高温对冶金窑窑体的影响

针对冶金回转窑窑体在高温下产生的失效进行数值分析，并在此基础上对冶金窑窑体的设计方法进行修正。

Dynamic responses and damages of water-filled pre-pressurized metal tube impacted by mass

An account is given of some principal observations made from a series of experiments in which three-span pipe beams were subjected to central impact by indenters with different nose shapes. These pipes were filled and pre-pressurized with water in order to identify the main effects produced by the fluid–structure interaction. In comparison, the impact experiments of the pipes with no water were also carried out. The perforation failure modes and corresponding critical impact energies were obtained in different test conditions. The experimental results indicated that the critical perforation energy and the deformation of the wall of the pipe were significantly influenced by the presence of the water and the pressure.     

内复合换热管与复合管板焊接工艺试验研究

介绍复合管与复合管板的管头设计及其焊接试验,结果表明,如果管内壁不锈钢复合层的厚度达到或大于0.5mm,则管头的焊接质量能满足要求,否则管头焊缝容易开裂。内、外双面复合管和复合管板的管头焊接工艺,与仅有内壁单层不锈钢复合层的复合管和复合管板的管头焊接工艺相同。     

Plastic instability in dual-pressure tube-hydroforming process

The tube-hydroforming process has become an indispensable manufacturing technique in recent years. Successful tube hydroforming requires bulging to take place without causing any type of instability such as bursting, wrinkling or buckling. The dual-pressure tube-hydroforming process was introduced to achieve a favorable tri-axial stress state in the deformation process. In this paper, the effect of applying counter pressure on plastic instability of thin-walled tubes is analyzed. It is concluded that in dual-pressure tube hydroforming, the onset of plastic instability is delayed and the ductility of the metal is increased.     

衡阳钢管厂Φ89mm半浮芯棒连轧管机组工艺及设备结构特点

衡阳钢管厂Φ８９ｍｍ半浮芯棒连轧管机组是一种新型机组，其选配的变形工艺路线能很好地适应生产小规格的热轧无缝钢管。本文论述了该机组的工艺及设备结构特点。     

焊缝X射线照相中以透照距离为参变量的管电压计算方法

针对钛、钢焊缝X射线照相探伤中,要通过实验来确定管电压值,存在低效、浪费的问题,作者总结大量探伤工作中的数据,找出了对于不同透照方式和不同透照条件下,管电压值与试样厚度和透照距离之间的关系,建立了计算管电压值的经验公式,并对计算值与实验值作了对比分析,证实经验公式简便可靠。文中给出了适用于国内广泛采用的几种X光探伤机和通用的几种感光胶片的管电压计算公式及有关数据,可供钛、钢X光探伤工作者参考应用。     

筒形件强力旋压新技术--浮动芯模法

提出了一种新的旋压方法－浮动芯模法。该方法采用的芯模长度尺寸较小,两端不固定加工,制造和安装非常容易。由于该方法是采用旋轮不动,工件做轴向运动,故解决了正旋所带来的工件扭曲的问题。此法用于加工长管类件,更显示出它的优越性,对改善管类件的加工具有重要的意义。     

Solid circulation characteristics in an internally circulating fluidized bed with orifice-type draft tube

Effects of superficial gas velocities to a draft tube, to an annulus section and particle size on the solid circulation rate (G,) have been determined in an internally circulating fluidized bed (0.28 m I.D. × 2m high) with an orifice type draft tube. The solid circulation rate from the draft tube to an annulus section increases with increasing gas velocities to the draft tube(U _d ) and annulus section (U_a) and consequent increase in pressure drop across the orifice (ΔP_or). However, the values ofG _s decrease by 7–21% with increasing particle size from 86 to 288 μm. The pressure drop across the orifice increases with increasingU _d andU _a . However, ΔP_or decreases by 5–23% with increasing particle size. To predictG _s in an internally circulating fluidized bed, a correlation is proposed as a function of ΔP_or This paper is dedicated to Professor Dong Sup Doh on the occasion of his retirement Korea University.
