OWL‐based acquisition and editing of computer‐interpretable guidelines with the CompGuide editor

Computer‐Interpretable Guidelines (CIGs) are the dominant medium for the delivery of clinical decision support, given the evidence‐based nature of their source material. Therefore, these machine‐readable versions have the ability to improve practitioner performance and conformance to standards, with availability at the point and time of care. The formalisation of Clinical Practice Guideline knowledge in a machine‐readable format is a crucial task to make it suitable for the integration in Clinical Decision Support Systems. However, the current tools for this purpose reveal shortcomings with respect to their ease of use and the support offered during CIG acquisition and editing. In this work, we characterise the current landscape of CIG acquisition tools based on the properties of guideline visualisation, organisation, simplicity, automation, manipulation of knowledge elements, and guideline storage and dissemination. Additionally, we describe the CompGuide Editor, a tool for the acquisition of CIGs in the CompGuide model for Clinical Practice Guidelines that also allows the editing of previously encoded guidelines. The Editor guides the users throughout the process of guideline encoding and does not require proficiency in any programming language. The features of the CIG encoding process are revealed through a comparison with already established tools for CIG acquisition.     

汉语中介语的依存句法标注规范及标注实践

汉语中介语是伴随着汉语国际教育产生的,随着汉语学习在全球的不断开展,汉语中介语的规模不断增长,由于这些语料在语言使用上有其独特性,使得中介语成为语言信息处理和智能语言辅助学习的独特资源。依存语法分析是语言信息处理的重要步骤,英语中介语的依存语法标注语料已经有很好的应用,目前汉语中介语语料库对句法的关注度较低,缺乏一个充分考虑汉语中介语特点的依存句法标注规范。该文着眼于汉语中介语的依存句法标注语料库的建构,探讨依存标注规范,在充分借鉴国际通用依存标注体系(Universal Dependencies)的基础上,制定了汉语中介语的依存标注规范,并进行了标注实践,形成了一个包括汉语教学语法点的中介语依存语料库。     

Quantitative analysis of packet-processing applications regarding architectural guidelines for network-processing-engine development

This paper presents a simulation-based profile-driven quantitative analysis of packet-processing applications. In this domain, demands for increasing the performance and the ongoing development of network protocols both call for flexible and performance-optimized engines. Based on the achieved profiling results, we introduce platform-independent analysis that locates the performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges of a packet-processing engine. Finally based on these results, we extract helpful architectural guidelines for design of a flexible and high-performance embedded processor that is optimized for packet-processing operations in high-performance and cost-sensitive network embedded applications.

The Influence Analysis that a Phase Characteristic of the High‐Level Earthquake Gives to Vibration Response Characteristic of the 550‐kV Disconnectors

We developed the 550‐kV disconnectors that strengthened earthquake proofing by the addition of the damper unit and weight reduction of conductive part based on the damage of the 550‐kV disconnectors by the Great East Japan earthquake (March 11, 2011) and inspected the earthquake proofing performance by shake table test. In shake table test, we performed the test by the artificial seismic wave that varied in phase characteristic in addition to the test by resonance method. And, in a high‐level earthquake area, we analyzed it about the influence that a phase characteristic of the artificial seismic wave gave to stress to occur in disconnectors. As a result, it is thought that the stress to occur in disconnectors is decided by a primary natural frequency basically because a bending strain to occur to the disconnectors in the time when the resonance frequency ingredient becomes the big acceleration response value grows big. But, on a particular phase condition, it was confirmed that the bending strain to occur in disconnectors might grow big conspicuously. As for this, the possibility is thought about by influence of higher natural frequency doing superposition.

城市设计准则是城市开发建设的重要手段之一,完善的设计准则可以提高城市开发建设的速度和质量。近年来,城市设计准则的使用在英国再度引起广泛关注。研究对英国城市设计准则进行概要介绍,指出其重点关注三维空间,通过文字和图像等表述方式对较大规模的开发建设提出设计要求,并通过一定的强制措施来保障执行;其主要用于社区开发建设,同时也具备指导其他类型开发建设的要求;其编制程序包括启动、整合、评估、设计和检验、正式化、实施、管理七个步骤;其基本内容包括对场地、建筑、街道、开放空间、土地使用及可持续发展的要求。这些经验可为我国城市设计实践提供借鉴。
