四相分离器的研究与应用

随着濮城油田的进一步开发，现已进入高含水期，综合含水高达90％以上，采出液成倍增长，油层出砂越来越严重，直接影响着原油处理成本和分离器清砂周期。为确保油气密闭处理工艺的正常运行，降低处理成本，延长分离器的停产清砂周期，从2005年开始与设计院一起对四相分离器沉降脱水和自动除砂技术进行了现场应用研究，并取得成功。     

Influence of External Voltage on the Tribological Behavior of Brass／Silicon Nitride Rubbing Couple

Tribological behaviors of the brassl silicon nitride rubbing couple under external voltages were investigated by a self-made friction tester.Three different aqueous solutions were used to find the optimum lubricant that can support a rapid voltage-controlled friction phenomenon Experimental results show that.for all of the solutions,friction coefficients in the presence of an external voltage higher that 6V DC were approximately 2 times higher that those in the absence of an external voltage.the response time of friction force to a step incrensed under external voltage could be as short as 0.5 s in these solutions,while 1.58s was needed for the recovery process of friction the main factors predlominating the step response of friction discussed.     

出砂油田高含水开发集油管线适应性分析

孤东油田属于稠油疏松砂岩油藏,1986年投入开发,于20世纪90年代初期进入高含水开发阶段,综合含水高于90％,因油井出砂,产出液综合含水高于0.01％。进入高含水期以后,开发初期施工的集油干线(泡沫保温钢管),开始出现大面积的穿孔现象,进而出现管线爆裂,管线损坏严重。对损坏管线解剖发现,管线底部有光亮的沟     

江苏复杂断块高含水单元改善水驱效果的技术对策

在分析高含水开发单元特点的基础上,针对该阶段剩余油的品位、分布和油水关系极为复杂、挖潜难度大的技术难点,提出了适合江苏复杂断块油田高含水开发单元改善水驱开发效果的思路和工作程序、技术对策,并在真武油田高含水开发单元进行了实际应用,取得了良好的效果.
