Cooling rate effects on the microstructure and phase formation in Zr51Cu20.7Ni12Al16.3 bulk metallic glass

A detailed transmission electron microscope (TEM) study has been conducted to investigate the microstructures of the Zr₅₁Cu_20.7Ni₁₂Al_16.3 metallic glass formed at different cooling rates. It has been found that the most competitive crystalline phase to the amorphous structure is an oxygen-stabilized FCC NiZr₂-type phase, which in turn acts as the leading phase to trigger the formation of other crystalline phases in the slow-cooled alloy.     

蒸发冷却水质问题的分析研究

蒸发冷却空调是以水作为制冷剂,通过在西北地区的实际工程应用,发现存在着蒸发冷却器表面结水垢以及细菌滋生等水质问题.本文针对这两大问题,从产生的原因、条件以及环境等方面进行了分析;阐述了导致上述两大问题的关键原因,提出从补水、流失水比例、水系统的软化以及抗菌剂的填加等几个环节加强水质管理的措施;通过全面的分析和研究,认为蒸发冷却器不会产生军团病.

针对冷却塔降温效果较差问题,采取了重新码放填料、调整风机转速比、增加风机叶片数量、加宽叶片直径等改进措施。多次的试运行结果表明改进措施是可行的。     

规整填料在5 Mt/a常减压装置减压塔提馏段中的应用

介绍了新型规整填料Zugrid 64 X和Zupak125 Y在中国石油兰州石化分公司5 Mt/a常减压装置减压塔提馏段的工业应用情况.运行结果表明,新型规整填料具有明显的节能降耗优势,分离效果好,渣油中500 ℃以下的馏分质量分数仅为2.58%,且蒸汽用量较低[m(蒸汽)/m(渣油)为9 kg/t],操作成本低,抗堵塞性能良好.

A New Water Saving Device of Swirling Flow for Cooling Towers

This paper is concerned with water saving for water-loop cooling tower system in power plants. A newly developed water saving device of swirling flow is presented. The key point is that the new water saving device makes the steam swirl up along the device wall rather than engender laminar flow in a corrugated plate. The corrugated plate device can save approximately 10 percent of the total lost water. In contrast to the scale model of corrugated plate water saving device, experimental analyses have demonstrated that the new water saving device of swirling flow is more efficient, with a capacity of saving more than 20 percent of water.
