A comprehensive study was performed in order to find the effect of different calcination and sintering conditions on the physical properties of calcium manganite ceramics in dependence of temperature T and partial pressure of oxygen p(O2). The eventual formation of oxygen vacancies during sintering was investigated and the results were confirmed by monitoring the release of oxygen using a ZrO2 oxygen sensor. The phase transition behavior was studied using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in a wide range of p(O2) ≈ 10?1 MPa down to 10-19 MPa at high temperatures accompanied by dilatometry- and XRD-measurements. Furthermore, the present study reveals for the first time a way for reducing and preventing crack formation that may occur during sintering. The present systematic research provides essential fundamental information before performing electrical measurements necessary in order to understand important factors about charge carriers and electrical transport mechanism.  相似文献

A tracer test developed for hydrodynamic investigations has been successfully tested in German underground mines and the results of one of those tests are reported on here. The objectives of the test were to investigate the kind and rate of flow within a flooded mine. At each sampling point, coloured spores were injected using a Lycopodium apparatus. Beginning one day after injection, two samples were collected per weekday at each sampling point. A considerably good recovery rate of 2% was obtained. The mean velocity of the mine water within the investigated part of the mine was 2.6 m min−1 and the different parts of the mine proved to be hydraulically well connected with each other. It appears that the hydrodynamic system within the flooded mine is dominated by convective flow from deeper parts of the mine to higher ones.  相似文献

Cronobacter sp., an opportunistic foodborne pathogen, can cause high mortality in neonatal and premature infants because this pathogen is associated with powdered infant formula (PIF) contamination. Biofilm formation is recognized as the most effective means to help Cronobacter survive throughout the long shelf-life of PIF, thus promoting resistance to cleaning agents and disinfectants. Crystal violet (CV) staining and fluorescence microscopy analyses were used to compare the biofilm formation ability among different Cronobacter strains, and then the weak biofilm former Cronobacter sakazakii ATCC 29544 and the strong biofilm former Cronobacter dubliniensis DSM 18707 were selected for further proteomic analysis. Two-dimensional liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry, which was coupled with isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) labeling, was employed to quantitatively identify the proteins that were differentially expressed in C. sakazakii ATCC 29544 compared to C. dubliniensis DSM 18707. In total, 1190 proteins were detected. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis indicated that these differentially expressed proteins are related to biological binding, cell structure, signal transduction, cell adhesion, and cellular interaction. Among these differential proteins, the expression levels of 177 non-redundant proteins were altered significantly by more than 5-fold, with 96 up-regulated proteins and 81 down-regulated. This study provides important information regarding the cellular requirements for the underlying mechanism of Cronobacter biofilm formation and its survival in harsh environments.  相似文献

This paper reviews the current status of both research and commercial testing systems, and addresses the features necessary for a commercial test system. These include test case specification, test data generation, testbed generation, program instrumentation, automatic test execution and validation, as well as dynamic analysis of control and data flow. Of particular value is the linking of the details of the test to the program specification by means of an assertion language. These and other features are then described within the contest of , an integrated system for testing Assembler, , and / 1 programs in a simulated test environment. Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) are suitable for on-board electricity generation as Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to support the electric power supply in heavy-duty vehicles. In order to satisfy the requirements of a lightweight fuel cell stack for mobile applications, thin-walled components must be used for the stack structure. This necessity is associated with material, process and design difficulties that must be solved in order to achieve a successful utilization. In this work a novel lightweight SOFC stack design with metal-supported cell was studied both numerically and experimentally. The metallic components are made from the Intermediate Temperature Metal (ITM), a high performance, high chromium ferritic stainless steels alloy. The multiphysics modeling approach (fluid dynamics, heat transfer, structural mechanics) was utilized in this work to predict the temperature distribution and the thermo-structural behavior of the new developed design. Geometric details of the fuel cell stack components as well as appropriate nonlinear, temperature and time-dependent constitutive models were developed to describe the material behavior. Experimental data were used to determine the material model parameters and validated the simulation results. The three-dimensional stress and deformation distributions in the individual stack components were evaluated and their maximum values for elements at risk were identified. Thus, the developed model enables the investigation of sustainability and serviceability of the structural elements to ensure a reliable operation of the stack. The developed computational model can be used as a design tool for parametric studies and optimization analysis to investigate the effects of process boundary conditions, material properties as well as geometrical design parameters and their variation on the induced thermal stresses.  相似文献
