燃煤锅炉除尘专用滤料的开发

介绍机械制造厂燃煤锅炉的烟尘特点,分析滤料失效的原因,提出一套针对该工况的滤料解决方案。介绍针对复杂工况条件所选用的纤维种类以及复合面层原料成分配比的确定,最终选用针刺工艺加工并对该新产品的基本性能进行了测试分析。     

WCDMA系统接口信令消息的描述与实现

WCDMA作为第三代移动通信系统的主流标准，能够提供多种类型的多媒体服务。为了实现各种用户平面数据的传输，系统会提前通过控制平面对所需的无线资源进行分配。由于配置过程是通过接口之间发送控制平面应用协议消息来实现的，因此能否正确有效地对信令消息进行编解码成为保证系统稳定工作的关键因素。3GPP标准中，ASN．1语言被用来描述接口信令消息。首先简要介绍了WCDMA系统结构以及主要接口协议，重点描述了ASN．1存在的意义及其编解码规则，最后给出了基于ASN．1的开发环境下应用层网络协议的开发流程。     

用CMOS工艺实现VSR光电集成接收机的途径

介绍了10Gbit／s速率的甚短距离光传输系统VSR(Very Short Reach)中的接收机。分析了几种有希望用于VSR系统的CMOS工艺兼容的光电探测器。提出用CMOS电路实现VSR光电集成(OEIC)接收机的可能性和实现方法。     

Fatigue limit evaluation of notches,small cracks and defects: an engineering approach

In this paper, the average stress method for the fatigue limit evaluation of stress raising geometrical features is revised and extended. In particular, an analytical close‐form approach was used and the linear elastic stress equations were modified by taking into account the effect of nominal stress on the local stress distribution. Hence, the average tangential stress was correctly evaluated over a distance of 2a₀, where a₀ was El Haddad's short crack constant, for long and small notches as well as for crack‐like notches. When this model is applied to a wide range of geometrical features subjected to mode I fatigue loading, the classical shape of the curves of the Kitagawa–Takahashi diagram was obtained for changes in crack‐like notch size. Similarly, notch sensitivity was estimated by reducing the notch tip radius. The accuracy of the proposed method in predicting fatigue limits was then checked by using experimental data taken from the literature and generated on testing specimens weakened by rounded and sharp notches as well as by small artificial defects.

CuO/ZnO甲醇合成催化剂的正电子湮没谱学研究

发展了用正电子湮没寿命参数测定用共沉淀方法制备的金属氧化物系固溶度的新方法。测量了一系列用共沉淀方法制备的不同CuO at％含量的CuO/ZnO甲醇合成催化剂粉末(压制成片)还原前后的正电子寿命谱。分析该种催化剂的固溶特性及其与正电子寿命参数的关系,得出还原后样品的固溶度为12CuOat％.支持了CuO/ZnO甲醇合成催化剂以Cu~+离子为活性中心的观点。

Short contact time dissolution of vitrinite and inertinite concentrates

The short contact time dissolution of vitrinite and inertinite concentrates of an Australian bituminous coal was studied under isothermal conditions with tetralin as solvent. The reactivity of the two maceral types and the yields and nature of the products were determined for a range of reaction temperatures (400, 420 and 440 °C) and reaction times (2–20 min). The dissolution of vitrinite proceeded at a significantly greater rate than for inertinite and was associated with greater selectivity to soluble non-gaseous products. At very short reaction times (2 min), the vitrinite underwent solubilizing reactions to yield products of higher molecular weight and greater oxygen functionality than was the case for inertinite, for which changes in the chemical nature of the products were negligible over the range of conditions studied. At longer reaction times (5 min), the composition of the vitrinite-derived products was similar to that of the inertinite-derived products.     

Colour Centres and Energy Transfer in BaF2-xClx:Eu2+ Phosphors

The optical absorption spectra of BaF2-xClx:Eu2 after ultraviolet (UV) light excitation were investigated.The differences between the absorption spectra after and before excitation (DAS) were observed.The DAS increase at both the high and the low energy side of F band in BaF2-xClx:Eu2 after 245 nm UV light excitation.The bleach effect of UV light and the absorption of electrons in the valence band may account for the former and the formation of Fa centres (association of F(Cl-) centres), whose absorption band matches the HeNe laser better, may explain the latter.In the write-in process, the transfer of electrons is via tunneling.In the readout process, the transfer of electrons captured in F(F-) and Fa centres is more likely via tunneling, and that of F(Cl-) centres is more likely via conduction band.
