixed shielding gas has several advan- tages over pure Ar shielding gas.With the increase of the proportion of He in the mixed shielding gas, the grain size of the weld metal as well as porosity susceptibility decreases.When the volume ratio of He to Ar reaches 7:3,the porosity and the grain size of weld metal reach the minimum,and the po- rosity can be further reduced by filling some CO_2.  相似文献

The impacts of interband and intraband erosstalk are studied and compared experimentally. Results show that interband crosstalk can be removed with narrow-band filters and has no influence on signal. Intraband crosstalk will result in signal eye diagram close and BER increasing. When the polarization states of signal and crosstalk align, intraband crosstalk seriously decreases signal quality. But when they misalign, it has little influence. Coherent and incoherent crosstalk are studied experimentally. Results show that coherent crosstalk is less harmful to system performance than incoherent crosstalk.  相似文献

采用反相高效液相色谱的外标法 ,分离测定 7-氨基头孢烷酸中残余溶媒N ,N -二甲基苯胺的含量 ,用C1 8色谱柱( 2 0 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm ) ,以甲醇 :水 ( 70 :30 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。方法的线性相关系数为 0 .9990 ,回收率平均值 97.8% ,标准偏差 1.2 %。本方法可准确用于 7-ACA残媒的分析测定。  相似文献

在北方冬季跨流域调水中,水流在年底至次年初发生结冰现象。输水河道在此期间,经过岸冰、冰花、溜冰、冰盖等冰情,造成河道输水水位抬升,流量变小,输水能力减低,且水位流量关系复杂。调水河道在冰寒加剧和高水位运行下,个别河段甚至出现冰塞、冰坝等冰灾现象,直接威胁到河道堤防安全,增加了输水管理的难度。研究分析冰期水流变化规律,对冰期输水监测及调度管理具有重要意义。  相似文献

The effects of pulse frequency f and duty cycle r on the deposition rate, composition, morphology, and hardness of pulse electrodeposited RE (rare earth)-Ni-W-P-SiC composite coatings have been studied. The results indicate that pulse current can improve the deposition rate of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC composite coatings; W, P, and SiC contents in the coating decrease with the increase of pulse frequency and reach the lowest value at f = 33Hz, whereas the RE content in the composite coatings increases with the increase of pulse frequency. SiC content decreases with the increase of duty cycle, W content reaches the lowest value, and P content reaches the highest value at r = 0.4; pulse current and RE can lead to smaller size of the crystalline grains; however, the effects of different pulse frequency and duty cycle on the morphologies of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC composite coatings are not obvious. The hardness of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC composite coatings is the highest when the duty cycle is at 0.6 and 0.8 and pulse frequency is at 50Hz. At the same pulse frequency, the hardness of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC composite coatings at r= 0.8 is higher than that at r= 0.6.  相似文献

针对地磁风暴发生时系统电压降低的现象,研究了地磁感应电流引起的直流偏磁对电力系统电压的影响。基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建了地磁感应电流—直流偏磁的仿真模型,并用低频正弦交流电模拟地磁感应电流,记录了变压器无功功率的需求变化和系统的电压,另外研究了地磁感应电流对发电机出力的影响,同时与单极运行直流电流对电压的影响进行对比研究。结果表明,磁感应电流会导致变压器无功需求周期性增多,系统电压周期性降低,最大下降约为10%,同时地磁感应电流会导致发电机有功出力减小、无功出力增大。而直流电流与系统电压成比例关系,最大下降为13%左右,因无功补偿装置系统电压会逐渐恢复但达不到额定电压。  相似文献

Microstructural features and ionic conductivity of divalent ( Mg2 + ) and trivalent ( Gd^3+ ) cations co-doped ceria electrolyte system Ce0.8sGd0.2MgxO1. 9-s were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and AC impedance analysis. The experimental results exhibit that addition of MgO to GDC reduces the average binding energy of GDC by decreasing the energy barrier of oxygen ion migration in ceria matrix and the ionic conductivity of 2 mol% magnesium doped GDC (0.018 S/cm) is higher than that of GDC matrix at 650℃ (0.0105 S/cm). Co-doping Mg^2+ and Gd^3+ is found to increase the ionic conductivity of ceria and hence decreases the operation temperature as well as the cost of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC).  相似文献

The pH-sensitive polyacrylic acid (PAA) hydrogels were synthesized by gamma-ray irradiation at an ambient temperature. The influences of dose, monomer concentration, cross-linking agent content, pH, and ionic strength on the swelling ratio (SR) of the PAA hydrogels were investigated in detail. The results show that the SR of the hydrogel decreases with an increase in the dose, monomer concentration, and cross-linking agent content. In alkaline solution, the SR of the hydrogels is much higher than that in acid solution. Also, the ionic strength can influence the SR of the hydrogels. The more the concentration, the lower the SR.  相似文献
