Off‐grid DoA estimation method of wideband signals

In this paper, an off‐grid direction of arrival (DoA) estimation method is proposed for wideband signals. This method is based on the sparse representation (SR) of the array covariance matrix. Similar to the time domain DoA estimation methods, the correlation function of the sources was assumed to be the same and known. A new measurement vector is obtained using the lower‐left triangular elements of the covariance matrix. The DoAs are estimated by quantizing the entire range of continuous angle space into discrete grid points. However, the exact DoAs may be located between two grid points; therefore, this estimation has errors. The accuracy of DoA estimation is improved by the minimization of the difference between the new measurement vector and its estimated values. Simulation results revealed that the proposed method can enhance the DoA estimation accuracy of wideband signals.     

Lean production system design for fishing net manufacturing using lean principles and simulation optimization

Value stream mapping (VSM) is a useful tool for describing the manufacturing state, especially for distinguishing between those activities that add value and those that do not. It can help in eliminating non-value activities and reducing the work in process (WIP) and thereby increase the service level. This research follows the guidelines for designing future state VSM. These guidelines consist of five factors which can be changed simply, without any investment. These five factors are (1) production unit; (2) pacemaker process; (3) number of batches; (4) production sequence; and (5) supermarket size. The five factors are applied to a fishing net manufacturing system. Using experimental design and a simulation optimizing tool, the five factors are optimized. The results show that the future state maps can increase service level and reduce WIP by at least 29.41% and 33.92% respectively. For the present study, the lean principles are innovatively adopted in solving a fishing net manufacturing system which is not a well-addressed problem in literature. In light of the promising empirical results, the proposed methodologies are also readily applicable to similar industries.     

泛在电力物联网在北京经济技术开发区的应用探索

泛在电力物联网是物联网在电力领域的具体体现，建设泛在电力物联网是推进"三型两网"建设的关键环节，也是实现能源转型的必要手段。阐述了泛在电力物联网的定义，从供电公司角度出发，根据北京经济技术开发区实际情况，讨论了依托地区特点的泛在电力物联网实施策略和实际应用场景，分析了可能遇到的问题。得出结论：随着泛在电力物联网的深入建设，供电公司能够为电力客户提供多元化服务，提高客户满意度；地市供电公司能够依托泛在电力物联网开展更多电力相关业务；泛在电力物联网的安全性、实用性、有效性是发展面临的首要问题。     

探讨加强质量监督管理提高电网安全水平

电网的安全水平主要取决于其使用产品的质量是否过关。如果产品的质量较好，则能建造出优质的电网，电网的安全水平便会随之提高。因此，应加强对产品质量的监督管理，从而提高电网的安全水平。我们可建立质量监督管理系统，及时抽检出质量不过关的产品，从而消除电网运行过程中潜在的安全隐患。     

非测绘专业"测量学"课程的探讨

探讨了非测绘专业中测量学课程教学改革的问题,结合我院实际情况,从教学内容、教材的选用、教学方法、实验实习教学环节等方面进行讨论,希望能起到一定的借鉴作用。     

高性能调度技术中应用程序调度模型设计--地理空间信息网格调度技术的研究

地理空间信息网格调度技术，要比传统的高性能计算中的调度技术复杂，原因是如果将全部网格资源作为一个应用程序的调度和执行目标，必将导致通信延迟、成本昂贵、执行低效等。为此，综合考虑应用程序特性、机器特性等，研究设计了地理空间信息网格高性能调度技术中的应用程序调度模型，包括地理空间信息网格应用程序分析；资源特性分析；应用程序分解；性能预测；资源调度；机器选择；任务映射；任务调度；任务调度器和调度器管理模块。以实现为不同的应用程序匹配不同的计算资源，提高计算资源的利用率和应用程序的执行效率。     

光传送网中客户信号的映射和复用

文章主要介绍了光传送网(OTN)中光传输模块(OTM)的映射、复用结构、光通道数据单元(ODUk)的时分复用以及客户信号的映射方法．     

多标准视频硬件解码器的存储器地址映射方法

提出了一种支持多标准视频的存储器地址映射方法,用一个简洁的公式把视频图像映射到DDR SDRAM的存储空间.该方法兼顾运动补偿模块、去块效应滤波模块(或重建模块)和显示模块的不同需求特点,通过充分减少DDR SDRAM非读写命令的额外延时,达到较高的存储器接口效率.     

Cartesian grid methods using radial basis functions for solving Poisson, Helmholtz, and diffusion–convection equations

Four methods that solve the Poisson, Helmholtz, and diffusion–convection problems on Cartesian grid by collocation with radial basis functions are presented. Each problem is split into a problem with an inhomogeneous equation and homogeneous boundary conditions, and a problem with a homogeneous equation and inhomogeneous boundary conditions. The former problem is solved by collocation with multiquadrics, whereas the latter problem is solved by collocation with either multiquadrics or fundamental solutions. It is found that methods that make use of fundamental solutions for collocation yield more accurate solutions that are less sensitive to the shape parameter of multiquadrics and node arrangement. Additional collocation appears to improve the quality of solutions.
