A method for the synthesis of silver halides from dry halogen and dry silver nitrate or dry silver at a temperature of about 500° C is described. The material so obtained has a considerably lower level of fog than the halides prepared by the precipitation of water solutions. The method seems productive ond convenient for the preparation of silver halides suitable for photographic research. 相似文献

AbstractThis report investigated, both experimentally and numerically, the cooling process in water assisted injection moulded parts. Experiments were carried out on a laboratory developed water assisted injection moulding system, which included an injection moulding machine, a water pump, a water injection pin, a water tank equipped with a temperature regulator, and a control circuit. The resin used was semi-crystalline polypropylene. The in-mould temperature of the polymeric materials during the cooling process was measured. A transient heat transfer finite element model was adopted to simulate and predict the temperature variation within water assisted injection moulded products. Simulated results matched well with the experimental data. Experimental investigation and numerical simulations of a water assisted injection moulding cooling process can provide an improved understanding of the influence of water related parameters on the cooling process of water assisted injection moulded parts. 相似文献

An experimental investigation of three-dimensional flow field in a film-cooled turbine model is carried out by using particle image velocimeter (PIV) in a low-speed wind tunnel. The effects of different blowing ratios (M=1.5, 2) on the flow field are studied. The experimental results reveal the classical phenomena of the formation of kidney vortex pair and secondary flow in wake region behind the jet hole. And the changes of the kidney vortex pair and the wake at different locations away from the hole on the suction and pressure sides are also studied. Compared with the flow field in stationary cascade, there are centrifugal force and Coriolis force existing in the flow field of rotating turbine, and these forces bring the radial velocity in the jet flow. The effect of rotation on the flow field of the pressure side is more distinct than that on the suction side from the measured flow fields in Y-Z plane and radial velocity contours. The increase of blowing ratio makes the kidney vortex pair and the secondary flow in the wake region stronger and makes the range of the wake region enlarged. 相似文献
