纤维尺寸随机引起的复合材料性能分散性研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
本文采用Monte-Carlo方法模拟复合材料纤维尺寸的随机变化,得到几组材料截面图像.然后用像素划分网格作为通用单胞模型的输入,计算出复合材料性能的子样.最后用数理统计的方法处理数据得到材料性能的统计特性数据.对计算结果进行统计分析,结果表明:纤维尺寸的分散性对材料弹性性能的分散性影响比较大,三参数威布尔分布和正态分布较好地描述了E1、E2、G23和μ23等的分布情况.  相似文献

The performances of three advanced non-linear controllers are analyzed for the optimal set point tracking of styrene free radical polymerization (FRP) in batch reactors. The three controllers are the artificial neural network-based MPC (NN-MPC), the artificial fuzzy logic controller (FLC) as well as the generic model controller (GMC). A recently developed hybrid model (Hosen et al., 2011a. Asia-Pac. J. Chem. Eng. 6(2), 274) is utilized in the control study to design and tune the proposed controllers. The optimal minimum temperature profiles are determined using the Hamiltonian maximum principle. Different types of disturbances are introduced and applied to examine the stability of controller performance. The experimental studies revealed that the performance of the NN-MPC is superior to that of FLC and GMC.  相似文献

This paper addresses nonlinear control of a class of distributed parameter systems by the generic distributed parameter model-based control (GDPMC) strategy. Case studies on a complex biological nutrient removal (BNR) activated sludge process for nitrogen and phosphorus removal show that the GDPMC strategy is applicable for controlling species of interest in specific bioreaction zones. The designs give much improved performances compared to well-tuned PI controllers in terms of the integral time absolute errors (ITAE). In a study on control of the entire BNR activated sludge plant, a multi-unit decentralised GDPMC strategy is shown to be robust to 25% plant-model mismatch in three sensitive and uncertain kinetic parameters. The advantages of the GDPMC strategy over lumped-model generic model control (GMC) are demonstrated in a comparative study on soluble phosphate control within the anaerobic zone of the plant.  相似文献

为提高螺栓连接层合板结构的可靠性和承载能力,基于ABAQUS软件及用户子程序(USDFLD),结合改进的单胞模型,建立了考虑组分材料失效的多尺度数值模型。利用该模型表征分析了单钉双剪层合板螺栓连接结构的力学性能,研究了铺层形式及几何尺寸对连接结构性能的影响。该模型的预报结果与试验结果吻合较好。结果表明:准各向同性层合板螺栓连接结构的挤压强度高于正交各向异性层合板连接结构的挤压强度,前者的失效模式为挤压失效,后者为剪出失效,该模式导致结构承载能力降低,设计中应避免。层合板边径比大于3时,不同宽径比连接结构的挤压强度趋近稳定值;但相同边径比的连接结构,其挤压强度随宽径比的增大而增大,连接结构设计时应给予考虑。   相似文献

为实现高速率无线多媒体信息传输,近年来提出了一种新的无线传输体制通用多载波码分多址(GMC CDMA)。在GMC CDMA中,通过把信息符号流转换成符号块后,在符号块级冗余扩频,消除了多用户间干扰和符号间干扰,从而具有对信道衰落不敏感、频谱效率高等优点,提高了系统误比特率性能和容量,是新一代无线通信系统中极具发展前景的技术体制。该文综述了GMC CDMA的原理、设计、性能特点以及研究进展等,并讨论了几个热点研究问题。  相似文献

基于应力为未知量的二维通用单胞模型改进算法在保证计算精度的前提下,可以提高计算效率,本文把该方法推广到三维,并利用该三维模型计算了颗粒增强复合材料力学性能。计算结果表明,该模型能够较准确的预测颗粒增强复合材料以及复杂随机纤维分配复合材料弹性系数及其对称性,并且随着划分子胞数目的增加,预测的弹性系数对称性越明显;同时,计算得到的剪切模量与E/(2(1+μ))比相对其它弹性系数比的误差大。  相似文献

The dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration has been an important process parameter in the biological wastewater treatment process (WWTP). In this paper, we propose a nonlinear control scheme to maintain the dissolved oxygen level of an activated sludge system. Without any linearization or model reduction, it can directly incorporate the nonlinear DO process model with on-line estimation of the respiration rate (R) and the oxygen transfer rate (KLa). Simulation results show that it outperforms a control performance of the PID controller. Since it incorporates the process disturbance and nonlinearity in the controller design, the suggested method can efficiently deal with the operating condition changes that occur frequently in the wastewater treatment process.  相似文献

Ethoxy (EO) chain nonylphenol dehydrogenase (NPEO-DH) from Ensifer sp. AS08 and EO chain octylphenol dehydrogenase from Pseudomonas putida share common molecular characteristics with polyethylene glycol (PEG) dehydrogenases (PEG-DH) and comprise a PEG-DH subgroup in the family of glucose-methanol-choline (GMC) oxidoreductases that includes glucose/alcohol oxidase and glucose/choline dehydrogenase. Three-dimensional (3D) molecular modeling suggested that differences in the size, secondary structure and hydropathy in the active site caused differences in their substrate specificities toward EO chain alkylphenols and free PEGs. Based on 3D molecular modeling, site-directed mutagenesis was utilized to introduce mutations into potential catalytic residues of NPEO-DH. From steady state and rapid kinetic characterization of wild type and mutant NPEO-DHs, we can conclude that His465 and Asn507 are directly involved in the catalysis. Asn507 mediates the transfer of proton from a substrate to FAD and His465 transfers the same proton from the reduced flavin to an electron acceptor.  相似文献
