对掺杂了25份(phr)导电炭黑(CB)的样品进行了正电子湮灭寿命谱的变温测量,在玻璃化转变温度以上,随着温度的增加,自由体积的大小线性增加,在玻璃化转变温度以下,自由体积的大小基本不变,o-Ps的强度在-40℃下基本不变,从-40℃以上开始增加,但在50℃以上上升有加快的趋势,与PTC材料的PTC现象和导电性能有一定的关联。  相似文献

The molecular weight of polyacrylic acid (PAA) was determined by a viscometric method using NaNO3 as solvent at 30°C. The specific electric conductivities (σ) of PAA as well as PAA doped with carbon black (CB), chromium oxide (Cr2O3), and cupferron with different concentrations (from 0.25 to 1 wt %) were measured at a temperature range 360–400 K. IR spectra of some polymers were determined and it was shown that when PAA was doped with 0.5 wt % CB, a C? O? C band appeared at 775–875 cm?1. The positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) spectra in PAA doped with the above‐mentioned dopants were measured as a function of their concentrations. It was observed that the short lifetime intensity I1 decreased, whereas the intermediate lifetime intensity I2, which is related to the conductivity of the material, increased with increasing the wt % of Cr2O3 and cupferron as well as at low concentrations of CB. These results are discussed in terms of the conducting island model. It was found that there were distinct positive relationships between σ and I2. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Studies on thermal fatigue in 3Cr2W8V die steel have been carried out by using positron lifetime and microhardness measurements. It is found that the mean positron lifetime and the microhardness exhibit periodic up-and-down variations with an increase in the number of fatigue cycles. The experiments indicate that in the process of thermal fatigue there are two opposing effects on variation of defects: microdeformation and dynamic recovery and recrystallization.  相似文献

This paper reviews available information on the state of practice of inservice material property monitoring performed in European energy industries. Current practice includes a range of standard nondestructive testing and monitoring methods, improved remote sampling and surveillance specimen testing, and new monitoring techniques which are emerging from ongoing development programs. 本文用正电子湮没技术测试了Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金100℃母相时效过程中空位的变化。结果发现,随着时效时间的延长,空位浓度不断降低,空位尺寸不断增大。这一结果很好地解释了记忆合金马氏体逆转变温度As的变化规律,从而证明过饱和空位是Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金马氏体稳定化的一个主要原因。  相似文献

Early life stress (ELS) is strongly associated with psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia in adulthood. To date, biological, behavioral, and structural aspects of ELS have been studied extensively, but their functional effects remain unclear. Here, we examined NeuroPET studies of dopaminergic, glutamatergic, and serotonergic systems in ELS animal models. Maternal separation and restraint stress were used to generate single or complex developmental trauma. Body weights of animals exposed to single trauma were similar to those of control animals; however, animals exposed to complex trauma exhibited loss of body weight when compared to controls. In behavioral tests, the complex developmental trauma group exhibited a decrease in time spent in the open arm of the elevated plus-maze and an increase in immobility time in the forced swim test when compared to control animals. In NeuroPET studies, the complex trauma group displayed a reduction in brain uptake values when compared to single trauma and control groups. Of neurotransmitter systems analyzed, the rate of decrease in brain uptake was the highest in the serotonergic group. Collectively, our results indicate that developmental trauma events induce behavioral deficits, including anxiety- and depressive-like phenotypes and dysfunction in neurotransmitter systems.  相似文献

Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most malignant brain tumor in adults, with a dismal prognosis despite aggressive multi-modal therapy. Immunotherapy is currently being evaluated as an alternate treatment modality for recurrent GBMs in clinical trials. These immunotherapeutic approaches harness the patient’s immune response to fight and eliminate tumor cells. Standard MR imaging is not adequate for response assessment to immunotherapy in GBM patients even after using refined response assessment criteria secondary to amplified immune response. Thus, there is an urgent need for the development of effective and alternative neuroimaging techniques for accurate response assessment. To this end, some groups have reported the potential of diffusion and perfusion MR imaging and amino acid-based positron emission tomography techniques in evaluating treatment response to different immunotherapeutic regimens in GBMs. The main goal of these techniques is to provide definitive metrics of treatment response at earlier time points for making informed decisions on future therapeutic interventions. This review provides an overview of available immunotherapeutic approaches used to treat GBMs. It discusses the limitations of conventional imaging and potential utilities of physiologic imaging techniques in the response assessment to immunotherapies. It also describes challenges associated with these imaging methods and potential solutions to avoid them.  相似文献
