The original method is developed for producing the new inorganic sorption material of akaganeite bgr-FeO(OH). The material in question is characterized relative to arsenic contained in aqua. The removal of particulate contamination is a critical issue for many manufacturing processes. It is particularly critical to the electronics industry in which small pieces of microscopic debris remaining after chemical mechanical planarization (cmp) using submicron polishing particles can cause device failure. One way to enhance particle removal following the cmp process is to utilize surfactants. Recent research has shown ways to model the effect of surfactants on enhanced particle removal. However, previous research has not demonstrated the effect of ionic strength on enhanced particle removal associated with surfactant use. Past research has also not shown the combined effects of ionic strength and surfactant concentration on enhanced particle removal using surfactants. This article summarizes the parameters affecting particle removal, and it provides data and analysis on the effect of ionic strength as well as the combined effects of ionic strength and surfactant concentration on particle removal following cmp processing.  相似文献

The superconducting properties and the phase and chemical composition of Bi x Pb0.3Sb0.1Sr y Ca2Cu3Oz (x=1.5, 1.6, and 1.7;y=1.9, 2.0, and 2.1) materials synthesized by one-step and multistep thermal treatments have been investigated. The multistep annealing between 825–875°C promotes the 2223 phase. The change of Bi concentration has little effect on the 2223 phase formation, regardless of the kind of thermal treatment used, but increasing the Sr concentration (y> 2) strongly inhibits this phase. It has also been established that the loss of Pb after synthesis depends on the initial Bi concentration. The loss of Pb decreases when the initial Bi content is lower.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to design a modified atmosphere package for a mixed vegetable salad consisting of 75 g of cut carrot, 55 g of cut cucumber, 20 g of sliced garlic and 50 g of whole green pepper. Respiration data of all the components were combined with film permeability data to predict package atmospheres and design optimal packages for experimental testing for improved shelf-life of the produce. The optimal package avoided minimum O2 and maximum CO2 tolerance limits, and chilling injury temperatures for any component. A pouch form package made of 27 mm low density polyethylene developed a modified atmosphere of 2.0–2.1% O2 and 5.5–5.7% CO2, which was beneficial for all components and provided better quality retention than other test packages.  相似文献

首先介绍了加氢催化脱硫和其他脱硫技术的特点,综述了近年来国内外利用离子液体在萃取脱硫、萃取脱硫与氧化脱硫耦合、萃取脱硫与生物脱硫耦合等方面的研究。认为离子液体萃取脱硫具有操作简便、可循环使用、无需氢气、环境友好、能深度脱硫等特点,是一项具有广阔发展前景的技术。若要实现该技术的工业化应用,还需进一步加强离子液体在合成工艺、脱硫选择性及回收再生等方面的研究。  相似文献

The compositions (1 −x)Ag2SO4−(x)BaSO4, wherex=0·01 to 0·6, were prepared by slow cooling of the melt. The extent of the solid solubility of Ba2+ in Ag2SO4 was determined by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The bulk conductivity of each sample was obtained using a detailed impedance analysis. The partial substitution of Ba2+ results in the enhancement of conductivity in compliance with the classical aliovalent doping theory. A simplistic model based on lattice distortion (expansion) due to partial substitution of Ag+ by the bigger Ba2+ has been considered to explain enhanced conductivity. Beyond solid-solubility limit (5·27 mole%) the BaSO4-dispersed Ag2SO4 conductivity follows the usual trend seen in binary systems. An increase in conductivity in this case is discussed in the light of interfacial reactions and surface defect chemistry. The maximum conductivity in 20 mole% BaSO4 dispersed Ag2SO4 is due to percolation threshold.  相似文献

The micellar polymerisation of ionic surfactants such as allyldodecyl-dimethylammonium bromide and 3-dodecyl-1-vinyl imidazolium iodide has been studied by conductimetry in aqueous solution. The polymerisation was carried out using two different sources of γ rays directed into solutions of surfactant above the critical micellar concentration. Conductimetry is shown to be a very good physicochemical method for analysis of these solutions. The results showed different behaviour for the two surfactants, which has highlighted a change in the structure of their aggregates which led to the assumption of an interaction between the polymers of high mass and different products of the polymerisation (oligomers, products of degradation, monomers etc.). Ultrafiltration experiments coupled with 1H-NMR and conductivity analysis confirm these assumptions.  相似文献

The effects of ionic strength on myofibrils and myosin from rabbit fast-twitch Psoas major (PM) and slow-twitch Semimembranosus proprius (SMp) muscles before and after heating were studied by electron microscopy and thermal scanning rheometry. The direct suspension of proteins in low ionic strength (0.2M KCl; pH 6.0) led to very weak gels, whereas a gradual lowering of the ionic strength (by dialysis against 0.2M KCl; pH 6.0) of 0.6M KCl protein solutions induced strand-type networks at low temperature and strong heat-induced gels. As shown by transmission and scanning electron micrographs, in low ionic strength, SMp myosins formed shorter filaments before heating and thinner and shorter structures in heat-induced gels, as well as a lower gel porosity than PM myosins.  相似文献
