Update on the Diagnostic Pitfalls of Autopsy and Post-Mortem Genetic Testing in Cardiomyopathies

Inherited cardiomyopathies are frequent causes of sudden cardiac death (SCD), especially in young patients. Despite at the autopsy they usually have distinctive microscopic and/or macroscopic diagnostic features, their phenotypes may be mild or ambiguous, possibly leading to misdiagnoses or missed diagnoses. In this review, the main differential diagnoses of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (e.g., athlete’s heart, idiopathic left ventricular hypertrophy), arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (e.g., adipositas cordis, myocarditis) and dilated cardiomyopathy (e.g., acquired forms of dilated cardiomyopathy, left ventricular noncompaction) are discussed. Moreover, the diagnostic issues in SCD victims affected by phenotype-negative hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and the relationship between myocardial bridging and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy are analyzed. Finally, the applications/limits of virtopsy and post-mortem genetic testing in this field are discussed, with particular attention to the issues related to the assessment of the significance of the genetic variants.

针对煤矿发生事故后传统救援监控系统无法实时对井下人员进行动态定位，导致矿井救援盲目性大、救援效率差、救援难度大等技术难题，为了进一步提高煤矿救援效率，通过技术研究，设计了一套以通信基站为核心的智能化救援监控系统，分析了该系统结构组成、工作原理，通过在担水沟煤矿井下实际应用效果来看，智能化救援监控系统对人员定位精准度达95%，实现人员动态位置三维成像，救援效率提高至80%以上，有效缩短了煤矿事故救援时间，取得了显著应用成效。     

腐蚀引起钻柱刺漏的机理分析及预防措施

详细分析了腐蚀引起钻柱刺漏的机理，得知：造成钻柱刺漏的主要原因是空气中的O2、地层中的硫化氢和二氧化碳、钻井液残液、钻井液中的盐类对钻柱的腐蚀和钻井液对钻柱的冲蚀。针对引起钻柱刺漏的原因，制定了去除钻井液中的O2、监测钻井液腐蚀性并加入相应的添加剂去除CO2和H2S、定期对钻杆进行检测、对存放的钻杆进行防腐处理、使用厚过渡区改进型钻杆等措施。在苏丹某区块现场实践证明，采取这些措施，由腐蚀引起的钻柱刺漏事故大大减少，在该区块的T-1井和D-1井钻进的3个月中，仅发生一次钻柱刺漏事故。     

Fast Positive Feedback Between the Adrenocortical Stress Response and a Brain Mechanism Involved in Aggressive Behavior.

Aggressive behavior induces an adrenocortical stress response, and sudden stressors often precipitate violent behavior. Experiments in rats revealed a fast, mutual, positive feedback between the adrenocortical stress response and a brain mechanism controlling aggression. Stimulation of the aggressive area in the hypothalamus rapidly activated the adrenocortical response, even in the absence of an opponent and fighting. Hypothalamic aggression, in turn, was rapidly facilitated by a corticosterone injection in rats in which the natural adrenocortical stress response was prevented by adrenalectomy. The rapidity of both effects points to a fast, mutual, positive feedback of the controlling mechanisms within the time frame of a single conflict. 洼60-H26水平井套铣打捞技术

洼60-H26井是一口中曲率水平井,设计井深1 922 m,由于地面条件的限制,设计采用三维井眼轨道。该井水平段在钻至井深1 801 m时,发生卡钻事故。在卡钻事故处理过程中,采用测卡、爆炸松扣技术取出上部钻具后,应用了不同规格的套铣管对被卡钻具进行套铣,采用间歇式套铣方式实现了大斜度井段(45°-90°)的安全套铣,采用短套铣管完成了时水平井段内φ215．0 mm稳定器的套铣,采用φ228．6 mm套铣管成功套铣水平井段被卡LWD仪器,最后通过震击器震击成功解卡。详细介绍了洼60-H26水平井卡钻事故的处理过程,分析了在水平段处理卡钻事故的难点。该井处理卡钻事故的经验,对以后水平井施工中处理井下事故、打捞贵重仪器具有借鉴价值。     

A novel way to treat refractory waste: Sonication followed by wet oxidation (SONIWO)

The effectiveness of the hybrid system sonication followed by wet oxidation (SONIWO) to treat otherwise refractory waste has been demonstrated. In such a hybrid system homogeneous CuSO₄ catalyst was found to be very efficient.
