^17O系统的R矩阵分析

采用多道多能级R矩阵理论,全面系统地分析~(17)O系统中10.5 MeV激发能以下有关~(16)O(n,n)~(16)O·~(16)O(n,a)~(13)C和~(13)C(a,a)~(13)C的全部实验数据。有关~(16)O的中子反应截面计算值被收入中国评价数据库CENDL-2和美国的评价数据库ENDF/B-6。对在R矩阵分析中如何确定本底、道半径和边界条件等问题予以讨论。

提出利用分子场近似结合中子衍射或Ｘ射线衍射的实验结果,计算Ｒ２Ｆｅ１７型稀土过 渡族化合物中的稀土磁矩与过渡族磁矩之间的交换耦合常数的方法．计算了 Ｄｙ２Ｆｅ１７－ｘＡｌｘ （ｘ＝２,３,４,５,６,７,８）化合物中的稀土磁矩与过渡族磁矩之间的交换耦合常数－ＪＲＴ／ｋ, 结果分别为７,７７ Ｋ,７．２７ Ｋ,７．３９ Ｋ,８．６２ Ｋ,８．６４Ｋ,９．５２ Ｋ,１０．３４ Ｋ．其中对ｘ＝５,６, ７,８的化合物计算结果与高场测量的实验值８．７７ Ｋ,９．２５ Ｋ,１０．１Ｋ,１０．９Ｋ符合得较好． 说明从分子场理论出发,利用Ｘ射线衍射或中子衍射的结果更细致地考虑一些替代的细 节,计算稀土过渡族化合物中的稀土（Ｒ）磁矩与过渡族（Ｔ）磁矩之间的交换耦合常数是 一种可取的方法．

理论分析了在切除过程中磨粒与材料表面的交互作用机理,进行了砂带磨削燃气轮机叶片材料0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb的试验研究,系统分析了各磨削工艺参数对材料切除率的影响规律,该研究对生产实践具有理论指导意义.     

Photoreceptor Cells Constitutively Express IL-35 and Promote Ocular Immune Privilege

Interleukin-27 is constitutively secreted by microglia in the retina or brain, and upregulation of IL-27 during neuroinflammation suppresses encephalomyelitis and autoimmune uveitis. However, while IL-35 is structurally and functionally similar to IL-27, the intrinsic roles of IL-35 in CNS tissues are unknown. Thus, we generated IL-35/YFP-knock-in reporter mice (p35-KI) and demonstrated that photoreceptor neurons constitutively secrete IL-35, which might protect the retina from persistent low-grade inflammation that can impair photoreceptor functions. Furthermore, the p35-KI mouse, which is hemizygous at the il12a locus, develops more severe uveitis because of reduced IL-35 expression. Interestingly, onset and exacerbation of uveitis in p35-KI mice caused by extravasation of proinflammatory Th1/Th17 lymphocytes into the retina were preceded by a dramatic decrease of IL-35, attributable to massive death of photoreceptor cells. Thus, while inflammation-induced death of photoreceptors and loss of protective effects of IL-35 exacerbated uveitis, our data also suggest that constitutive production of IL-35 in the retina might have housekeeping functions that promote sterilization immunity in the neuroretina and maintain ocular immune privilege.     

The HIV-1 Gag Protein Displays Extensive Functional and Structural Roles in Virus Replication and Infectivity

Once merely thought of as the protein responsible for the overall physical nature of the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1), the Gag polyprotein has since been elucidated to have several roles in viral replication and functionality. Over the years, extensive research into the polyproteins’ structure has revealed that Gag can mediate its own trafficking to the plasma membrane, it can interact with several host factors and can even aid in viral genome packaging. Not surprisingly, Gag has also been associated with HIV-1 drug resistance and even treatment failure. Therefore, this review provides an extensive overview of the structural and functional roles of the HIV-1 Gag domains in virion integrity, functionality and infectivity.     

Learn from the past – sequentially one-to-one video deblurring network

With the growing availability of hand-held cameras in recent years, more and more images and videos are taken at any time and any place. However, they usually suffer from undesirable blur due to camera shake or object motion in the scene. In recent years, a few modern video deblurring methods are proposed and achieve impressive performance. However, they are still not suitable for practical applications as high computational cost or using future information as input. To address the issues, we propose a sequentially one-to-one video deblurring network (SOON) which can deblur effectively without any future information. It transfers both spatial and temporal information to the next frame by utilizing the recurrent architecture. In addition, we design a novel Spatio-Temporal Attention module to nudge the network to focus on the meaningful and essential features in the past. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art deblurring methods, both quantitatively and qualitatively, on various challenging real-world deblurring datasets. Moreover, as our method deblurs in an online manner and is potentially real-time, it is more suitable for practical applications.     

K17镍基铸造高温合金环境损伤的研究

本文研究了镍基铸造高温合金K17在真空、空气和热腐蚀环境中热暴露前后持久性能和高温拉伸性能的变化.结果表明,真空中热暴露对K17合金的持久寿命没有影响,但降低高温瞬时拉伸强度,提高持久塑性和高温瞬时拉伸塑性;空气和热腐蚀环境中热暴露明显降低持久性能和高温瞬时拉伸性能,其中尤以热腐蚀环境最严重,空气环境暴露造成晶界氧化并贫Cr,热腐蚀环境暴露引起晶界严重硫化,晶界两侧贫Cr富S,因而弱化晶界,降低性能.     

The sequence of 55 kb on the left arm of yeast chromosome XVI identifies a small nuclear RNA,a new putative protein kinase and two new putative regulators

We have sequenced and analysed a 55 786 bp fragment located on the left arm of chromosome XVI of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The sequence contains 29 non-overlapping open reading frames (ORFs) longer than 300 bp, among which 12 genes have previously been sequenced: OYE3, REV3, SVS1, BEM4, CDC60, KIP2, PEP4, SPK1, PAL1, KES1, SNR17B and RPL37A. Three new ORFs, P2591, P2594 and P2597 are highly homologous to the human phosphotyrosyl phosphatase activator PTPA, to the pleiotropic regulator PRL1 of PP1 and PP2a protein phosphatases in plants and to the protein kinase PAR-1 in Caenorhabditis elegans, respectively. Three other ORFs, P2545, P2567 and P2578 have significant homology with ORFs of unknown function located on yeast chromosomes VIII, XVI and IV respectively. The sequences in nucleotides and in amino acids have been deposited in the EMBL data library under the Accession Number X96770.
