Barrier properties of packaging materials against moisture and oxygen penetration are of high relevance. Enhanced protection of existing materials against weather conditions can be achieved by application of printed coatings. To improve barrier performance of packaging materials, new inks for obtaining printed coatings with a layered structure were developed and investigated. The proposed ink compositions for flexographic printing on paper substrates are based on an environmentally friendly acrylic binder and contain inorganic fillers with platelet particles incorporated in the polymer matrix. Coatings based on the developed printing inks demonstrate significantly decreased water vapour permeability compared to traditional polymer inks. The effect of decreased permeability was investigated considering inks rheological behaviour, the coating structure, mechanical properties, surface energy and water uptake for different ink formulations. The developed inks provide variable optical properties including coatings with a relatively high transparency. The development of the functional barrier inks contributes to saving natural resources by prolonging life performance of packaging materials and goods.  相似文献

以CL-20作为含能油墨炸药主体,采用硝化纤维素作为粘结剂,分别以丙酮和乙酸丁酯为溶剂配制含能油墨,研究了不同溶剂对含能油墨性能的影响。所得的两种含能油墨均可流畅书写,成型后光滑、无裂纹。经SEM、XRD表征和DSC分析,乙酸丁酯为溶剂的含能油墨在致密程度、晶型稳定性及组分相容性等方面均优于溶剂为丙酮的含能油墨。对两种溶剂的含能油墨进行固化时间测定,丙酮为溶剂的含能油墨的固化时间约为45min,乙酸丁酯为溶剂的含能油墨的固化时间为180min。通过靶线法测得丙酮为溶剂的含能油墨的平均爆速为5 499m/s,乙酸丁酯为溶剂的含能油墨的平均爆速为8 971m/s。  相似文献

The effluents of ink-manufacturing processes contain a large variety of pollutants such as dyes, surfactants, biocides, water soluble solvents, etc. In this work, the electrochemical oxidation of several dyes (methylene blue and rhodamine B), solvents (monoethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and glycerol) and surfactants (sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate) has been studied. To carry out the electrolyses, a bench-scale plant with a single-compartment electrochemical flow-cell was used. Boron doped diamond (BDD) was used as anode and stainless steel (AISI 304) as cathode. For all the compounds tested, the conductive diamond electrooxidation allows achieving the almost complete removal of COD of the waste with a very high current efficiency. The efficiencies of the electrochemical processes seem to depend on the current density and on the nature of the anions contained in the waste (chlorine, sulphate, phosphate). Thus, it has been observed that the use of chloride media favours the treatment of dyes. On the contrary, the use of sulphate- or phosphate-containing solutions improves the removal of the aliphatic compounds studied (solvents). These results suggest an important role of the mediated electrochemical processes on the overall performance of the reaction system.  相似文献

Thioether derivatives with 1–4 thioether moieties were used as inks in microcontact printing on gold for the reproduction of patterns as they combine good monolayer quality with synthetic versatility, and high molecular weights. Self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) on gold of compounds 1 and 2 had a quality comparable to SAMs of decanethiol, both regarding monolayer order and etch resistance. Etch resistances of SAMs of 3 and 4 were lower. Resulting structures after etching of patterned SAMs using 1 , 2 , and 3 were of good quality for patterns with feature sizes on the same stamp ranging from 1–200 μm. Patterns of 4 were not reproduced. Overall, compounds 1 and 2 are good candidates for low‐diffusion inks.  相似文献

Inkjet printing technology has been applied to the fabrication of monochrome color filter films and has afforded an efficient and economic production process for flat panel displays. We demonstrate the preparation and physical characterization of the red and/or green monochrome films on glass substrates by inkjet printing technology with pigment-based colorant resist inks. For the green films, a thickness of 1.45 μm and the color coordinate value of x = 0.309, y = 0.588 and the brightness of Y = 58.90 in CIE 1931 diagram are attained at the optimal ink amounts of 1400 pl for green droplets. For the red colorant films, an appropriate film thickness of 1.20 μm and the coordinate value of x = 0.572, y = 0.320 and the brightness of Y = 27.1 in chromaticity diagram at the red droplets amounts of 900 pl are obtained. The experimental results exhibit the percentages of optical transmittance of the as-printed green films achieve greater than 85.0% in the spectral range of 515.0 nm and those of the as-printed red films in the subpixel cell can achieve 98.0% in the range of 640.0 nm.  相似文献

A zircon-based inclusion pigment (CdSxSe1-x@ZrSiO4) for ink-jet printing was successfully synthesized by calcining the precursor formed by coprecipitation of Si4+ and Zr4+ on the SiO2 shell of CdSxSe1-x@SiO2 with PAAS as a surfactant. The pigment with cubic or spheroidal morphologies was fully encapsulated within an intact and dense ZrSiO4 shell, and the particle size was concentrated between 500 nm and 800 nm. The intact inclusion structure of the pigment particles was not easily damaged in the grinding stage of ink. The inclusion pigment, which was prepared in the optimum condition of pH value of 7.2 ± 0.2 for coprecipitation, calcination temperature of 900–950 ℃ and soaking time of 30 min, has a high quality of red hue, achieving the chromaticity values of L* = 62.03, a* = 27.35 and b* = 19.64, respectively. The red ink made from this pigment has a good thermal stability and color effect in glazes after calcination at 1210 ℃ for 30 min.  相似文献

The main problem in preparing stable and printable inks containing nanoparticles for inkjet printing is to overcome the strong agglomeration of the particles in dispersion medium. In this study, the silver particles with diameter around 50 nm were produced by a simple wet chemistry method. Stable aqueous printable inks were formulated by using the combination of a triblock copolymer and high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Various factors that affect the ink stability, such as, copolymer content and time of HIFU treatment, were investigated. The ink containing 5 wt% silver has a viscosity of about 2 mPa s and surface tension 30 mN m−1 at 25 °C, which meet inkjet printer requirements. Such inks have been successfully printed on Al2O3 ceramics and low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) and the printed films show low resistivity.  相似文献
